“Ordered a denim jacket that was meant to be "oversized" and let me tell you it was definitely not. It fits small and looks nothing like the picture. Plus the denim has a foul (poo like scent) to it. I've tried washing it so many times and still no improvement. This was one of the many bad experiences I've experienced with PLT. I've tried giving the company the benefit of the doubt but I've been let down countless times.”

“Two different orders I made within a month never arrived. Refund issued immediately however excluding the delivery fee?! It’s unfair that I had to pay for the shipping when my orders never arrived. It seems the issue lies between the communication with PLT and the courier, as on both occasions I received emails that my order was dispatched but was unable to receive any tracking information from then onwards.”

“The quality of the clothing is good and delivery is the right on time and is very good. Problem is the sizes are totally off! For someone who is quite is quite petite its difficult to get things that fit properly. Bought a corset belt and only comes in one size... last time I checked a size 6 wont fit in something a size 10 can so I really recomment you make some size variations! Also i bought two dresses, one red satin one (very staticky) which was very misleading as it looked ajustable in the picture and description has not much information just a fashion tip. The black dress however looked very sexy on the model however on a petite person like me who is not busty and has an off figure it covered nothing, i felt like i was wearing underwear. Most clothin is misleading but when you find the right thing (like a simple top) its a great website. So basically useless. But thanks anyway.”

“Where's my order? Hi, I've ordered 3 items in the beginning of the month I live in the the Canary Islands and I still haven't received my orders, I'm planning on wearing them this New Year's Eve and my coming birthday in January and I'm worried if it will get here in time. Both the tracking numbers given to me weren't really helpful. Please tell me what happened to my orders. This is my order number 109920485. Pls let me know asap.”

“Third time ordering from this website. First time my parcel arrived a couple of days late, the sizing was off. Second time I waited a month for my package to arrive. Tracking said it was still processing and PLT said that it had been delivered. Instead of sending me the clothes again I was given a refund and told to re-order them which means I missed the discount that was on offer when I originally purchased items from them. Third time the package came a couple of days late. Super excited. I'm a constant size 4 yet all the clothes ran either way too big or way too small. Material quality wasn't that great, I'd rather buy from Supre instead of PLT. TL;DR - Website images are misleading. Shipping takes too long. Customer service is average.”

“Love what they have going on but when you order an expensive package and it doesn't arrive for 3 weeks after you paid for the 5 day shipping...not exactly the best or honest services.”

“Never again..ordered twice. My first experience was when I ordered a dress in a light pink colour..let's just say the colour it came in looked like a dark gone off pink,plus the material was so uncomfortable and cheap,ugh. My second experience was when I decided to give them another chance..again I was kicking myself.I ordered a jumper,only because I fell in love with it when a friend showed it to me.It came with snags on it,which to me doesn't look good for the quality,then again it is PLT. Also,their next day delivery is the biggest scam ever!!Emailed customer service twice and I got no response.It's one of them websites that you hear more bad than good.”

“The clothes are cute, yes! But if you need an item for an event, don’t count on it. The delivery time frame is super inaccurate. I am currently still waiting on a package and forget about getting in contact with them. I don’t know what is the purpose of them even having a customer service email. I am huge on customer service and they provide little to none. The frustration you go through with the shipping process definitely overrides their unique clothing.”

“Ordered a skirt and the material was just flymsy and the hem was not sewed down correctly. I also ordered a tie up crop too but it was not tied up as the photo suggests.”
