“Never again will I order from PLT, this was my daughters first and last experience with them. First of all the item we ordered is cut wrong and so it's completely useless. Trying to return it was a complete joke, they don't make it easy for the customer and the email system never worked. Makes me wonder how much money they've made off of customers that never get they're money back due to PLT impossible return setup on the website. I finally gave up trying, will take the loss and say that we've learned our lesson and move on. I wouldn't recommend PLT to anyone. Business reputation carries a ton of weight, customer satisfaction should be #1. PLT's return reviews are pretty bad, sorry I didn't do my research first.”

“My country Montenegro is not on the PLT refund list so PLT liers got my money,sent me the dresses wrong sized, and I cannot get refund. Scammers and liars. Shame!”

“worst refund policies ever! Not only did i received a deffective item... sawn completely wrong but from checking the size chart what i received is definitely not a small! an 8 year old child would fit in what i received. i called customer service twice asking for a simple swap of sizes and a switch of my deffective item, they told me i had to ship it at my cost and reorder! you call yourself an online business? returns and exchanges should be free of charge. lastly the material is cheap and nothing like pictures...”

“Ordered lot of items, but in a 5 times so I paid the price plus delivery 5 times. Obly 2 or 3 dresses are wearable. The rest i can put in the been, big sizes or small sizes, silly long trusers, wrong color of the shirtetc. I sent 20 emails, got 2 or 3 generic responds, they pretend to refund my money but my country is not at LPT return list. Think I lost my money so I contacted UK ACTION FRAUD and wait their response. I feel bad and depressive. PLT is a scam they misused the customers online and moke with us.”

“Never ordered anything from this place before but my daughter wanted to give it a shot. Ordered a shirt and waited a week and a half. Tracking never updated from "We're expecting it" but nothing else. They claimed 2 weeks later it was lost. Never admitted they never shipped it. Just marked it shipping so they get paid. Won't shop here again.”

“Scammers and liars. I spent 170 £, dressed up 3 items only. Sent me wrong items, large sizes, customer service is mocking with me, they misused thr fact I live out of UK so they know that retirns cost very much Never had such a horrible experience abd cannot recommend PLT to anyone”

“THIS COMPANY HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RETURN POLICY. I BOUGHT A COUPLE OF ITEMS FROM PRETTY LITTLE THING AND IT TOOK ABOUT A WEEK FOR IT TO BE DELIVERED TO ME IN CANADA. I DIDN'T LIKE ANY OF THE ITEMS BECAUSE IT DIDN'T LOOK LIKE THE PICTURES ONLINE AND IT WASN'T THE CORRECT SIZE, SO I DECIDED TO RETURN IT. FIRST OF ALL, I HAD TO PAY FOR IT TO BE RETURNED WHEN A LOT OF COMPANIES I SHOP ONLINE OFFER FREE RETURNS. I AM NOT COMPLAINING ABOUT THAT BECAUSE IT WAS ONLY $8CAD. IT TOOK ABOUT 2 DAYS FOR THE PRODUCT TO BE RETURNED TO THERE WAREHOUSE IN CANADA, TORONTO. A WEEK WENT BY I NEVER RECEIVED A REFUND OR A EMAIL ABOUT IT. THEREFORE I DECIDED TO EMAIL THEM. I GOT A RESPONSE THAT IT TAKES UP TO 20 DAYS FOR A REFUND WHICH IS RIDICULOUS!!!!!! THEY SAID THEY NEED TO MAKE SURE THE ITEMS ARE IN THERE U.K. WAREHOUSE WHICH I COMPLETELY UNDERSTAND. NOW IT'S 15 DAY AND THEY REFUSE TO GIVE ME MY REFUND. I AM CALLING MY BANK NOW. THIS IS A RIPOFF !!!!! THE CLOTHES ARE NICE YES, BUT IF YOU HAVE TO RETURN BEWARE IT ISN'T WORTH IT !!!!! I ALSO FOUND IT FUNNY HOW IT TOOK 7 DAYS FROM IT TO BE DELIVERED TO ME BUT IT TAKE 20 DAYS FOR IT TO BE DELIVERED TO THEM -_- !!!!!”

