“I had PLT recommended to me as long trousers are difficult to find at a reasonable price nor in many styles. I was amazed at the choice and found quite a few for my daughter and myself. The only down side is the fact that the leg length in the pictures is based on the models height. Not helpful as some people have long legs and short bodies and vise versa. Both my daughter and I are six foot but have different leg lengths. Apart from that the service is good and well packed when delivered.”

“I had order a 10 in shoes . Yall send me a 8 so I reorder because my daughter need it for homecoming you gal send me another 8. I don't think that was right . But it will ne a while. Before I order from yall any more then. I payed 11.99 yo get it in 2 days.”

Hi, I'm sorry to hear you've been sent the wrong size. I've had a look into your orders and I can see these were placed on our US website, as we're a UK based company all our items are labelled with the UK sizing. I can see you ordered the Rose Gold Clear Strap Ornate Heels in a US size 10, the UK equivalent is a size 8. “This was my First time ordering with PLT and I was completely satisfied with my purchase. Delivery was pretty quick, however PLT can be a little pricey…. Probably will order again”

“Last time I ordered, I didn’t realize this was a UK site so I ordered what I thought was my size. Clothes were way too big and it was too much money to send back. Al I wanted to do was exchange the clothes for smaller sizes. But I would not have been reimbursed the shipping charges. So I took the ‘L’ with that purchase. This time around, I still don’t have my order made on 9/8/19 and it is now 9/25/19. Most likely my last time ordering with PLT.”

Hi Jackeline, I'm sorry to hear you've had problems with the size conversion and your latest order hasn't arrived. I've checked this out and I can see there's been no update on your delivery since the 13th September so I've escalated this to the couriers to be chased urgently. “Ordered clothes and they came dirty when I complained about this to plt customer service and they told me to wash the clothes. When I Order clothes from ptl for the price I did I would prefer they where new or clean.”

“The outfit did not fit. I would have returned it, but they have made the return process so complicated, and the link I used didn't work in the end. I would never recommend them.”

“I ordered a gray satin snake skin blazer. I live in the U.S. The shipping time was excellent. Unfortunately, however, when the product arrived it was the wrong color - brown - so I could not wear it with the outfit for which I purchased it. The size was way too big as well. I looked up how to return the merchandise and the website states they do not accept returns outside of the U.K. So, I paid for a product I cannot possibly use and am stuck with the bill. That is a big bummer.”

“Order arrived with 2 weeks of ordering to Victoria, Australia. Loved the clothing. I purchased 2 wrap tops with belt, 1 jumpsuit & 1 dress. Fitted well. This is my 2nd order and haven't been disappointed yet. Will definitely order again. Happy customer”

“Only issue I had was I ordered the size I thought I could wear but ended up being too small. Fortunately, my daughter could wear it so I ordered another and it happened to be on sale. Took about 7 days to receive which is pretty fast.”
