Delivery was okay but item was of bad quality and did not look anything like the picture on the website. Very very disappointed especially for the expensive clothing. Will not be shopping on PLT again.

Hi, I'm sorry to hear your order hasn't landed with you yet and you're still waiting for your refund. I've taken a look into your delivery and the couriers have had to return your parcel due to an incomplete address, it looks like your apartment number was missing. I've gone ahead and refunded your items in full for you today and the monies will be back in your account by the 19th October. Ordered a few items for a night out, got nothing of what I orderd. Everything I got was wrong, and the customer service wanted me to pay for the return, when they messed up. Never ordering from them ever again. Crazy

Order number - 519-2608392-5585939 Every single shirt was way too big for me when I get it the same size I always do. Also, 3 shirts came with a whole in it which surprised me very much, I had to throw it away. I don’t think I will ever order from here again. Ordered boots next day delivery. It’s now day 10 and customer support along with Hermes outdated tracking reports are sound like a broken record - delivery is set for today, please allow till 9pm for delivery to arrive, than contact us again - next day same situation - no order, no way to contact Hermes driver-currier, email support teem is slow on response. Frustrating, annoying. I sit and wait , and they say attempt delivery made - no one called , no one knocked, unless it was in a parallel universe. 10 days I wait for next day delivery, like I don’t have life, tracking says we’re on our way to you, just wait - and nothing. Asked refund twice, they say please wait till 9 pm today and ask again. They refunded delivery cost of 6£ But they cannot say where is my package and for how long will they ask me to wait till 9 pm...

Very poor service- I ordered next day delivery for a year and I have waited for over 3 days now to receive my delivery with still no emails or anything indicating when it will be with me👎🏻

Ordered about 8 dresses for my upcoming honeymoon, each was over $20aud and all different styles for day, beach, and nice dinner outfits. Each was extremely poor quality fabric (I didn’t even know they made that tacky stretch ribbed fabric anymore) and fit weird on the body. I described the quality to my partner like “it was if whoever designed these clothes did not know what a human body looked like”. Nothing had zips so it didn’t have shape around the waste, and everything white was see through. Your money is better spent elsewhere. They did give me a refund on all products which was very quick. Stay away, you’ve been warned! Items look pretty online but you’ll be disappointed when you try on your order.

The sizing of the bomber that I purchased is very bad. It didn't fit me at all! It's too small. Very disapointed.

The quality of the clothing isn’t great. If you’re wanting to compete with missguided, ASOS etc. this needs to improve. Won’t be purchasing clothing items again

Order a item and it got lost on the way to me and still haven’t had a refund , re ordered the item for it to come broken :) so two items I now haven’t got and no refunds yet on either of the orders

Hi, I'm sorry to hear your original order hasn't arrived and the replacement you ordered arrived broken, I completely understand how disappointing this must be and I want to have this sorted straight away. I've had a look into your original order and there's been no update since the 1st October, this has been raised with the couriers but we do have to allow a certain timescale before we can confirm your order as lost. This will be the 12th October. If there's no update by this date please contact our Customer Service Team and we'll have your refund sorted straight away. I've also looked into the replacement order and I can see you spoke with my colleague Melody on the 4th October, she's issued a full refund for you and the monies will be back in your account by the 15th October. Bought a dress and although its pretty off.. the Seams down the sides of my hips scrunch up and are no where near even lines. Has a side slit which constantly moves to the middle and shows off my hoo haa. Is bright green rather than the almost black in the picture.

The clothing is tiny, I bought a play suit along with other clothing and the playsuit didn’t even come up high enough to my breasts, the dresses go up to the top of my bum it’s like biting from wish

Always have problems with pretty little liars first of all dirty clothes been sent to me now when a pay next day delivery and it doesn’t come the next day . Messaged customer service and they told me I would have to wait till the next day because my postcode doesn’t get next day when that’s a lie as a always get it next day delivery and always receive it next day when I pay for it. Definitely not wasting anymore more money with pretty little things as it’s a joke now

Will not shop here again, applied discount code which was supposed to give me half price off my item it showed the discount but was then charged full price. Straight away I contacted them they offered to cancel my order so I could try again with the discount code, I agreed and asked for a refund to try again. But no reply after that instead I was sent a confirmation for my full price order and then an email saying sorry they have already shipped it and I can send it back if I want once it gets to me. Not pleased at all
