“I ordered my spirit level and oil can, at the beginning of December, one item wasn’t in stock and power Tools said it should be received by 12December, the parcel was sent to me by Royal Mail tracked and I received it the next day 13 December. Excellent service by Power tools. Many Thanks”

“Your postal services need a lot to be desired...to take 9 days to deliver an item is not acceptable....I'll give you a good example....ordere on the 13th and item from Holland and Barrett's....tracking information received...arriving on the 15th...standard delivery.Thats how you get customers coming back..as a result I will not be ordering again.”

“The website was good and ordering was simple but a week after I'd paid for express delivery, still no goods which was important as we were going away. Response to email enquiry have the only reason for delay was we're really busy. Why offer extra delivery then? I did get postage refunded however.”

“In this day and age so many times, in general, we are let down by people or companies that are not "customer care friendly". I am pleased to say that POWER TOOLS DIRECT is NOT one of those companies. My latest order, although not a large order, was important to me and was professionaly handeled from point of order to delivery. Well done power tools direct and thank you.”
