“I ordered a neon orange denim skirt in a size 6 which is my usual size. It came at least two sizes too big, it was see through and it also came two days late!”

“NOPE. serious read these reviews. 50% of the clothing looks totally different from the website lol. Not sure why the colors are sooo different? I have a 2018 macbook so no this isnt an error on my end. Crazy how a company can run like this and ask customers to pay $7-$8 to ship it back- crazy!”

“I live by the beach and ordered a simple triangle bikini top and side tie bottoms. Horrible. Totally shocked at what I received. I’ve bought simple suits like this at Walmart that put yours to shame! It looked like something I might have stitched together in grade school. Sizing and quality were way off. Cheap and thin material. The bottoms have 4 feet of string tie on a size 2. I would never wear it or bother to return. I will also never order ANYTHING from this company again! ZERO STARS!!!”

“The parcel was suppose to arrive on the 20th of June. 13 days later I am still waiting for my parcel. This is ridiculous, it's been 30 days since I have placed the order. I do not see myself ordering from PLT again.”

“Terrible customer service. Fraud enablers. Someone stole my debit card info online, used it to make hundreds of dollars of fraudulent purchases with this company, and after I cancelled my card, I contacted the company to inform them and ask them to cancel the order. They didn't even read the email, and told me to cancel the card (I told them I already had in my email), called me "babe", used a bunch of emoticons, told me it was the bank's problem, and that they had no way of tracking the order (use the card number, order amounts, and date?) or figuring out where it was going. It is one of the most unprofessional things I have ever read, and made it clear the company doesn't care about security in the least. I would never trust these people.”

“Took 2.5 months to receive 2 bikinis. Terrible quality and the tops fit really bad, they have pointed Madonna cups. I ordered the high waisted halter bikini. Do not recommend at all. The back of the bottoms are see through!!!”

“My experience with Pretty Little Bikini has been the worst online product experience I have had in several years. The product itself (in this case two halter top, high waist bikinis) was just sort of ok (not exactly as pictured) but the fit was very poor so I choose to return them. Well good luck... returns are international (which means shipping is very expensive) and the information they provide online is incorrect. Customs called me and informed me that the company name they listed for returns is "Not a known company" oh and the phone number they provided is out of service! All in all, the returns cost me an additional 50% and I won't be getting a refund either. Don't Buy!”

“I am very disappointed. I ordered a pair of joggers and a biker shorts. 1- What is wrong with joggers: - The joggers arrived in grey instead of cream. Even on the label it says cream yet it is clearly grey and not a unified tone. - On the front of the pants label, it says 80% cotton, 20% polyester. Then you turn the label and it says 50%/50% off each. Like what?! 2- What is wrong with the biker shorts? - They are super thin and transparent. You can see everything I am carrying underneath and every shape. - They fit very bad and make pleats all over the crotch area, which is very unflattering. 3- Last but not least, if you live outside of the UK, they don’t offer free returns!? So they made the error for instance with the joggers and I am supposed to pay 10€ for shipping it back. And if I wish to have the right color, I must pay again for shipping (a total of 3 Shippings which makes about 20£ of shipping costs to get one item). To conclude I am really disappointed about this. I had already ordered once before a jacket and everything was fine, except about the part where one metal button fell off after 3 months. So please be careful and keep in mind that these problems can occur.”

“Shipping didn't take long for me this was my second order I purchased, now I won't ever order shoes again from here. I recently ordered some bad ass platforms a size 10.. once receiving the shoes it said a size 8 which was odd. I tried them on and they were tight my toes were hanging out highly disappointed, not sure how they do sizing but it's inaccurate in my opinion. Very cute items but sizing is definitely wrong .”

“Delivery was quick, but that was about the only plus. Even with the decent pricing I got, I was expecting more out of the quality. The quality is literally comparable to that of a cheap Halloween costume. And the sizes were way Off- everything was super small. I ordered 15 things, and sadly, will be returning 14 of them.”

“Everything on this website is an absolute scam I don’t know how the sizing can be that off!! I am usually a size 10 in tops and because I know there sizing is so bad in previous items I’ve ordered before I ordered a size 14 because that how had the sizing is and when the size 14 came it actually fit like a size 6!!!!!! I have no idea what is wrong with there sizing but they need to get it right I use to love pretty little thing and now I will never shop there again I don’t get why everyone loves it so much. Because everything looks so nice on the models it makes me want to order things but now I know it is just a complete scam! Absolute joke”

“DONT TRUST WHAT THE ITEM LOOKS LIKE ON THE MODELS! I ordered a one piece bathing suit online. It looked totally different on the model, it came way too low on me compared to her. I wanted to return it but realized you have to pay like 7.30 to return it plus print out your own return slip. The return cost was more than half of what I paid so I just kept it. Super frustrated!!!”

“My daughter has a picky style. She found a dress on this website and I immediately ordered it. The tracker showed it was to be delivered on June 11. I checked yesterday to find that the tracking system stated the address on package was unidentifiable. I reached out to the Post Office and they said the package is returned to sender. I contacted PLT on their chat because finding their contact number is impossible. After informing them that I had already contacted the post office I was told to contact the post office...??? I'm an avid online shopper and this has been the most difficult website for me. I hope to at least get a refund and never shop here again.”

“I ordered a dress a week ago it hasn't even been mailed yet, I tried sorting it out and sending a complaint as it was meant to arrive today and I couldn't even submit my email because the submit button wasn't working. I can't even track my order because every time I put in my delivery number it says it's invalid. Not a good experience.”
