The order was processed fine, delivery was good, but I ordered a jeans an extra size up, because I read a lot of reviews about pretty little things Jeans being very tight, from first trying it on I just about got my feet through it’s very tight from the ankle area, the waist area was very big and the jeans which were meant to be skinny, were very baggy on my legs, the material was also very thin, will Not be ordering jeans from there again.

I ordered a bunch of clothes from this website in 2 orders. Most were alright, however a pair of pink joggers arrived with a blue-ink looking line close to the seam of the pant. In addition, i ordered a pair of sand-colored joggers and i was simply putting them on and as i guided my foot to the bottom of the pant, the side of the pants ripped. Disappointed in the quality and I emailed customer service 2 days ago and have not heard back.

PLT has great customer service I got my shipment on time the only issue is the quality of the clothes are not good. I purchased a wool dress and the button snapped off and their was a tear on the sleeve. I also ordered a suit that looked like really good quality online and for the price I would expect a little bit more and it is very cheaply made. The company has nice styles but if you’re looking for quality I would not recommend. I’ve made other purchases in the past and it’s the same issue.

I live in the US. I ordered three items on Feb 11 they gave me a delivery date of Feb 20th. The package did not come I tried to message all I got was an automated system that said they couldn't find the order!!! There is no more info. Highly upset one outfit I needed for a party!

I bought a one size fits all long jacket, (beautiful jacket) and the sizing was completely off. I am a 10 and the jacket was at least a 6 if not smaller. Great prices, great quality, great selection but the sizing is horrible.

Sizing is frequently way off with multiple items (even with model stats and size guide) and the material is really poor quality and see through majority of the time. Also the returns are expensive and basically not worth it. Kind of just over it with them and not wanting to shop here anymore.

Hey, Sorry to hear you didn't love your haul. Sizing can vary depending on the style, fitting and bodyshape, however, we do try and stick as close as possible to our size guide. We don't offer free returns from all countries, so you would need to pay to return to our UK warehouse and once they log the returns, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. The first order was lost. I live in UA but somebody sent it to USA. Still waiting for my money back. The second one comes later. The tracking says it is already in Ukraine but still NOT with me. Today is 5.02, the estimated delivery day was 3.02. Horrible delivery service. I will think twice before order something again.

Hey Olena, Sorry to hear your orders haven't landed with you. I've checked these for you and the first order isn't showing as being returned to us just yet, so the refund hasn't been processed. I can see you've been in touch with our customer service team and they've provided more in depth info. Your second order is still currently showing as being in transit and on the way. Once the order arrives in country, it'll be handed over to a local courier for delivery and the tracking will update further. The quality was great. But I was disappointed in the sizes. I ordered a size 9 shoe but got a size 7. How is that ? The dress which I ordered was a size 12 and it looked like a size 16. Just HUGE! I’m happy that I got my money refunded in a timely manner. That part they did not disappoint.

Order was never delivered, contacted them through Instagram and they kept on sending me shipping update that I already had and kept on telling me to wait for this date every time.Had to contact ups myself and file a complain and after receiving it i had to send to them myself and it was then I was refunded. I ordered again, this time the order came and no update was made on either website. They need to take their posting more serious. I must say the clothing quality is very good and the person I ordered it for loved it. Also, they should be able to ship new item instead of having to cancel and order over because I received a faulty item and I really wanted to dress. However, it was to time consuming to look and order over. You can trust the website

BE CAREFUL. Pretty little thing is far from the most reliable and very much has ups and downs. I have the royalty delivery and have been ordering for years. Some clothes are good quality while others I can hardly believe they aren’t embarrassed to sell. Sizing can sometimes be perfect and sometime be massive or way to tight for something that would normally fit. when ordering off pretty little thing always leave a week gap before the event you want to wear the ordered item two. Sometime i pay next day and it can take 3 days to come/never arrive. Leave enough room to order a back up! Also have a habit of sending the Completely wrong items. Hope this helps!!!

I ordered some wet look leggings and received them with a small hole along the waist band. They were priced around £15! But everything else in good condition.

If it’s too good to be true..it usually is. There are no bargains just cheap clothes. I ordered three jackets and I was disappointed with all of them. They make Primark clothing seem like quality designer wear! Polyester sold via models who lets face it would look good in a bin bag! You have been warned. I will not purchase again.

Customer service is really good, although I feel the quality and material of the clothing has gone really terrible. The dresses are flimsy and the material is very thin and doesn’t really have any shape. Disappointed I had to send the clothes back as I’ve been buying from pretty little thing for years, the quality is just really cheap
