Items look completely different to the pictures on their website colours are u recognisable and the sizing couldn't be more off deely upset over their lack of care and pride over what they ship to customers

I ordered over £250 worth of jumpers for my upcoming holiday and a lounge suit. To say the quality control was lacking is a total understatement. I am not sure who they base their sizings on but they were either drowning me and the sleeves were so long you couldnt even see my hands. The lounge suit joggers were so long and big that they wouldn't be in proportion with anyone's size. The quality of the materials are so poor and most of my order smelled like tobacco. Absolute shambles. Avoid at all costs.

Horrible quality to say the least. They obviously spend all their money on events for social media and endorsements that they don’t have enough to put into the quality of their items. I purchased a huge order of swimwear from them for an upcoming vacation and I had to return them all! The quality was so poor that a small snug would cause the bikini top to completely fall - and I made sure to order a size down to avoid this. Instead, I’m advising to avoid this company all together.

I made a large order with Pretty Little Thing which they told me had been sent in two parcels. I contacted them as I had only received one parcel, and the tracking number they had given me had the wrong address attached. They are adamant - each time I message them I get a response from a different person who seems to not be able to look at the previous messages that have been sent - that both parcels had been delivered, but are too stupid to realise that one parcel had been sent to a different town. They keep asking the same questions like a broken record. My purchase was over $400. They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced and I do a lot of online shopping. Tomorrow I will be getting a Statutory Declaration signed by my local post office as proof.

Ordered from PLT a few times now and the sizing is a joke.... I am usually a 14-16 in all clothing, however when ordering a size 16 in a bralette and some underwear, it could only just fit my friend who is a size 12.... they are so small! I found that the sizing in my previous orders was too small aswell so I did have to send the items back. Also, size 16 being the biggest size in most of their clothing and it actually turns out to be a small 12 is ridiculous! They definitely don’t provide for us “bigger women” if that’s what you want to call a size 14-16🤷🏻‍♀️What a joke!

very disadvantage to buy from Germany , shipping cost very expensive, i bought some dresses and paid 10€ for shipping cost, but only one dress which cost 9€ was finally posted to me and the company took 10€ from my paypal for shipping cost, i was so angry to pay 10€ shipping cost for a 9€ dress. will never buy from this company again

This is a TERRIBLE company, do not ever order w them. One of the worse online experiences I've ever had and I order ONLINE ALL THE TIME. For starters I placed my order successfully, this dress was suppose to be delivered by Valentines. Well it wasnt, Bc I was contacted by DHL that they could not deliver to a PO BOX. I needed to provide a physical address, I didnt get my dress by valentines as I was suppose to. I got the dress and it was way too big. They make it so difficult to do business w them, as they have no phone number, no return address, and a virtual help desk which is a complete joke. Its no wonder they always have sales, bc thats the only way they stay in business. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN.

I ordered 4 items, everything was the wrong sizing but two out of 4 ended up fitting. I ordered a t shirt dress and it ended up being very large when I wanted a size 2. I order a black mini dress size 2 and it ended up being SO TINY honestly for a toddler like it was shrunk. I tried it on it was more of a crop top than anything. The skirt I wanted was for size 2 but ended up being size 6 but the skirt was so tiny it ended up fitting me, a body suit was size 00 when I wanted size 2 ended up fitting because it was bigger than a size 00. All the sizing is off, it's like they don't check the sizing on the orders!!!!!!

