I ordered 2 pieces they sent them both in the wrong size I had to pay someone to alter both of them cuz I didn’t have time to send them back I will never order from them again

I am still waiting for my purchased to be delivered and it has been over 2 weeks. When I track my order it hasnt changed for weeks. Very dusappointed

Hey, Sorry to hear your order hasn't landed with you just yet. I can see you've been in touch with our customer service who have refunded the postage cost as the order is late and are looking into this with the courier. Ive ordered from here a lot and sometimes good sometimes not so good but this time ive not received my item at all. No one knows where it is or anything

Hey, Sorry to hear your order didn't land with you as soon as possible. I've checked the order placed on 25/11/19 and can see it was placed on saver delivery, which can take up to 5 working days to be dispatched and delivered. I can see it's now been delivered and I hope you love your haul. I've also sent you a private message with the tracking information, which you can reply to if you have any more issues with it. I paid for next day delivery and it was delivered 5 days late. The person who attended to my query was also very rude

PLT experience was good well the point of sale and refund all Ng with he Comms via what's app chats. The issue for me was the delivery service they use my order to this day has never showed up. Despite a number of complaints to the delivery company they just told me that I was not their customer and they will only accept complaints from PLT due to the non existent service I would order as a last resort if I can't get item on the high street. Ordering online is should same time and hassle it was anything but countless time wasted sending emails to get an update. In terms of getting a refund PLT did it ahead of time as I was not willing to wait 10 days for the delivery company to confirm to them that they had lost the package when I had screenshots from my live chat with them confirming this. Might be worth looking at the refund process.

Ordered 5 items to the tune of c£200, all size 'S' (Small) or UK8. All but 1 going back. Absolutely massive sizes...and I mean, massive! Disbelief actually how big they are. Ridiculous! Very disappointed.

It's been a week since I was promised my order and i still don't have it. This is messing up my schedule, was supposed to shoot a video for my channel. I'll be shooting the video about my experience with PLT whether I have my order or not .

It has been a week since my expected delivery date and I have yet to receive my package. After reaching out to customer service I was told I would have to wait 20 days past the expected delivery date to receive a refund or be able to reorder my initial order. I intentionally ordered my product early because I had a photo shoot a month and a half later. However now I’m having to make last minute adjustments due poor service. Won’t be shopping with this company again.
