I order 4 items, all my items I ordered was supposed to be a size 16 so I’m excited to try on my clothes because I was going to a big event I was very disappointed that everything was so huge so I look at the size I was sent a size 20, so I go back and check my order to make sure I didn’t make the mistake and order the wrong size. Nope pretty little thang sent me whatever size the want to send me

I bought 7 different items. Only one thing fit (because it’s supposed to be oversized). The sizes run very small. My head couldn’t even fit into one of the dress neck openings. I’d recommend getting 2 sizes up when ordering.

It asks me every single time to log in & when I do it directs me back to a blank page, I end up having to sign in through Facebook which seems pointless with the app!! I contacted them but wasn’t given much good advice so will stick with ASOS & Boohoo from now on 🤷🏽‍♀️

Took them 4 months to refund me!! 4 months!! I had to call my bank so they could start an investigation into it cause I was scared I wouldn’t get refunded since it took so long! They’re clothing is low quality, and the shoes I had ordered looked nothing like the picture! Never will be ordering from this website again.

I ordered my daughter a dress for her formal. They were paid for the product and I got an email that expected delivery would be October 28th. She never received the dress. I emailed the company and never heard back. I am out the money and my daughter has to look for and buy another dress for her formal in a week.

I asked for a small size in my tracksuit bottoms a size 4 and I received a size 6 which is very big on me and in length and I got next day delivery and it did not come to 3 days later

Sizing was terrible, so inconsistent, and quality wasn't great either – most things were transparent. Wish I'd read reviews first! At least I was able to return stuff.

Sent all the wrong everything. Two pair of shoes wrong size..... My skirt was cheaply made. To send it back you have to go through so Much..... I would never order from them again nor will I Ever recommend anyone to use this site. Sincerely, A very disappointed customer from Cincinnati, Ohio!!!

My dress was supposed to arrive three weeks ago and it came in the UPS on (2weeks ago) Friday and required a signature (no on was home to sign therefore I never received my package). I never received any update emails from your end. The most recent email I received from you was October 15th. I tried tracking my package through the confirmation number given to me by you guys and it was completely misleading. I attempted to track my package Friday morning and your website was telling me that my package was still supposed to arrive the prior Wednesday. I have yet to receive my purchase and no longer need it as the event in which I was going to wear it for has now passed. I am extremely disappointed in the service I have received from your end especially since I've heard many good things about your brand. I am requesting a full refund and return for my package once its in my possession.

Price is reasonable but slightly expensive considering the quality of products. Delivery was fine but a little expensive. I returned my items due to poor quality last week and still have not heard anything.

The items I got from pretty little thing was fine ish. I got over the knee boots and the stitches is somewhat loose at the top and coming out. I paid next day delivery and due time a delay which was not said as well as my parcel going to the wrong depot centre (how???) my parcel got to me 4 days later than it should have and I could have just paid standard delivery. It almost came too late for the event I ordered my package for in the first place.

Bought a couple things to gift someone well ahead of time. Didn’t receive it even after 15 days of EXPECTED delivery. Kept trying to reach the company, didn’t get any response. On the 16th day I was told that my parcel got “lost”. Super bad experience will never order it again

I purchased a dress for a special event and paid for expedited shipping and did not recieve my product until 2 days later. I was extremely upset since I needed that item for Saturday night and did not get it Thursday when I paid for it to be recieved.

It’s been about a month and I haven’t gotten my package. Customer service is on the low scale because it’s mostly automated and there’s barely any feeling of your needs being satisfied. I was also not compensated for my delivery being late.

They lost my parcel that was supposed to be next day delivery, which then took over two weeks to get a refund for due to Hermes policy on lost items. This was the first time I had bought anything from PLT and also the last time I will be shopping with them.