Incorrect item delivered. Was told only way was to re order the item and have to send back the incorrect item therefore the store had my money twice for something that wasn’t my error. The new order came and was AGAIN the incorrect item!!! Therefore waiting for 2 refund and had the hassle of sending back 2 items. Extremely disappointed

such bulshit, do not waste your time or money on this site, i though i was going to get my moneys worth.... but instead the sizes were messed up, i ordered a size 10 dress and it looks like they just found a size 16 dress and just sewed size 10 on it..... i also ordered a pair of size 10 heels, and instead they sent me size 8, i won’t waste my time refunding my items as they expect me to pay $11,50 just to return it on top of that paying for shipping.....

ive tried to order from them 3 times and have been let down each time. First incident, there was an issue with shipping. The last two times, theyve sent items that were faulty. Return shipping is a hassle, and customer service with them is a joke. items are sized incorrectly for plus size, AND the quality of the materials is CHEAP. Please save yourself the headache and order elsewhere. If you notice, you cant leave reviews on the site for their items. THEY DONT WANT YOU TO LEAVE BAD REVIEWS. And they will just offer you 20% off your next purchase, as if you want to deal with that again. *eye roll*

This clothing line is horrible. Their clothing is not true to size. The returns are so inconvenient and expensive. I had to pay $6 for shipping when I ordered the clothes and then I got stuck paying $7 for returning the clothes that didn’t fit me. This is a total scam. They’re literally taking advantage of their shipping and returns. Total BS, never buying from here Again.

THIS SITE IS A TOTAL JOKE. POOR QUALITY, NOT TRUE TO SIZE AND ARRIVES BROKEN & TORN! I knew there had to be a reason that they didn't accept reviews on the actual site. Its because they have terrible items! Ive never experienced such low quality material. My dress arrived torn & broken in certain areas. Another dress did not fit at all. I'm a size 2 & I ordered a size 4 to be sure it fits. Its awful. Such crappy people to be stealing peoples money like this. I will never order from here again. I want to figure out how to warn others of how terrible the place is. I may do a video or something because this is absolutely ridiculous !

This site is a SCAM! Sunday, I received my order only to find I was sent a used dress. The security ribbon was missing, it strongly smelled of BO and cheap perfume. There were deodorant stains on it. Oh yeah, and some kind of disgusting pet fur--yuck. I contacted them immediately, explaining the situation and asking if I could be sent what I paid for. They never responded. I sent a second emails. I was asked to furnish pictorial evidence. After five days of exchanging emails they refunded my money, but refused to refund my shipping. So now, if I want they dress--which means I'd have to risk the it coming dirty and worn again--I'll have to pay shipping a second time. So unprofessional. Zero customer service. Poor customer experience. Now, I am $6 in the hole with nothing to show for it but a horrible customer experience. This is why I stopped buying fast fashion 5 years ago. I've never even ordered from Fashion Nova before, and the second I try to step out of my box I am reminded of why I stick to Nordstrom and Saks. Never again! I would give 0 stars if i could. HORRIBLE COMPANY they SCAM you for your returns! I have been trying to get refunded for 4 months already & they still have not succeeded & or they blame me for not giving them correct banking details when they just don’t type in the correct numbers. they know exactly they typed in the wrong information they just trick you to keep your money. beware! I recommend fashion nova never once have i had this issue!

I have placed 3 different orders through PLT, all have been cheap material and haven't fit right at all. I have pretty average proportions and followed the size guide and nothing was even close to fitting. The return process is even worse because I had to pay $10 just to ship the items back. Each time I try to email the company or get help the site always crashes. I hate this store- never shopping here again. I also hate how the own site itself doesn't have reviews for the clothing.

Ordered a top for £8 as I had a code for £1 next day delivery , placed order and paid through PayPal and once payment had gone through I noticed I was charged £5.99 next day delivery. Contacted them straight away to make them aware of the problem couldn’t do anything as the order went through at 8.01 offer expired at 8.00 pm I placed the order with the code stating it was £9 but was charged £13.99 total con, very unhelpful, offered a 30% discount of next order, no thanks won’t order from them again, will shop elsewhere..

Placed an order all went through ok. Received and email saying there was an error when placing my order and that the funds would bounce back into my acc 3-7 days. Get a knock at the door and it’s the courier with my parcel. I open the parcel and an item is missing. Now I have to wait up to 24hours for a email reply to get this issue resolved. I originally brought this item to wear on a specific date. Doesn’t look like this will be the case. First and last time i’ll just stick to what I know in future. Not even a contact number to help resolve things quickly it’s a joke.
