Bought a couple things to gift someone well ahead of time. Didn’t receive it even after 15 days of EXPECTED delivery. Kept trying to reach the company, didn’t get any response. On the 16th day I was told that my parcel got “lost”. Super bad experience will never order it again

I purchased a dress for a special event and paid for expedited shipping and did not recieve my product until 2 days later. I was extremely upset since I needed that item for Saturday night and did not get it Thursday when I paid for it to be recieved.

It’s been about a month and I haven’t gotten my package. Customer service is on the low scale because it’s mostly automated and there’s barely any feeling of your needs being satisfied. I was also not compensated for my delivery being late.

Never recieved my parcel even thought it was on next day delivery and they don't know what happened to it... still awaiting a refund...

They lost my parcel that was supposed to be next day delivery, which then took over two weeks to get a refund for due to Hermes policy on lost items. This was the first time I had bought anything from PLT and also the last time I will be shopping with them.

be aware of this scam , no phone number to contact . website run by machines . my daughter bought from them 5 time and sent back 4 time never got refund from them even ones . unfortunately i decide to check my account only recently , and i found out they never refund any money .although i have proof of all the returned stuff

I was unable to track my purchase, on your website even tho it showed a possible delivery date, 2 weeks later the package wasn't delivered. I just stopped checking on it. I messaged you on Instagram and still have not received a reply. When my package finally arrived, one item was too small and one was too big. I am now stuck with them because I have no idea if you would get them if i returned them to you.

Ordered 3 items. 1 fit perfectly, other 2 EXTREMELY small. Had to pay two separate shipping charges of $4 each. Can take up to 2 weeks for the refund of the actually cost of the items. Very disappointing.

It took too long for my package and all my items were cheaply made. The only reason they get 1 star is because I was refunded my shipping cost.

The dress wasn’t really a dress. It’s cheaply made. I can’t believe they orginally charged $70 for it. It came ripped.

I ordered for next day delivery due to needing it ASAP and 4 days later I still haven't received it. It now due tomorrow apparently. I won't hold my breath.

Delivery company are terrible. Told me they had delivered when they hadn't, then when they actually delivered they left my package outside on a busy road - it was stolen. Got a refund but not the full amount and haven't had explanation why. Disappointing from start to finish
