“Not at all good paid for 2-3 day delivery and products turned up 3 weeks and 3 days later with products missing. Never again.”

“The only criticism of the company is that they didn’t use wrapping tape labelled fragile or glass. The paint I ordered was very well wrapped in bubble wrap, fortunately as the delivery driver thought it was okay to drop the package over a 6’6” gate onto block paving. How the tins survived I’ll never know, they were every shape you can think of.”

“had problems with deleriving and comms - but infairness recovered really well and quickly - even sent me a money off wine voucher!! about to order from them again and hoping it goes wrong!?! trust worthy , care about your custom - deserve to be bought from - well done thing always can go wrong you guys recovered marvellously”

“I ordered a winged weeder from Power Tools Direct recently and I’m very pleased with it. Admittedly, I’ve only used it twice so far but I think it’s a must have for anyone that has weeds growing between paving slabs. It’s a good price, the item was dispatched very quickly and when DHL lost it in transit somehow, Power Tools sent a replacement very quickly. I’m impressed with the service I received, Gosia was very helpful and efficient. and The quality of the weeder for the price is also impressive. I will recommend Power Tools.”

“Drill OK, but one battery failed within six months. Replaced under warranty but after 16 months the charger failed. Batteries were stiff to fit in the charger from the beginning. Disappointing!”

“The payment form was a problem. It took a couple of days to get it to accept me entering my details. I was very close to giving up altogether and going to another supplier. I contacted Power Tools Direct several times but they seemed unable to help. Finally, I must just have clicked on the precise place on the line to enter my details and it worked. No explanation. Weird! The tools arrived very quickly once I had made my payment.”