“DO NOT BUY from Pretty Little Bikini. It is such a scam. Took forever to get the two bathing suits I ordered. They are cheap (see through) and are ridiculously sized. But making a return is IMPOSSIBLE. No address is listed, so I emailed them only to receive an automated response saying I'd be contacted with 2 to 3 business days. 5 days later: nothing. What a joke. SO INFURIATING HOW THESE KINDS OF SCAMS CAN HAPPEN. Do your research ladies!!!!! I will never order anything again from China or where a return address / process isn't easily stated somewhere. PLEASE SPREAD THE WORD TO ALL YOUR FRIENDS/FAMILY.”

“NOPE. serious read these reviews. 50% of the clothing looks totally different from the website lol. Not sure why the colors are sooo different? I have a 2018 macbook so no this isnt an error on my end. Crazy how a company can run like this and ask customers to pay $7-$8 to ship it back- crazy!”

“I live by the beach and ordered a simple triangle bikini top and side tie bottoms. Horrible. Totally shocked at what I received. I’ve bought simple suits like this at Walmart that put yours to shame! It looked like something I might have stitched together in grade school. Sizing and quality were way off. Cheap and thin material. The bottoms have 4 feet of string tie on a size 2. I would never wear it or bother to return. I will also never order ANYTHING from this company again! ZERO STARS!!!”

“The parcel was suppose to arrive on the 20th of June. 13 days later I am still waiting for my parcel. This is ridiculous, it's been 30 days since I have placed the order. I do not see myself ordering from PLT again.”

“Terrible customer service. Fraud enablers. Someone stole my debit card info online, used it to make hundreds of dollars of fraudulent purchases with this company, and after I cancelled my card, I contacted the company to inform them and ask them to cancel the order. They didn't even read the email, and told me to cancel the card (I told them I already had in my email), called me "babe", used a bunch of emoticons, told me it was the bank's problem, and that they had no way of tracking the order (use the card number, order amounts, and date?) or figuring out where it was going. It is one of the most unprofessional things I have ever read, and made it clear the company doesn't care about security in the least. I would never trust these people.”

“Took 2.5 months to receive 2 bikinis. Terrible quality and the tops fit really bad, they have pointed Madonna cups. I ordered the high waisted halter bikini. Do not recommend at all. The back of the bottoms are see through!!!”

“My experience with Pretty Little Bikini has been the worst online product experience I have had in several years. The product itself (in this case two halter top, high waist bikinis) was just sort of ok (not exactly as pictured) but the fit was very poor so I choose to return them. Well good luck... returns are international (which means shipping is very expensive) and the information they provide online is incorrect. Customs called me and informed me that the company name they listed for returns is "Not a known company" oh and the phone number they provided is out of service! All in all, the returns cost me an additional 50% and I won't be getting a refund either. Don't Buy!”

“I am very disappointed. I ordered a pair of joggers and a biker shorts. 1- What is wrong with joggers: - The joggers arrived in grey instead of cream. Even on the label it says cream yet it is clearly grey and not a unified tone. - On the front of the pants label, it says 80% cotton, 20% polyester. Then you turn the label and it says 50%/50% off each. Like what?! 2- What is wrong with the biker shorts? - They are super thin and transparent. You can see everything I am carrying underneath and every shape. - They fit very bad and make pleats all over the crotch area, which is very unflattering. 3- Last but not least, if you live outside of the UK, they don’t offer free returns!? So they made the error for instance with the joggers and I am supposed to pay 10€ for shipping it back. And if I wish to have the right color, I must pay again for shipping (a total of 3 Shippings which makes about 20£ of shipping costs to get one item). To conclude I am really disappointed about this. I had already ordered once before a jacket and everything was fine, except about the part where one metal button fell off after 3 months. So please be careful and keep in mind that these problems can occur.”
