“The pants I purchased was huge and I can’t even return them cause the tags came off & someone from the company sent me wet leggings link so I can purchase leggings since the one I got was too big 🙄🤦🏻‍♀️”

“Positive: The items arrived in no time. Negatives: The biker shorts are made of thin cotton material. They are material is very transparent and I can’t wear them out. You can see straight through them. Cheaper to keep them instead of paying shipping return fee. Don’t order unless you don’t mind showing it all. Dark underwear can still be seen. 🙁”

“everything that i ordered was way too small which was pretty surprising to me b/c i never usually have that problem. fast shipping but when i everything came there were loose threads and everything was so hard to get on. i don’t think i’ll be ordering again it was a waste of a $90 which bought me four items. if considering ordering u might want to size up. such a bummer”

“I ordered a pair of joggers in a large, as I followed the sizing chart and measured myself. Got it in the mail fairly quickly, was excited because these are the pants I’ve been contemplating on buying and I finally did. Opened them and.. wow. So baffled that a supposedly “large” was literally the size of a small; even close enough to be an extra small. The sizing chart needs to be changed. Kinda disappointed because I was excited to receive my clothes but, will be returning.”

“I ordered the "Cow Print Western Hat", which after about a week is off of their website now. A structured hat (cowboy style) was sent in a flimsy plastic bag packaging (it should've been boxed to preserve its structure). Once I unwrapped it, its shape was severely deformed. Not only that, but it turns out the hat's print is nothing like that which is advertised. Inside the hat, it has a huge "made in china" sticker on it. Luckily i paid for this thing on sale, so arguably it was worth what I paid for it, but in no way was it worth what they normally charged. It's one thing to purchase cheap clothes from sites that advertise as such (ex. Shein, Fashion Nova, Forever21 and other fast fashion sites with known low quality products), it's another to essentially be a front for an amazon shop where you get something along the lines of party favor quality accessories.”

“Order a few things for smarter days at school/prom and everything came ill-fitting and cheaply made - with seemingly a lot of the items being made out of a scuba type fabric (if it was meant to be tight fitting). Delivery was prompt but I was not sent a confirmation order until the day before I received my parcel, and the site said I would receive my parcel on 1st January (despite me ordering in May!). Nothing fit me on my top half, I would bother ordering tight fitting tops if you're anything less than a C cup, if that. Done of the things I brought were well made or cited me, and I doubt anything would've lasted after one wash in the washing machine had I kept any of it!”

“Quality of the clothing items on pretty little thing is just a joke compared to the prices they charge. Id much prefer spending that little bit extra on misguided to receive the quality id expect for the price I am paying. Only thing I will say is the customer service is very efficient and helpful when I was returning my clothes for the third and last time I order from pretty little thing.”

“PLT clothing is not well made, and the shoes are very uncomfortable. I bought some snakeskin boots and my feet have never been in so much pain. I also bought the "EMERALD GREEN BANDEAU FOLDED DETAIL EXTREME SPLIT MAXI DRESS" and while the style is cute, it is very thin, stretchy, non-formal fabric. It is not lined, and it is much darker than the photo showed. Will not probably shop here again. Hopefully my experience is not the norm.”

“Whoever reads this, please PAY THROUGH PAYPAL. I don't trust this website enough for them to truly return your money. I spent $70 on clothes + shipping. They don't pay for the return label and they don't refund you for shipping or anything. It took about 2 weeks to get my money back though. It's really annoying. Some clothes look like the site, others do not AT ALL. They seriously don't have reviews on the website? That's so sketchy to me. I emailed the company about that, and they said that "they're in the process of adding that to the site." BS. If Fashion Nova has reviews, you should have reviews. I'm not sure if this website is a scam or not, I was just so happy they had size 12 & 14 dresses. Now I can't stop seeing the ads. I'm tired of this website.”

“I was completely dissatisfied with the poor quality of pretty little thing’s items since the prices were reasonably high (in Canadian dollars at least) and due to the photos. I had read reviews and a lot of them were mixed, which is what I assume the positive ones to be fake unless they don’t mind low end material and fabric. I ordered several items, two of which that were supposed to be “embroidded”, meaning stitched into the blouse or shirt, but turned out being pressed on pieces that will fade after any sort of wash. A lot of items that were more sheer; ended up being somewhat see through which was also disappointing. I will not be ordering from PLT again due to these reasons. I urge you to look elsewhere such as beginning boutique or something! Xo”

“The shipping and ordering process was easy, however the item I ordered did not go with what the reviews said. The romper I ordered was see-through and smaller than what I ordered. I even ordered bigger for myself. I have to return it and they don't offer free returns, either. I spent $50 on a see-through outfit. Do not follow the reviews on their website.”

“I never received my order and trying to contact them is impossible. I've never experienced this in all of my ordering on-line. I attempted tracking my package only to find out its not in system or cant be found. I will never order from them again and will spread the word to those who ask about Pretty Little Thing.”

“The sizes and measurements provided on the website are one thing but then when you receive the item, it’s way too big! Not because I ordered the wrong size, but because a size 12 does not have a waist of for example 77cm but actually measures to be 81cm.”

“Honestly, I ordered my stuff on Jan 25th and never expected to get them delivered within 2 weeks since I live in the US,but THEN ,their email said I’d get my clothes on the 29th so I got excited. Suddenly I get this message that clothes get here on feb 1 which is fine what are 2 extra days anw? Feb 1 came, my package is “being packed” then I get a text today (feb 2) that my package is on its way. Well, I’m still waiting? Tomorrow is Sunday so I doubt I’ll get it. I wouldn’t mind the long delivery process in general again cz I’m in the US but don’t give false promises if you don’t intend to keep them. I got clothes from NA-KD before (which is also UK based FYI) and they got here in like 3 days so pretty sure the problem is with PLT. JUST TELL US WHEN THE CLOTHES ARE REALLY SUPPOSED TO BE HERE. And btw, you should work on your shipping fees, NA-KD delivers for free Worldwide. PS: I am not a partner of NA-KD but I speak from experience. They send your packages via DHL express for NO fee whereas PLT charged me 5 or 6$ for regular delivery and cannot keep a deadline. Will re update you about the quality of the clothes.”

“Took 13 days for my package to arrive. If you need a reliable company to ship your clothing, PLT is not an option. Every time I order from them shipping is way past the standard shipping time.”
