“Great trendy clothes! I would wait till things go on sale or have a discount because some things aren’t worth the price. ONE FULL SIZE UP!!!!! I am normally a 2/4 in jeans and dresses and I wish I ordered my clothes in a 6. (I purchased a full dress, and 3 skirts)”

“Prettylittlething is where I go to for almost all of my clothing and I know I can always rely on them for good quality although I do wish is you spend over a certain amount the delivery charge would be taken away. Other than that it’s my favourite place to shop”

“My first purchase here and im very happy. Delivery was very fast. Had to return two items (ordered a few sizes) and return was easy enough (though i had to print the returns label) and no charge with collect plus (glad that it was collect plus, as they are in lots of locations) . Refund was received very fast, too. Quality of the item that i kept seems good, especially for the price. Sizing is good. Price is good, especially with the discount. Overall very happy with item and service.”

“I love pretty little thing, they have great discounts and orders usually come pretty quick and I live in the US. The only take away is that I’ve had several outfits from them that has ripped after only one wear ☹️”

“I had PLT recommended to me as long trousers are difficult to find at a reasonable price nor in many styles. I was amazed at the choice and found quite a few for my daughter and myself. The only down side is the fact that the leg length in the pictures is based on the models height. Not helpful as some people have long legs and short bodies and vise versa. Both my daughter and I are six foot but have different leg lengths. Apart from that the service is good and well packed when delivered.”

I've had a look into your orders and I can see these were placed on our US website, as we're a UK based company all our items are labelled with the UK sizing. I can see you ordered the Rose Gold Clear Strap Ornate Heels in a US size 10, the UK equivalent is a size 8.
