“My order got cancelled by Prettylittlething because of product unavailability, i already paid with Paypal. At my Paypal-Account then was showing 15,6€ to little refund. After about 1 month of mail correspondence with customer service (i can't share other customers experiences about customer service ignoring me, they always replied after at limit 1 day and thats the only positive fact about the whole experience) and correspondence with Paypal's resolution center in an opened dispute at my Paypal-Account, where PLT was accusing Paypal and Paypal two times denied my claim, saying that i had to contact the seller directly, i informed PLT that i was going to make a complaint at italian "Polizia postale" which is the italian police for online fraud. Being only a coincidence or not, the next day the missing 15,6€ were refunded. I here give two stars because of the fact that the missing money was refunded and to honor the (in my opinion) fast replying customer service. Considering that i had to spend time and time again for about one month proving that either PLT or Paypal made a mistake, 1 star should be the real valutation.”

“I ordered trousers on PLT once and it came in the wrong size. Me being stupid and thinking that it was a one time mistake return those and order same the trousers again. IT was the wrong size AGAIN. I won’t be purchasing from plt again. The only reason why this is two stars is because the customer service team were quick and very helpful in answering my complaints”

“My parcel was 10 days late. The clothes are cheap and hardly worth 1/10 of their online prices. The sizing was way off. I ordered everything the same size and they all fit differently. Some big some right one way too small.”

“Such a hit or miss. I wanna love it as much as i hear so much hype around the store, but i am so afraid to order again. First order came and the contents were okay, but they took forever to arive. The second order I bought a matching set and the shirt came WITHOUT the straps. It was just a piece of cloth with no way for me to put it on myself. The skirt almost showed my lady parts. Sizing is so off and the clothing is not worth the price tag. Too much of a gamble to be putting my time and money into.”

“Well... this company is very hit and miss! I am usually a size 4 on the bottom and 6 on top and go for size 6 dresses. I placed my first order the delivery came promptly but I have never felt so rubbish about myself the clothes were far to small! They are made to fit a 11 year old! I am a size 4/6 in newlook, topshop, primark and other retailers so how does this company get away with the sizes so small and been hit and miss?! The clothes were badly made on quality.... some were OKISH but the rest were the type you’de get from a market stall. I was very disappointed as celebrities are promoting this company and having had anorexia in the past this did not help as I thought I had gained weight. When I had not because as all my clothes in my wardrobe at home still fitted me. They say the models wear size 6/8 on the description but they are not because I am twice the size smaller than them ladies. Very very odd, the Instagram and website photos must be edited as the clothes are not the same colour. I ordered what I thought was a pastel yellow dress when it arrived it was bright bright yellow! The refund also took over 3 months to process which again was very disappointing. Sorry PLT I will be shopping at my usual stores like ASOS and miss guided for now on online. Bad bad bad customer service also! They don’t reply and there isn’t a number you can phone. They just as you to message them on Twitter, Instagram and email. Would not recommend as they even have to pay yourubers to promote the poor clothes. I know it’s cheap stuff but even boohoo is better quality.”

“If you are looking for a prom dress or simply a look for an event coming up. DON'T purchase from this website. I always look at the reviews but I didn't with PrettyLittleThings. Everyone was hyping this company up so I figured it was 100% safe. I online shop A LOT, and have never experienced a lost package. I really thought I was one of the unlucky ones to lose mine. Until I read this was a common problem with customers. The only way you can really contact this company is through Instagram "prettylittlethingcs" be patient they do reply back just be professional and "nice" about it. It sucks, we gotta fake it, but not many people reply back to rude people. Hope this helps you!”

“I'm a fan of PLT up until 24 hours ago with my most recent gym gear delivery. I ordered a size 12 , they are tiny and COMPLETELY see through, so no way I could do a squat or exercise in them. The material was soooo bad, so cheap and tacky, just awful.”

“Don’t get me wrong I love the fashions but I gave a two star rating because everything is ALWAYS out of stock. It takes weeks for the item to be restocked IF THAT. Some things are over priced and the worst part.. it takes forever to process & ship. I got ONE item that took 3 days to process & 10 DAYS to ship. It’s not worth it. Hell fashion nova even doing better than PLT. I love looked at the clothes but it does me no good when my size or the item itself is out of stock. Can’t shop with them anymore.”

“I've ordered 3 times from PrettyLittleThing, the shipping went pretty fast even though I live in a different country. The clothes look super cute online but when I recieved them I got dissapointed because of the quality, very cheap and thin material. You can buy the same things from Boohoo and get them for way way cheaper. I even recieved a pair of pants with a big hole in my pocket but If I want to send it back I need to pay for it.”

“The sizes are so wrong the clothes are tiny would make you feel huge ordered a plus size t shirt to be over sized and I’m a a size 14 tried it on and it was stuck to me !! Same with everything size 16 is like a 12”

“This website has horrible shipping. I ordered over a week ago because I needed my items this Friday for my graduation and still don’t have my items. And it is sooooooooo difficult to track my package the prettylittlething website barely gives any information on where my package is and does not even tell me when it’s coming and neither does the DHL website. I don’t think I’ll ever be shopping here again because of this and, by the looks of it I might not get my items in time for Friday great.”

“I ordered a pair of shorts from this website and when they arrived they looked nothing like how they did in the photo advertised on the site. The shorts in the photo were a ripped acid wash out kind of look and what I got was a dark blue pair looked absolutely nothing like what was on the website / what I wanted. Was very annoyed at the situation”

“Well. I made 3 orders. Two of them had the wrong tracking information. My first order came after my second order which was weird, even though it said it was delivered, it was the other one. I ordered a dress in a size 6 because that's my H&M size but it was huge. I'm guessing people are more thin over there so I probably should've went a size down although the size 6 in their sweatshirt fitted perfectly. I'll probably only order sweatshirts, hoodies and basic tops from there from now on. Even the lingerie didn't fit. I'm a medium at F21 and their medium was a large on me. Idk. I feel like if they put a size comparison to other stores, on their website, ppl would be more please about the sizing.”

“I ordered a dress that looked amazing! Perfect for what I needed it for, expensive too but it was beautiful. I just got it a couple of days ago...spent 70$ USD on it and it was missing the belt it came with and the fabric / material is horrible I will probably only be able to use it once or twice. the washing instructions are basically non existing anything you do to the dress will ruin it if you try to wash it ( cannot even dry clean). I got it right on time for my trip and their return process to get the belt is for me to return it and then get a refund 21 days later and order the dress again! Sucks. Oh well. I should have read reviews before I got to excited.”

“Daughter a size 12 in every shop. When ordered size 14 jacket it was too small so returned to order 16 to 18 again too small. Returned both. Won't be buying from company again as their sizing is all wrong.”
