“Still not received my order, nor any reply to my emails chasing it! Have a look at their reviews and you will notice far more bad ones than good, so I don’t think the 4.5 overall rating is correct do you?! This is why people turn to Amazon rather than local businesses when they treat you like this - at least Amazon gets the order to you next day! Very disappointed and will never use this company again and would urge anyone else to steer clear too. I will be seeking a refund via PayPal.”

“The customer service here is appalling. I placed an order for two pairs of safety trainers on Friday night, expecting them by Wednesday. No tracking info was provided, so I had to chase it up myself on Tuesday. I wasted half my Wednesday waiting around, only to find out they didn't even bother to ship the item until the day it was supposed to arrive! I replied stating that their incompetence had wasted my time and that customers should be informed of delays. The reply I got was dismissive and frosty, hidebound by 'T&Cs' with zero regard for the customer. Easily the worst service I’ve dealt with in ages. No thanks at all to Gosia.”

“I was pleased with your service but I do wonder if your systems have been hacked. The morning I was expecting the delivery I received a text from a courier saying they had been unable to deliver my package. Half way through responding I realised it was a scam. I very rarely purchase over the internet and so do not receive deliveries very often. I hadn't had one of these delivery text scams for over a year so to get one on the morning I was expecting a delivery seemed too much of a coincidence.”

“Paid £5.95 postage for an item that costs £3.95 and waited 10 days for delivery. Phones not answered, email response terrible. Awful customer service, avoid at all costs.”

““I ordered a garden tool and received order confirmation on 23 March but no mention of delivery timeframe. I emailed for an update but only received a marketing-style reply of no relevance, and the phone support wasn’t reachable. Still no delivery confirmation or an acceptable reply.”
