I bought 3 dresses and a pair of heels. The heel broke off my shoes the first day wearing them and only one of the dresses fit and looks good if I wear it backwards?!?! Waste of money, will not shop here again.

My order hasn't arrived yet and it has been five days since the day it was supposed be delivered. I sent an email to ask for help and I got no response. I will never shop here again!

Ordered a Halloween costume about a week ago, after ordering the screen took me back to the main screen without giving me a confirmation number or telling me “thanks for ordering” so I thought my phone glitched and went back to order it again. Turned out it has went through and I ended up buying 2 costumes over $100. Tried to cancel 2nd order and there’s no customer service number to call. Also didn’t let me type in my correct apartment number when ordering so it was sent wrong and is being sent back. Still no customer service number to call so I’m basically at a loss on what to do.

I've had a look into your account and I've located both orders, due to the apartment number being missing from your address the courier has had to return both parcels back to our Warehouse. The clothes were great, shipping was fast, costumer service was super helpful when I had to return a couple items (they were too big) and the amount for the return was refunded quite fast. Very happy, will order again!

The pants I purchased was huge and I can’t even return them cause the tags came off & someone from the company sent me wet leggings link so I can purchase leggings since the one I got was too big 🙄🤦🏻‍♀️

It was my first time shopping and I had no issues. The discount was a great plus. The clothes fit well, they arrived on time and the quality is great. Can’t wait to actually wear my beautiful dress.

Paid next day delivery 4th day In still no parcel -delivery lied saying they tried to deliver no note and I was in all day!!! Now company saying no tracking is showing

Delivery came on time. Quality of clothing was awful. Ordered the plt range tracksuit bottoms that were like something off a cheap market. Put my hands in the pocket to holes where i could feel my legs and if I put something in the pocket it would fall straight down the trousers ! Also ordered 2 T-shirts the same but different colours same size. Ones huge ones not ?! Boohoo is so much better quality and priced better!

Positive: The items arrived in no time. Negatives: The biker shorts are made of thin cotton material. They are material is very transparent and I can’t wear them out. You can see straight through them. Cheaper to keep them instead of paying shipping return fee. Don’t order unless you don’t mind showing it all. Dark underwear can still be seen. 🙁

My order delivered early, always a plus! I was worried the quality of the material would be cheap, considering I've never ordered from this site, but the dress was perfect! I will be wearing it to a wedding and it looks amazing.

Terrible customer service. There's no phone number to call. when you talk to someone through WhatsUp app It"ll take every 30 minutes to for them to reply you. I'm extremely disappointed with the service. My issues are not results yet. I don't understand why they will refund you the money without refund you the sales tax you paid for!!! I"ve returned more than one order in the same parcel and this will take them 1 month for them to refund my money. it was a mess situation. I talk to a PLT online chat agent who named Umar He acknowledge me that it is OK to do it that way. so i did it and sent it back in one parcel. after i sent it and then when I speak to the agent from WhatsApp they made big deal about it. They're so not organized. So The agent who helped me today names are -Mavie, Robyn im not happy with their service. take them every 30 mins to answer one question. this is just terrible. I just ask them to give me a number to call and they just disappeared and that was 20 minutes ago.

I heard many good things on youtube and instagram about PLT and I finally had some money to buy a few things. I got blue corduroy pants that looked REALLY cute on the site and I'm pretty sure I put my correct size but when it came they were like 2/3 sizes bigger than what I am and they weren't as cute in person like in the picture. Second, I got plain white mom(?) jeans and I was also really excited for those but they sent me a bigger size. Really frustrating at this point. I got a plain white long sleeve; it's cute but really see through 😩😩. And lastly, i got a cropped black jacket and thats the only item that came in perfectly.

Hi Jocelyn, I'm sorry to hear you're not happy with your recent purchase especially as you were really looking forward to receiving your items and that you had problems with the sizing and quality. I completely understand how frustrating this must be and I want to get this looked into straight away. As we're a UK based company all our items are labelled with the UK size. Both pairs of jeans were ordered in a US size 10 when they arrived they will have been labelled with a size 14 as this is the UK equivalent. Its a secure and safety site. The costumer service are being very helpful and understanding even though you live in the UK or Sweden. I would like to also say that it would be better if you linked the main models outfits in the new letter. I do often see Lori Harvey in the news letter but I can’t find her outfits at the site.

Was sent completely wrong item and had to send almost everything back because the sizes are so off. Quality is not very good but you get what you pay for. Still waiting to receive my return, it takes forever as did receiving your items.

Loved my shirt . My only issue was that I ordered a small and received a medium. I was still able to fit the medium shirt so it wasn’t a huge issue.
