This is the WORST company I have ever dealt with. After two orders were 'eventually cancelled because the items were "not in stock"', they refunded them. I was a little suspect, given there was no phone number and just now read the reviews. I can easily seeing them being true. Their tracking truly does suck. Very very disappointing.

Even though the items on the site are cute PLT has a few issues. (1) The sizing can be quite off at times even for the same item. I ordered the exact same dress during the same order if different colours and even though both dresses said the same size one dress was smaller. (2) The time from order to ship vary so much. One order the things didn't for days to a week, another order things shipped in 3 days and one order I couldn' even tell when the shipment was made it was just in pending even every I received my items. (3) Customer service is trash. Regarding a return issue I had, there was no consistency is reps, I was constantly repeating my issue and following up even though all communication was done via email.... like scroll down and read!!! I kept getting different answers when I did get any answers and that process took about 2 weeks I believe. And they have no phone number so you can't call and get immediate assistance or clarify without wasting time. (4) Their return process sucks. They make you pay via eParcel but have no way of tracking return status online. They don't keep the label that they make you on file. And when a package gets lost they refuse to help or even look up the package tracking. I waited patiently for a return update for about 6-7weeks and when I followed up they did nothing, not even a courtesy. You can clearly see on my account I've only made 2 orders and this is my first return..they provided no assistance.

Don’t order from this company!!! Ordered and 4 days have gone by and my items still haven’t shipped. Bought these items for a trip, and at purchase was told the delivery would be August 22, now after reaching out too several places and finally getting a FB response I was told they still haven’t shipped and won’t be here until the 24th AFTER I LEAVE TO GO ON MY TRIP. This company won’t honor the original ship date or cancel the order. EVEN THOUGH IT HASNT SHIPPED. This is ridiculous. Scam. Ripoff. Don’t order from here

DISGUSTING. Sent 3 items back to them and got refunded for two and not the third one. Spoke to 'Hollie' at customer service who did NOTHING to help me at all apart from copy and paste the fact they can do nothing without proof of receipt. I work for a CHOICE store, and we go above and beyond to make sure our customers are satisfied, even if it means looking back on cameras to see who's handled the orders, so we don't STEAL anyones money that they work hard for!!! After spending hundreds previously, NEVER spending my hard earned money with them ever again.

My order # 502170025 So I ordered four different things from them on Tuesday and today (Saturday) I received an email saying my order have been canceled due to out of stock items. I ordered four different things, how is all the things I ordered out of stock?!? I’m disappointed.

First time using PLT ordered once items too big, so the-ordered. Both orders arrived promptly and on time. My issue is with the returns. Returned both my orders at the same time, first order or two items were too big and second order of two items didn’t really suit me. Got confirmation that my first returned packaged and be received safely and re-fund for both items on its way. Next day an email come through for the second package, but only one item had been re-funded. Queried via their online contact page. Company now want to see proof of receipt of my postage. Highlighted that this was pretty pointless considering they had already confirm receipt of the package and just wanted the to look into the issue of why the second item had not been re-funded. Waiting for their response. Not hopeful

I ordered a bikini top from them towards the end of July and it said it would arrive on August 5-6 and the tracking seemed correct but then it has still never arrived and they refunded me and said it was “out of stock” now. It wasn’t when I ordered, they gave me my money back so at least they don’t scam but after reading some other reviews it looks like they have pulled the same thing with a few others. Just keep an eye on your orders and tracking if you do decide to order from them.

I have ordered twice from pretty little thing and both times my items were “lost in the mail”. The tracking showed my items going to the wrong address and when I tried to contact someone, you’re only able to use an email. I asked for someone to send the items to the right address and they sent me a refund instead. I really just wanted the items I purchased. I was not given an explanation as to why I could not receive what I ordered.

I wish I could give 5 negative stars! Almost 2 months later and my shipment status hasn't changed since ordering. Tracking page says "oops! " every time I try to check on my items. I sent multiple emails in regards to cancelling and receiving a refund but to no surprise I've heard nothing back. What a worthless company!! Don't waste your time or money because you WONT get it back.

