Thrice i have bought stuff from them,the quality is always on the cheap stuff and have had to return them all three times. Definitely not impressed by their now quality, their stuff are not the same as the images on their website quality wise.

All that glitters isn't gold - it's often cheap and falls apart quickly! REVIEW: I bought the Brown Borg oversized belted coat recently and the lining started ripping after 2 weeks (conveniently after the returns window). They really demonstrated how they value fast fashion over quality and returning customers. It's unlikely I'll shop there after this experience

I order 2 pair of heels in a size 9 & they 2 size 7.

Hey Kiana, Sorry for the confusion over our sizes. As we're UK based, all our items are labelled in UK sizes, however, this would be the equivalent to the US sizes ordered on site. So if you ordered a US size 9 on our US site, the heels would be labelled as a UK size 7. I return to items to the value of £14 I had an email to say you had recieved the items and I would receive a refund I'm still waiting and when I spoke to virtual thing told me to get the receipt I sent them back wich was asda I threw it away when i had an email to say you had recieved them and my refund was going to be processed bug i still havent received it. Iv never had a problem before until now

I ordered 2 pieces they sent them both in the wrong size I had to pay someone to alter both of them cuz I didn’t have time to send them back I will never order from them again

I am still waiting for my purchased to be delivered and it has been over 2 weeks. When I track my order it hasnt changed for weeks. Very dusappointed

Hey, Sorry to hear your order didn't land with you as soon as possible. I've checked the order placed on 25/11/19 and can see it was placed on saver delivery, which can take up to 5 working days to be dispatched and delivered. I paid for next day delivery and it was delivered 5 days late. The person who attended to my query was also very rude

PLT experience was good well the point of sale and refund all Ng with he Comms via what's app chats. The issue for me was the delivery service they use my order to this day has never showed up. Despite a number of complaints to the delivery company they just told me that I was not their customer and they will only accept complaints from PLT due to the non existent service I would order as a last resort if I can't get item on the high street. Ordering online is should same time and hassle it was anything but countless time wasted sending emails to get an update. In terms of getting a refund PLT did it ahead of time as I was not willing to wait 10 days for the delivery company to confirm to them that they had lost the package when I had screenshots from my live chat with them confirming this. Might be worth looking at the refund process.

Ordered 5 items to the tune of c£200, all size 'S' (Small) or UK8. All but 1 going back. Absolutely massive sizes...and I mean, massive! Disbelief actually how big they are. Ridiculous! Very disappointed.

It's been a week since I was promised my order and i still don't have it. This is messing up my schedule, was supposed to shoot a video for my channel. I'll be shooting the video about my experience with PLT whether I have my order or not .
