“Excellent service. I always think it's the way a company reacts when things don't go to plan that show how they are. I received the incorrect item, easy mistake as it was an almost identical model of what I ordered. A quick email explaining the mistake and a refund right away, so quibbling or asking for more info. Top service!”

“Still not received my package it’s over two week no good if your running a business and need stuff quickly as lead time not good send me a survey and expect me to answer questions that I can’t as to this point it not arrived”

“I ordered my spirit level and oil can, at the beginning of December, one item wasn’t in stock and power Tools said it should be received by 12December, the parcel was sent to me by Royal Mail tracked and I received it the next day 13 December. Excellent service by Power tools. Many Thanks”

“Your postal services need a lot to be desired...to take 9 days to deliver an item is not acceptable....I'll give you a good example....ordere on the 13th and item from Holland and Barrett's....tracking information received...arriving on the 15th...standard delivery.Thats how you get customers coming back..as a result I will not be ordering again.”
