“Main item ordered not available, refunded with no contact , despite messaging calling and emailing to refund entire order ptd preceded to dispatch remains items then 5 min later reply to my email that it was to late”

“The tools were ok and a good price but the woman on email and the phone refused to send me a receipt! I needed a receipt, not an invoice, but she couldn't/wouldn't understand the difference. Apparently, they don't do receipts! I won't be going back.”

“Ordered a power washer and plenty in stock. Ordered was confirmed and money taken. A few days later already waiting for the washer I received an email saying very sorry none in stock but we will refund you in total. Three days later before I received the refund. In addition free carriage for orders over a certain amount and under certain weight. Charged a significant amount because the washer was 2kg over. Not a happy bunny at all and doubt if I'll ever use them again.”
