“Very good bit slow on delivery but when dispatched overnight delivery is given and next day arrives, great prices though for brand names will keep using them and recommend to anyone. Despatch takes to long in my opinion”

“I was looking for a paper briquette maker and the market has hundreds with different prices. However doing a search I came across Power Tools and saw they were selling a model by Clark tools who are a reliable and well known brand so I bought it, great communication and speedy delivery, a very sturdy bit of kit.”

“I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I have received from your company. I placed an order at the beginning of the week and paid £8.95 for express delivery, yet it is now Friday and my order still has not arrived. I have lost money each day that the items have not arrived, as I am unable to work without them. I requested a refund and am still waiting for my money back. This delay in delivery and lack of communication is unacceptable. If I had known that the express delivery I paid for would not be honored, I would have ordered from a different company that could deliver in a timely manner. I am extremely disappointed in the level of service provided by PowerToolsDirects.com and will not be ordering from you again in the future. Sincerely, Byulent Eminov”
