I bought five pairs of biker shorts, and my first day wearing the black ones and they ripped down the middle.

I guess it is my fault bc i didnt Get the material of the pantss meaning. But at the same time i think the pictures of the bike shorts i ordered were misleading. They looked shiny and like bike pants. But they actually were really bad material and also super seethrough. As i do not live in uk its pointless to send them back. But i was super disappointed.

extremely thin material. don’t even have to be standing in the sun or bent over to notice the cheapness! shorts i bought instantly ripped when i put them on and i can’t return them.

A few items weren’t the same colour as they were on the website and weren’t true to size one item was supposed to be a L in tops but didn’t fit and barely fit my sister who’s a size 8/10.

I love the clothes despite being quite expensive, but the the sizes are ridiculous, I am a size 4/6 in all my clothes which fits comfortably but with plt clothes i ordered a size 8 and it is still too small . I have found this with all of the clothes i have gotten from plt. So I just recommend you buy sizes a bit bigger !

Like many retailers, our sizing can be a bit different from our clothing companies, however, on most item pages, we have a bit more information on the size the model is wearing. i ordered during quarantine from australia, when my order came a lot of the items i got we’re see through and bad material, in really disappointed becacause if i return the item it will cos me another $10. but some of the clothes were good

I can see you've been in touch with our customer service team and they've refunded the delivery as the order is late. I've checked the tracking and the order is showing as in transit to country. i love pretty little thing and all there clothing however i paid for plt royalty for a year and i went to order something today but there is no free delivery option. it’s asking me to pay for delivery again when i should get it free. i’ve basically wasted £10

Hey, We're not able to offer next day delivery at the moment. Our fastest delivery is Express, which can take up to 2 working days to be delivered, if ordered before our cut off time. You'll receive an estimated delivery date at the checkout when you place your order, letting you know when it should be delivered. Thanks Usman

Usually have a great experience with PLT however I’m quite disappointed now, especially considering I’ve never spoken badly of them. I paid for free next day delivery for my account September/October of 2019 which has expired yet every time I go to order it asks me to pay for it again? Can this issue be fixed ASAP please. I’ve sent an email on this issue but have received not reply.

So sad to be writing this because I always have had a good experience with plt, however a couple of days ago I ordered 2 pairs of joggers and 2 tops, they were supposed to arrive yesterday but didn't and still haven't arrived today, the day after, haven't heard anything from Hermes either as to where my parcel is.

I've been ordering from pretty little thing for years and have never had a problem with them, orders are always on time and quality is amazing for price. However I ordered 2 pair of joggers and 2 tops the other day and they were supposed to arrive yesterday, still haven't arrived the day after and haven't heard anything from Hermes regarding my parcels whereabouts?? Slightly disappointed because I love pretty little thing:((

Paid for free next day delivery for the year, next time I go to order it is not showing that I have free next day delivery where it usually does, And Is instead asking which option I’d like to choose, emailed and got no response, not impressed maybe they’re having difficulties because of what’s going on at the minute but I’d Just like a response as i don’t understand what’s going on. I have had no issues with them at all prior to this so I’m hoping it’s just a mix up

I brought some trackies and a top from PLT. They’re nice for sure, but the quality isn’t the best. My trackies are already knobbly. My biggest concern is that the white top actually smelt of cat pee? I don’t own a cat, so it’s not me!!!! Probably will buy from this site again, but definitely not happy with my order

Bought a necklace from the website along with a few other items. I love the website and use it often but wasn’t impressed with the necklace because a chain had snapped Really easily after my second time wearing it. Other than that I like the clothing.

Their sizing is ridiculous. I order a 10uk and its extremely small and order a 12 its extremely large. Also their return policy sounds impossible. Its cheaper to throw away the items than returning them. The 2 stars only goes to cute design and good materials

As with most other retailers, our sizing can vary slightly with others and between styles and fitting, however, we try to stay as close to our size guide as possible. We try to keep our returns cost as low as possible, however, due to the number of countries we ship to, we're not able to offer free returns. Every single time they send me wrong size. If I order a 10uk its extremely small if I order a 12 its extremely large. Also their return policy is really bad. It cost me more to return the clothes than just throw then away.

We're not able to offer free returns from all countries but we do try to keep the returns cost as low as possible. We have a returns portal in select countries which offer fully trackabe returns for a low cost fee which is usually cheaper than returning directly with the post office. Thanks Usman
