“Shipping didn't take long for me this was my second order I purchased, now I won't ever order shoes again from here. I recently ordered some bad ass platforms a size 10.. once receiving the shoes it said a size 8 which was odd. I tried them on and they were tight my toes were hanging out highly disappointed, not sure how they do sizing but it's inaccurate in my opinion. Very cute items but sizing is definitely wrong .”

“Delivery was quick, but that was about the only plus. Even with the decent pricing I got, I was expecting more out of the quality. The quality is literally comparable to that of a cheap Halloween costume. And the sizes were way Off- everything was super small. I ordered 15 things, and sadly, will be returning 14 of them.”

“Everything on this website is an absolute scam I don’t know how the sizing can be that off!! I am usually a size 10 in tops and because I know there sizing is so bad in previous items I’ve ordered before I ordered a size 14 because that how had the sizing is and when the size 14 came it actually fit like a size 6!!!!!! I have no idea what is wrong with there sizing but they need to get it right I use to love pretty little thing and now I will never shop there again I don’t get why everyone loves it so much. Because everything looks so nice on the models it makes me want to order things but now I know it is just a complete scam! Absolute joke”

“DONT TRUST WHAT THE ITEM LOOKS LIKE ON THE MODELS! I ordered a one piece bathing suit online. It looked totally different on the model, it came way too low on me compared to her. I wanted to return it but realized you have to pay like 7.30 to return it plus print out your own return slip. The return cost was more than half of what I paid so I just kept it. Super frustrated!!!”

“My daughter has a picky style. She found a dress on this website and I immediately ordered it. The tracker showed it was to be delivered on June 11. I checked yesterday to find that the tracking system stated the address on package was unidentifiable. I reached out to the Post Office and they said the package is returned to sender. I contacted PLT on their chat because finding their contact number is impossible. After informing them that I had already contacted the post office I was told to contact the post office...??? I'm an avid online shopper and this has been the most difficult website for me. I hope to at least get a refund and never shop here again.”

“I ordered a dress a week ago it hasn't even been mailed yet, I tried sorting it out and sending a complaint as it was meant to arrive today and I couldn't even submit my email because the submit button wasn't working. I can't even track my order because every time I put in my delivery number it says it's invalid. Not a good experience.”

“It’s a real shame that this company sizing is way off. First time I’ve ever ordered from this site as I heard the joggers are great from YouTube videos hauls. These girls are sent free clothing so obviously there wouldn’t be any complaints from them so don’t be fooled. I ordered a M & L in the grey basic joggers and firstly the L fits like an extra extra large.. huge legs. Super long. So I figure medium will fit. Put them on and they fit like S. So tight, very short like floods. Huge difference between the two sizes. So disappointing . Very defective merchandise and still don’t know which size fits me better. I was planning on ordering all the colors In The sweats , now I will order nothing ever from this site because their merchandise is obviously mass produced and defective. Beware . They charge to send this garbage back and it’s also a big hassle.”

“The pants that I ordered are way too long. Unwearable :( I’m not a short person. Actually I’m quite tall. (1m 70cm) The pants are at least 20 cm longer than they should be. Awful material :(”

“Never order from pretty little thing, I ordered five items and two of them arrived broken. Then when I attempted to contact them for my money back they claimed that they couldn't find my order number meanwhile it was on my order confirmation. Such a rip off.”

“I was super excited to order off of this website and heard good things about them. I ordered a large amount of clothing items and paid for express shipping. The package came so quick! But the downfall was that the quality of the clothes was horrible. I would compare them to other cheap clothing sites like zaful and wish. The sizing is tiny and does not really follow the size guide on the website. On the website the clothes looked like good quality but when I received them it was far from it. I will be returning all of my items besides a select few just because of the hassle i've had to endure from this company. I will not be ordering from this website again. And if you are considering buying items from them I would not.”

“I won't be shopping here again! Ordered on Saturday for next day delivery on Sunday. I received an email to say I should expect my parcel to be between 10:00am-13:00pm. It gets to 12:00pm and there's a 'delay' so waited up until 18:00pm and then I message them on Facebook and I'm told there's a issue with my address and to confirm it. I know there's no problem with my address as Ibe received parcels before without an issue and they refuse to give me a refund on the delivery charge because the courier tried to deliver it...I was in all day, gave them the correct address and yet they think they can keep your money when it's not the customers fault! I keep having to repeat myself about wanting a refund on the delivery charge or the whole delivery and they keep ignoring that part and answering the other part of my messages but take 2 hours to reply! Absolute joke customer service and Hermes is a joke as well”
