“Love how this website handled there shipping despite moving warehouses. They got my product to me 3 days earlier than the estimated delivery date. However, there was a problem with my product. The mustard crepe jumpsuit that I bought was not tailored for size 12 but instead someone who was size 14. It also was much longer which caused for problems since I had bought it just in time for my 21st birthday party. My advice would be to please make sure you label your products as being "TALL"/"PETITE" if you believe they are not suitable for at the average height. Thank you!!”

“I’m extremely disappointed in how my order was handled. I ordered my dresses over a month ago. They sent the wrong size and you would think customer service would be more than helpful with express shipping my order to correct the issue just like any other vendor would. For example, fashion novo offers 2 day shipping. If it’s longer than two days or if any issues were to occur, they will send you a REALLY nice coupon to use on your next order along with reaching out to let you know what happened so you’re not sitting around, twirling your thumbs not knowing what in the heck is going on. But no. They weren’t. Not at the least bit. I found out myself. I had to reorder myself. Ship the wrong order back. And hope and pray that my new order would arrive on time. I have two events this weekend that I ordered them for. I was assured by customer service that they would arrive on time. So when the day came that my order would arrive.... it didn’t. I contacted CS again and they stated it would come two days later. Which would be today, the day of event number 1. Checked the mail. And of course my order was not delivered. I’m livid! If I were a celebrity like the Jenner’s or the Kardashian’s, CS would have bent over backwards to correct the issue. But instead they were like, 🤷🏼‍♀️ sorry about your luck ✌🏼.”

“I’m really starting to get nervous my order got lost especially after reading these reviews. I ordered 5 things on plt on July 25th. they changed the delivery date twice and now there is no delivery date at all. I haven’t received updates on my order since August 3rd. pretty little thing if you see this please help me .. I also did email today with no response yet.”

“Tracking for both of my orders have not moved in 7 days!!! 7 days no movement, its just sitting there, no updates, nothing! I ordered on July 31st for my trip on August 19th. At this point I am beginning to seriously worry.. I have received things from China to USA in 3 days, so I really don't understand what kind of cheap shipping they are using. I need my items for my vacation. I ordered 3 weeks ahead of time. I don't understand how shipping is this slow in 2018. From UK - US. Not moved in 7 days, just sitting there...RIDICULOUS. Feel like crying right now.”

“I purchased two dresses that were both too small and returned them both in the same packaging. I only received a refund for one dress and not the other. When asked about it, they told me I need to provide them with the tracking. I no longer have the tracking because I got rid of it when I received the refund from one of the dresses (assuming the 2nd one would be refunded right after since they were in the same packaging.) I was told without it, there is nothing they can do. I now have no dress (that I paid for) and no refund. I explained to them multiple times that the dress was included with the first dress and if they received one and refunded it, they should have received the other. I am out of the item and out of my money and they will not give me either back. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Fashion nova is so much better.”

“Items Never Received Their sizing is always off. They are quick to deduct the money but VERY SLOW on sending products out. I placed an order over three months ago and still haven't received it.”

“My order that was a surprise for my Grandaughter (she was told only she would be receiving a parcel) . Have now been told it is lost on transit. I have to go through the total order process again if I want it resent. I would not have ordered it if I didn't want it sent. The chances now they are out of stock.”

“I ordered 2 size 10 dresses. When then eventually arrived i was shocked! I would say I’m a small size 10 and neither of the dresses would even fit over my head to get them on!! Your sizing is disgusting and you should be ashamed of yourselves - no wonder women have body hang-ups!! You are not helping with body confidence at all! Maybe if I ordered a size 18 from you it would fit my size 10 frame!”

“I ordered trousers, but the trousers that I received looked nothing like the picture on their website. The quality of the fabric was very poor, I could see through it, and it came damaged with black stains on it like if it was burnt. They basically sent me a faulty good. Also, the refund took very long to be processed, I had to contact them twice for them to finally refund me.”

“Extremely angry with this company. Will not order from them in future. Did not deliver on time and I requested as I’m away on holiday not deliver my item. which they agreed to and now while on holiday I find out they deliverd my unwanted items to my neighbour that I don’t know without my permission.”

“Worst clothes I've ever ordered or purchased! BEWARE DO NOT BUY.. Spent 40 pound on some trousers and Bardot bodysuit.. Trousers was cheap material and could see right through them nothing like the picture! Top couldn't even fasten was too small and I ordered a size up because heard they run small. Never buying from there again PRETTYLITTLESHIT!”

“I would not recommend to anyone. Literally the worst clothing compamy to order from. They never provide next day delivery. I’ve had 3 orders in the past 6 months get lost. Clothes have arrived see through and looking nothing like they did on the website. My most recent complain is that I ordered a dress and waitied a week for it to come and when there was still no sign of it I contacted them they said the order had failed (AFTER THEY HAD CHARGED ME) They would have never let me know the order had failed unless I contacted them. THEY ARE AN ABSOLUTE JOKE AND I WOULD ADVISE PEOPLE TO AVOID THEM. They need to cut they chirpy “gal” slang and actually focus on being a decent company that can provide the service they offer.”