This company is awful... omg. First of all, shipping came in late by 3-4 days, which I didn't mind too much. But when I went to try my items on, the sizing was soooooo off, I can't even tell you. I ordered bodysuits, and they ran so small that they wouldn't even fit past my arms-- they wouldn't go down my chest. I couldn't even put it on at all. When I wanted to return the bodysuits because of the company's poor sizing (I already knew all my measurements.. I knew my bust, waist, and hip size and I followed their sizing chart based), they charged me $7-8 just to refund it/ ship it back. The thing is; with those same measurements/ numbers, I can fit into any other brand and stuff-- so once again I know my own size. But their bodysuits run WAY too small. Unless you want to actually BURN your money and stay dissatisfied, then don't shop from this website.

1 star rating is being generous. there should be a 0 star rating. ordered 3 dresses - 1 absolutely stank of body odour 1 was stained 1 was faulty, (boob section of the dress was a completely different shape on either side!) since contacted them to make a complaint, that got ignored so attempted again this time attaching photos of the 2 dresses with things visibly wrong. again I have been ignored. awful customer service.. currently been waiting a week for my refund and haven't heard anything yet.

I bought two bathing suits and tried to use a discount code for 30% off that was provided on their website. It wouldn’t work so I stupidly went ahead and bought the suits anyway. I wrote them an email asking them to apply the discount after the fact or at least a refund for the difference. They wouldn’t do that and just completely dismissed me and my very simple request. The suits are going back and I’m never purchasing another item of clothing or anything else from them again. A bit of goodwill goes a long way with me.

Worst customer service!!! I have order from here 3 times. On all occasions my parcel has arrive over 1 weeks late. I have had multiple item cancelled from the orders even though they are shown as in stock on the website. If I email to complain I don’t even receive a response!!!! Disgusting customer service. 1 star!!!!

I pay for plt next day delivery service, which is never delivered the next day, I spoke to them and in their terms and conditions it says they could take 48 hours to deliver, so why it is advertised as next day deliver I’m not sure? I have had many issues with them and late deliveries and today my delivery still hasn’t turned up which I ordered on Thursday, and when I have checked the delivery status it says undeliverable, no one has contacted me to inform me what’s going on or where my parcel is, really not good!!!

Love how this website handled there shipping despite moving warehouses. They got my product to me 3 days earlier than the estimated delivery date. However, there was a problem with my product. The mustard crepe jumpsuit that I bought was not tailored for size 12 but instead someone who was size 14. It also was much longer which caused for problems since I had bought it just in time for my 21st birthday party. My advice would be to please make sure you label your products as being "TALL"/"PETITE" if you believe they are not suitable for at the average height. Thank you!!

I’m extremely disappointed in how my order was handled. I ordered my dresses over a month ago. They sent the wrong size and you would think customer service would be more than helpful with express shipping my order to correct the issue just like any other vendor would. For example, fashion novo offers 2 day shipping. If it’s longer than two days or if any issues were to occur, they will send you a REALLY nice coupon to use on your next order along with reaching out to let you know what happened so you’re not sitting around, twirling your thumbs not knowing what in the heck is going on. But no. They weren’t. Not at the least bit. I found out myself. I had to reorder myself. Ship the wrong order back. And hope and pray that my new order would arrive on time. I have two events this weekend that I ordered them for. I was assured by customer service that they would arrive on time. So when the day came that my order would arrive.... it didn’t. I contacted CS again and they stated it would come two days later. Which would be today, the day of event number 1. Checked the mail. And of course my order was not delivered. I’m livid! If I were a celebrity like the Jenner’s or the Kardashian’s, CS would have bent over backwards to correct the issue. But instead they were like, 🤷🏼‍♀️ sorry about your luck ✌🏼.

I’m really starting to get nervous my order got lost especially after reading these reviews. I ordered 5 things on plt on July 25th. they changed the delivery date twice and now there is no delivery date at all. I haven’t received updates on my order since August 3rd. pretty little thing if you see this please help me .. I also did email today with no response yet.
