Quality of clothing is poor. Most items arrive portly stitched or already with small holes

I ordered a silky dress which was quite nice. But it was wrapped tightly in plastic so it was super wrinkly. The materail looks good in pictures but it was actually quite thin. I gave two stars because I didn't return it but Packaging and material quality could be better

I was satisfied with the customer service, but unfortunately disappointed with my order, because it didn't arrive. It was said that the courier lost it. All in all the customer service did there best to resolve the issue by giving me a refund. And the communication was very fast .

You pay for what you get. Clothes come in faulty sizes.... aka I purchased a few items that were smaller than I thought I was getting and I even bought a size larger just because some of these sites do that... also quality is not the greatest, kind of cheap. But cannot complain for the price you are paying

Delivery was on time , 2nd time ordering from here clothes never look like the website shows them always terrible sizing , material is cheap and nasty won’t be ordering again

One dress I ordered came inside out and covered in makeup. I put it in the wash and after realised it had a hole in the sleeve but because I washed it, could not return it.

I ordered jeans in a size 4 but was sent a size 8. Also, ordered a blouse size small according to the measurement chart that is given to me on the website and i couldn’t fit it past my chest. I am very angry.

I've taken a look into your order and I can see this was placed through our US website and the sizes you ordered were US sizes. As we're a UK based company all of our items are labelled with the UK sizes. I ordered my birthday outfits with PLT & ordered it a week early before the big day & I still haven’t receive it, bearing in mind I selected next day delivery too. PLT has issued me a delivery refund however PLT still haven’t got a clue where my missing parcel is & are giving me the run around & Hermes well don’t get me started on their appalling customer service, or lack of one. PLT choosing Hermes as their delivery service in the UK is appalling. Hermes are consistently unreliable and as per usual late delivering my package. I wish PLT would consider using a different courier as it really lets them down tremendously & has put me off ordering with them again as this is the 2nd time this has happened to me buying from PLT.

It's always something I used to use them in college so I tried again. In my first order I ordered every US size 4 I double-checked. Somehow I get a UK size 4 which is a US size 0. Everything was sent back with the receipt they sent which clearly stated the US part. This most recent time, I ordered the material is coming apart and it was poorly packaged. The shoebox has punctured the package itself was ripped the clothes were dirty as a result, I had to go to USPS to make sure all items were accounted for. Needless to say.. Never again

This is my second time ordering with this organization and I was not pleased. The first that I ordered my package did not come on time and I ordered on time. It actually came a week after my birthday. This last time I ordered, I requested a size 10 and you guys sent me a size 12. I really like your clothes but I am not satisfied with your service. This is now my second time and both very bad experiences.

I ordered a dress and checked sizing chart, decided to order a size bigger and when i received it, it was so small...Getting a refund is difficult...Postage was so slow also...Doubt id purchase from you again!

I got 3 pairs of jeans all in a size 4, two of the jeans fit well and the last one came in a size 8. I also ordered two long sleeve mock neck tops, they are extremely tight on the arms and shoulders. Lastly I ordered a white sweater, it looks good but there is SO much shedding I hate wearing it.

Everything looked so cute online but the sizing was all over the place. I placed two separate orders for some bikinis and a few dresses in a size medium but only a few of them fit, the others said size medium but fit like an XS. The quality of the clothing is kind of cheap. The material feels cheap and the stitching on a couple items were coming apart. I don’t think I’d order from here again. Delivery is pretty fast though!

Discount code advertised on website never worked even though I was a new customer. Sizes come up very small not sure if I would use again although clothes were OK

Purchased 4 items, all were satin. The satin material was extremely thin and had a very cheap appearance.

The return policy didn’t work for me. The item ordered was too small so I wanted to return it and order a larger size. I followed the return directions that are included in the package but the order number wasn’t recognized. I couldn’t get a return label therefore I’m stuck with a dress that’s too small.

Item was very poor quality in general and the seams were even close to ripping on one side (or just really poorly made). Plan to return.
