Ordered two tops in size 8 and they probably wouldn’t fit on a child, one turned up and it was about 3 inches in length when in the picture it was shown to fit near my belly button, then the second was completely see through and all very small

The sizes are 2sizes to small and the return time is too short. Also the return and refund policies are no where near clear enough

Paid for next day, took 3 days and then - Hermes knocked but left as the door was answered. Then a week later delivered parcel 🤷‍♀️ to late as I had bought similar item due to delivery beeing late. Now waiting for refund which hopefully include payment for next day delivery. Shouldn't offer a service they can't fulfill.

I ordered a foundation but a liquid highlighter came instead..i mean the highlighter is nice but not what’s i payed for for, apart from that the rest of my order was what’s I expected and came quickly

The quality of most items have been disappointing. I ordered a body suit before that I thought was cute but it ripped quickly. I’ve gotten like one or two items that I liked. The rest I’ve returned for the lack of quality.

Price is way over the top. Ordered several items and wore one for the first time and the sewing on the sleeve unraveled. My most expensive item from them looks nothing like the photo. They had a “sale” and only 4 of 21 items were included and I selected to only view items part of this sale. I’ve had fashionnova for years, quality is WAY better, sales are actually sales, and they ship way faster for free. Won’t make this mistake again.

Ordered next day delivery and it still hasn’t arrive two days later, appalling service! Also I have payed twice for next day delivery for the year as it would let me click next day delivery for free the next time after buying.

Hey, I'm sorry to hear your order hasn't landed as fast as you expected. Due to the current sales and large volume of orders, our royalty and next day delivery can take up to 72 hours to be delivered. This will be shown at the checkout when you select the delivery method, so you would know the expected delivery date before the order was placed. Once our sales volume return back to normal, our regular delivery service will be back up and running. I've taken a look at your account and can only find one order where royalty delivery was purchased. Delivery was awful! Had an important event to go to and was hopeful for next day delivery as this is what I had PAID FOR! however it never came the next day and I therefore had nothing to wear. An utter shame- the clothes didn’t end up coming until the day after it was supposed to.

PLT has a lot of things that look cute. LOOK. they don't feel cute and sometimes the material is terrible, the sizing is off on pants/ dresses. Some tips are to read the type of fabric, anything made of polyester (which is most of their stuff) gives a very snug fit. Items made of cotton are usually good. I order from the U.S. so the shipping and returns are good timing.

I ordered a onesie and it cost me £17, when it arrived it came with a massive hole from the knee up to my groin where it wasn’t even stitched, The fabric was as good as the image either and I wasn’t pleased with the overall product for £17 I’d be happy to pay £8 max for what it was. I didn’t think there was any point returning it as I can sew so I fixed it and saved myself the stress of waiting for a refund because I’m pretty sure it would have took longer for the refund than it would be to fix it myself. But all in all it shouldn’t have even been sent in that state, I’m pretty dissatisfied and disappointed considering it was my first ever purchase from pretty little thing and I’m afraid it will be my last purchase unless there’s a big improvement.

Arrived in super speedy time excellent service.. Ordered 3 tops for my 15 year old size 8 daughter. 😂. One was too big for my chunky mum bod, the other 2 were that small wouldn't even go over head head, actually y thought they were free material samples, you know the ones you order to choose your new curtains... Ridiculous sizing.
