I paid for next day delivery for a year and my last order took 4 days to arrive. Hermes are letting PLT down

Last 2 orders I got, got sent the wrong bag and the other I got 2 different shoes in one box, amateur.

The joggers I ordered look and fit nothing like the picture. It’s my size, if I ordered A size smaller the waistband would suffocate me. Material is cheap. Nothing looks or fits like the pictures they have on their website. This is my first and LAST time ordering from them. There are many cheap online boutiques with better clothing

Fast delivery in my opinion but I selected Plus sizes and U.S sizes that I typically wear and nothing fits. Highly disappointed.

As we're a UK clothing company, most of our items come with UK sizing attached on the labels so we send out the equivalent UK size that matches up to the US size. Hey, Sorry to hear the sizing wasn't on point. Sizes can vary depending on the style and fitting of the item, however, we do try to stick as close as possible to our size guide. I've asked our Quality Control team to check the stock to make sure they're not too far out and to speak to our supplier if necessary. Thanks Usman

Usually order with PLT and is amazing service this time not so good. I understand it’s almost Christmas but ordered my clothes Wednesday before 10 pm next day delivery and didn’t come till Monday. Missed my Christmas party so sent it all back :((

Hey, Really sorry to hear your order didn't land with you in time for your Christmas party. I've checked this for you with the courier and the order was misplaced at their depot, so they couldn't get it to the driver in time. I've arranged for the postage cost to be refunded back to you and the invoice will update within 72 hours. I can see we've received the dress back and this was refunded on 20/12/19. Thanks Usman

I purchased 2 Maxi Dresses from Pretty Little thing. They came quickly (on time). I opened them and the first "Maxi" dress turned out to be a VERY short mini dress of some kind. Couldn't have been further from the picture (Deemed it must be entirely the wrong item). The second Maxi dress was meant to be a cold shoulder, with a leg split with lace. I found the lace split was on the back of the dress rather than the front and the head opening of the dress was stitched together so I was unable to put the dress on. Customer service was good, they got back to me very quickly but only refunded the cost of the order and left me with 2 useless dresses and having to order more from other sites.

I found the quality of the maternity wear to be very lack lush... further still a pack of three tops same style all fit differently. That was very disappointing. Two stars just for the delivery and that I can just about use the items for bed of housework.

Delivery was meant to come on 8th of December ready for my party on the 9th of December but didn’t come, can’t On the 13th I’d December! Need to sort this out ASAP or I’m not ordering from there again. Also came and the bags were already open

Hey, I'm sorry to hear your order landed with you so late. I've refunded the delivery cost back to the original payment method and it'll show in the account by the end 03/01/19 at the latest. My order didn’t come within the next day delivery it should’ve done. I ordered a dress in 2 sizes because I never know which size is right at PLT as they all differ so much! One was too small but the other was absolute huge! It seemed like a much bigger difference than 1 size between them. The material was cheap & neither dress suitable.

None of my clothes fit but everything looks nice , and my package was lost in the mail for almost a week the website said it was delivered when it wasn’t

Hey, Sorry to hear your order didn't land with you in time. I checked the tracking and the courier advised delivery was attempted on December 9th. There was no-one in at the time to accept the order, so they held it at the post office for collection. So'll raise this with our logistics team who can look into this with the courier company. The items I ordered were very inexpensive. The quality was pretty low, which is probably what you would expect for the price. The fit was a bit odd on both - one item was reasonably loose fitting (as expected) but the size of the opening makes it a bit tricky to get on and off. The other is very short in the body but extremely baggy at the waist at the back. The buttons do not stay done up either, which means it is not terribly wearable.

Only gets 2 stars because the return service was fast and I had my refund in about 3 days. But the clothes were horrible... even with 50% off, $25 was too much for the dresses I bought. The material was so cheap. SHEIN and other super cheap Chinese websites are better quality. I was horrified.

Fairly fast delivery. Dress was very cheap material and completely unflattering. But - the worst issue was the SMELL on the dress/bag. Smelt like something died in it and it was SO strong I gagged when trying it on. Never smelt anything so horrendous.
