It’s a real shame that this company sizing is way off. First time I’ve ever ordered from this site as I heard the joggers are great from YouTube videos hauls. These girls are sent free clothing so obviously there wouldn’t be any complaints from them so don’t be fooled. I ordered a M & L in the grey basic joggers and firstly the L fits like an extra extra large.. huge legs. Super long. So I figure medium will fit. Put them on and they fit like S. So tight, very short like floods. Huge difference between the two sizes. So disappointing . Very defective merchandise and still don’t know which size fits me better. I was planning on ordering all the colors In The sweats , now I will order nothing ever from this site because their merchandise is obviously mass produced and defective. Beware . They charge to send this garbage back and it’s also a big hassle.

Poor customer service, endless "technical issues" that I was promised would be corrected, but were not, and zero follow up. If a company will not provide you with a customer service number, that's a red flag!

The pants that I ordered are way too long. Unwearable :( I’m not a short person. Actually I’m quite tall. (1m 70cm) The pants are at least 20 cm longer than they should be. Awful material :(

Really poor quality very confusing sizing. And you have to pay for 7 dollars to return them which will absolutely happen. Such a waste of time and money.

Never order from pretty little thing, I ordered five items and two of them arrived broken. Then when I attempted to contact them for my money back they claimed that they couldn't find my order number meanwhile it was on my order confirmation. Such a rip off.

I was super excited to order off of this website and heard good things about them. I ordered a large amount of clothing items and paid for express shipping. The package came so quick! But the downfall was that the quality of the clothes was horrible. I would compare them to other cheap clothing sites like zaful and wish. The sizing is tiny and does not really follow the size guide on the website. On the website the clothes looked like good quality but when I received them it was far from it. I will be returning all of my items besides a select few just because of the hassle i've had to endure from this company. I will not be ordering from this website again. And if you are considering buying items from them I would not.

trying to return items and when I go to print/pay for the return label it is refusing my payment so I can't print it out and return before the 28 day period. Guess I won't get my money back. Scammers.

I won't be shopping here again! Ordered on Saturday for next day delivery on Sunday. I received an email to say I should expect my parcel to be between 10:00am-13:00pm. It gets to 12:00pm and there's a 'delay' so waited up until 18:00pm and then I message them on Facebook and I'm told there's a issue with my address and to confirm it. I know there's no problem with my address as Ibe received parcels before without an issue and they refuse to give me a refund on the delivery charge because the courier tried to deliver it...I was in all day, gave them the correct address and yet they think they can keep your money when it's not the customers fault! I keep having to repeat myself about wanting a refund on the delivery charge or the whole delivery and they keep ignoring that part and answering the other part of my messages but take 2 hours to reply! Absolute joke customer service and Hermes is a joke as well

Bought a dress off of the website- fabric was a little flimsy, I dismissed it. I have worn it all of 3 times before one of the straps snapped!

Horrible and unreliable. Placed an order and chose Express shipping but for whatever reason confirmation came up as standard shipping. Contacted the as soon as I noticed the glitch and asked if they could correct if but they refused. Standard shipping would take 2 weeks and by then items will be useless to me. Won't make the mistake of ordering anything from them ever again.

You go to order from there new items page, but when you do they never have your size or everything is OUT OF STOCK especially there Diamanté Bikini collection which was only in due the last few days, they then send you an email to say, look wears new on our website, so when you log in to look, they are out of stock already. I got in touch with customer service and they take forever to get back to you, to say Iam sorry we won't be restocking the new collection, bit BIZZARE that eh, really puts you off ordering from them.Terrible

I sent back returns to PLT on the 20th may, I contacted them at the weekend to find out what was going on because I had received my money back nor did I have an email from PLT confirming they have my returns as you can imagine I was somewhat concerned as my parcel was picked up by a Hermes courier which emailed me straight away with collecting my parcel with a tracking number to keep track of my parcel it clearly states the day and time I requested Hermes to collect my returns it clearly states tge day and time Hermes collected from my house and it clearly states day and time it was returned back to PLT which was on the 22nd may! Now I emailed PLT all of this and was told this was not sufficient enough as evidence and I have to wait until the 4th June!!! If ive not heard anything about my returns I then have to get back in touch and provide a receipt from the courier collection?? I ordered a substantial amount of items it's not as if I'm owed 10 pound it's quite a lot of money I'm owed back I cannot understand how a tracking number which clearly states days and times of collection and progress of my package is not sufficient enough as evidence of returns waiting from the 20th may to the 4th of June to get something resolved is absolutely ridiculous. My experience with PLT hasn't been great and its put me off purchasing with them again I've never experienced this at all with any other online retailer.

The clothes fit waaaaaay small. Size 8 fits like a 4. And the quality is really bad, see through, flimsy. The ‘shirt’ fit like a bra. Also arrived over a week late, and no one from customer service responded. Don’t order from this website.

Actually terrible. Clothes looked NOTHING like they did on the site at all. They also didn’t fit, and the measurements on the website said they would. Trash.

I would give zero stars if I could. Dresses came with rips in both of them, trim was torn as well. Terrible website that clearly do not care for customers. DO NOT BUY!

Would never order off this again, my mother and I totally agree that we’re never online shopping on this website again, it’s like ordering off wish; the clothes look amazing in the pictures and when you order them they’re a crappy material and look nothing like they are in the picture! This has happened with ALL of our orders off this which was between 7-8 items and I thought one item was okay but after an hour into the first wear of a bodysuit there’s already a rip in it where the clasps are! No it was not too small it was actually a loose fitting. My mother’s refund has also not come through and it’s been more than 14 days too, disaster of a website!
