“Great quality garden fork at a good price. Very well packaged to protect item and couriers. Slightly slower dispatch than expected, but only by a couple of days. Arrived in undamaged condition.”

“Not a great experience. Placed 2 orders this year. 1st order had to chase for the £7.95 express delivery. Eventually delivered 12 days after ordering. 2nd order again had to chase after 6 days of waiting for any info. Told there were delays with some products (despite being listed as in stock on the website). Had to cancel as they could not give a lead time. Prices are great but of no use if delivery takes ages or the items ordered aren’t actually available.”

“Well I was wanting to provide a 5 star review, however, that is not possible. I ordered a digital torque adapter that arrived without batteries. On double checking the website nowhere did it say anything like "batteries not included". Being an electronic device one expects that it will include batteries. I contacted customer service on 19.08.25 to complain as I consider their advert to be misleading. To date (22.08.25) I have not had a reply.”

“Ordered on 11/08/25 — it’s now 19/08/25 and I’m still waiting for my items. What really frustrates me is that everything I ordered was listed as “in stock” at the time. That’s completely misleading and unacceptable. If items aren’t actually available, don’t show them as in stock. Really disappointed with this experience.”
