I made an order on their website as they were currently offering 40% on the homepage with the code “DOLL40”. The code kept saying “invalid” even though there was about 1 hour 30 minutes before it was going to expire based on the timer. I processed the order and messaged them on Twitter immediately, and even provided screenshots to them. I was given the run around saying they were unable to do anything after an order was placed even though it was their fault. They even mentioned that the coupon not working was a “known issue”. It’s a known issue, yet they are unable to write their wrongs right. I’m very disappointed with how they dealt with this issue. As the customer service was not satisfactory, and they do not hold the customer first, I would not recommend shopping here.

Ordered loads of items for a birthday night out. Arrived late to begin with and so had a day to find something new... as ALL the pieces were awful. Nothing fitted, some too big, some too small (and I ordered the same size in everything). A bodysuit came with the same poppers on both ends so I couldn’t even fasten it if it did fit. Also rubbish quality, not what it looks like online.

SUCH bad quality, none of the clothes fit right (and i ordered a few). I hated all of them. made me feel so terrible- some were too small, others too big, the materials felt like plastic, the shirts weren’t even seen properly- there were holes in the hem. i’ve bought better at primark for 1/4 the price. awful.

since I first opened my account I spent a lot of money of your website but it's been 3 moths that every single time wrong items come. It's unacceptable. people cannot spend their days at the post office cause of your mistakes I have never had this problem with other websites. I'm sick and tired of this. If you don't do something immediately I will close my account and I will encourage everyone to stop ordering from you.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE. I ordered to Canada and the sizes were not true to fit. The problem was not this, but the fact that after being charged $15USD to ship to Canada, they refused to refund me the full order amount. Looks great at first, but unfortunately not worth the loss of $ or struggle after.

I bought a pair of black high waisted jeans and was disappointed as the material of them, for £15 I was not expecting a lot but I would have been able to find better quality somewhere like primark the sizes of jeans were not accurate enough and I didn’t have the option of getting short long or regular which I think should be done to ensure that when someone is buying something they know exactly what they are buying. Other than that I use pretty little thing all the time but jeans from here I would not recommend!

Complained once before about some items being different to what’s shown on the website and bad quality with marks and holes in, thought I’d give it another try few years later, paid £6 for next day delivery planning to wear the outfit for the day the dress was delivered, the parcel never came at all. I am still waiting for the parcel currently the team and customer care keeps telling me to wait till 9pm and not helping me find where my parcel is, wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Ordered a pair of size 7 shoes and when they came there were no where near size 7 more like 4/5 they were so tiny and I was gutted cause they were acc very nice

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICES. THIS COMPANY DOES NOT TAKE OWNERSHIP FOR THEIR ERRORS NOR DO THEY OFFER ANY COMPENSATION, NOT EVEN A DISCOUNT CODE. I ORDERED A MATCHING SET AND ONLY AFTER THEY TOLD ME MY ORDER WAS DISPATCHED, DID THEY TELL ME ONE ITEM FROM THE MATCHING SET WAS MISSING AND THAT IF I WANTED TO RETURN THE OTHER ITEM THAT I WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR THE RETURN POSTAGE. QUITE FRANKLY THE RESPONSE TO THE EMAIL I SENT WAS DISGRACEFUL AND SIMPLY SAYS THEY DONT CARE ABOUT MY LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. DO NOT SHOP ON THIS SITE AND DONT RECOMMEND ANY FRIENDS TO THEM EITHER.

The clothes are rarely of a good quality and the "next day delivery" is almost always at least 3 day delivery!

Horrible shop. Everyone I know who has purchased from PLT has been ripped off and scammed. I purchased 3 cheap items and used the discount code (that is always there) to bring it down to $50. The site said $50 throughout the whole checkout process, however when I checked my bank account I realised the company had taken over 100. After realising I emailed them immediately asking for the extra charged money back as I couldn’t afford $100 (hence why I only planned to spend 50!!) where a rep from PLT said I would have to wait until the order arrived and then PAY to have them shipped back for a full refund. Honestly, just don’t purchase from this brand. They don’t care about their customers and are happy to scam the F*** out of their customers.

•Horrible service •Don’t give you the right size that you order •The quality of the clothing is very cheap. I ordered a dress from there and it was completely see through and nothing like what it looked like on the model • Sent me broken shoes and packaged them knowing they were broken • Don’t have a contact number just and email, so it’s pretty difficult to get a hold of them • Returning all of the items I ordered was a nightmare plus you’re in charge of paying for all the shipping costs. It was so difficult to find the proper postage the send the items back Overall will not be ordering from them again...

I ordered a pair of trousers from prettylittlething.ie to wear to my Grandad’s 80th Birthday celebration. I paid for next day delivery. Over a week later the parcel has still not been delivered. I have since had to go out and buy something else to wear and Pretty Little Thing are refusing to refund my money to me and are insisting that I must wait until the package arrives and then I can return it for a refund. It seems fairly obvious that the package has been lost by the courier, Fastway, although no one will admit this. I have spent hours at this stage communicating with both the courier company and numerous customer service representatives from Pretty Little Thing and I feel that I am being treated very unfairly.

I ordered a few things on this website. One of them were a two pack of bandeau tops. It looked really cute but was too small and I have never seen such an disgusting material. Second I ordered a white crop top IN MY USUAL SIZE. But I can’t say anything about it because i wasn’t able to fit in. The next thing I ordered was the reason why I even ordered. It was a chiffon lace corsage in white. That’s the only thing I kept even if it’s nearly transparent. I’m just shocked because I have to pay for a nearly transparent shirt 30$. And also I had to pay the shipping (10$) to germany. Do not recommend!!! And I'll never order something of them again.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! I have made a total of 5 purchases from PrettyLittleThing and 3/5 orders have gone wrong. My first purchase, a white blouse came with a stain on it. My second purchase, a 2 piece suit, I was sent 2 blazers. My third purchase was sent to me in UK sizing, although I converted my currency to Canadian pricing (they claim i was shopping on the UK site, i was not, this is not my first time shopping online).... so my items were sent to me 2 sizes too small. With all of these errors on their end, they provide little to no customer service. They offered me 30% off, which is the promo they always have going on. Just over all they are not a reliable website and the clothes are poor quality. Many other online retailers provide a better service and better quality.

This company is horrible. They are a bunch of scams a bunch of liars. Who ever owns this company it is losing money and customer because their team it’s a bunch of jokes. I never leave reviews but what I went through with them and how they lied me for a week straight I thought someone had to read this. Purchased few things from them and I had a 50% off code, they lost my package and then when I asked them ok well I can repurchase everything but you guys have to give me the same discount and they said no they can’t ummmm ok that’s your mistake so now correct it and sent me my items. After a week going back and forth them telling me it takes 24hr to get the code i found out they were lying to me. Every day i would ask them for the code and they will tell me oh you’ll have it tomorrow you’ll have tomorrow. I heard this for a week straight and nothing then they started to read my messages and not respond. Never been treated like this by any company out there horrible customer service. It went to the point where I didn’t really care about the code but I was frustrated how a bunch of people sit behind a computer and play you and laugh at you after they screw up your order and wasted your money on shipping. I have all the screenshots of they lies everyday and it would blow your mind how a company runs business like this. I hope someone reads this and takes care and fix all this bs and treat customer right because we are spending money it’s not for free.

I purchased two items which did not come. I've been trying to get a refund for over 3 weeks now as I have not received the goods but I'm going round in circles with the customer service team. I would not recommend this company at all.
