“Useless, wouldnt order again from them. Took an order from us saying they had a product in stock. I chased for an update a week later and was promised a call back. I then had to chase again two days later only to be told, sorry, we dont have in stock and have issued a refund. Absolutely wasted my time.”

“Ordering and updates great. Only one criticism, lost some of the liquid out of the bottles, whilst in transit. Need to seal the tops better. Otherwise great product”

“Great service speaking to yourselves & communication about delivery which you said would be today My order no 1000483211 But the delivery company phoned & said it would be tomorrow & I have to sign for it, I am out Tuesday & Wednesday, so I have said can they deliver it Thursday I will use your company again if I need something Regards Robert”

“They stock a good range (if not all) of Rustins products which are often hard to come by in local stores. I ordered a couple of 250ml tins of paint, and I did wonder if they would survive in the post, but I needn't have worried since the lids were well secured with polythene wrapping, then placed in an outer sealed bag, all of which was encased in crinkled paper and then in a strong cardboard box!”

“I've been a longstanding customer making multiple orders with Power Tools Direct. However having made my last order with a given delivery date (and a delivery charge) they have failed to deliver, make any contact on the delay nor make any contact back from emails, with no one answering the phone line either. I cannot fault the prices that they offer however the customer service has been awful.”
