Sent the wrong shoe size.. material on dress is poor quality.. will not purchase again..

This company is horrible. I’ve ordered 2 times from them and they take forever with shipping. I think they are out of stock on most of their items but still process the order and you have to wait an extra 2 weeks to get your items. It’s not worth it. Stay away.

Have been waiting my clothes over a week now. Just wrote them on fb and just now they said that my parcels have gone lost.. what? Said they will do refund in 24 hours so.... will see.. VERY dissapointed and not gonna reorder again as they suggested......... What a waist of my time and probably my money...

I ordered items on the 29th of October to receive next day delivery for the 30th, it did not arrive. I was refunded the £5.99 which I was grateful for. The tracking stopped updating on the 30th I was told to wait 3-5 days to see if it arrives although the tracking has not changed since the 29th and no one can look into it to see where or how the item is lost. I asked them if they can just resend the order out to me if it is lost they said they are unable to do that. I’ve waited 5 more days and they said wait another day to see if it arrives and then I will have to wait up to 5 days for a refund. It was next day delivery so surely it should be found somewhere by now. I really needed these two dresses for birthday and event plans and I thought highly of plt before but the customer service has been awful with generic automated replies there is also no way of locating the parcel. They have forgot that they have had the money out of my account since the 29th but I have not received anything or got a clear answer on what is happening at all.

I have ordered 4 items from the plus size range and the clothes are terribly sized. Either tiny or massive and baggy not a great start to the new plus size range

I was literally just checking up on my order to see when it would arrive (because it had been waay over the 5-7 day shipping) and I received an email saying that they had received my return?!? I never even received the package and I never clicked on anything to return the order. Overall I am glad that I "returned" my package because after reading all the reviews I'm glad to say that I will never even have to touch anything from this parasitic and incompetent company. Placed an order for the first time and entered the promo code to receive 30% off. Once the promo code was entered I was asked to enter my credit card information. After the credit card information it said “Thankyou for your order” the promo code was not applied with no “review my order” option. I contacted customer service and the rep said “next time you experience problems with your order give us a call to assist you, at this time we can no longer apply the code”. To begin with, I did not experience difficulties, so why would I contact customer service?? Makes no sense. I responded to the email and never got a reply. Never again will I order from this site. They suck.

I returned 3 items and only got a refund for 1 !!!! I am so angry because this company has not bothered to refund my other items and they have not bothered to even reply to me at all. I definitely will never buy anything from them again. It is a shame because i used to buy a lot of things from them but recently my experience with them has just been a complete disappointment.

Just get my clothing to spend $300+ bucks on PLT, pants look totally different and shirt size is not right, also the fabric is totally blizzard. They also give me the wrong items I ordered. and won't able to change it. I am disappointing tho.

Terrible experience! BUYER BEWARE! Customer Service is so awful! They will not cancel orders, or change an orders. They want to hold on to your money as long as they can- and they wont make any changes, color-size-pieces- Even if its 30 seconds after your order is placed. Customer Service is god awful. I wouldn't recommend ordering from here AT ALL. Not worth the headache!

Placed order on September 5th, last tracking update was September 11th. Today is the 25th of September, package has not been delivered nor has there been any shipping/tracking updates in two weeks. This order was purchased for my birthday attire, I had to purchase items from BooHoo and FashionNova instead. I have intentions on sending this merchandise back, however, if I ever receive the package it will be outside of the return window.

Pretty little thing I am very disappointed in the customer service I received after receiving an incorrect size which was packed on their end of the side I received the wrong size then I emailed them with my order number and said look I asked for a size 12 but I received a size 14 they never replied to me then they deleted my online account I had with them and when I tried to sign and it said we could not recognise your email I have in receipt of my password And I said they could not recognise my email so after I filed a dispute with them due to the wrong size they chose to ignore and delete my email account with them I think this is shocking and appalling also on the other hand The photos pretty little thing use make the clothing look very good and nice but when you receive them it’s a different story poor quality and doesn’t look like the image I will never shop with pretty little thing again

I order a few things and I unfortunately hated the “biker shorts” you can see right through them without bending over .. and I got a wrap dress and you can pretty much see all things that should be covered .. and now in order to return the clothes I have to pay an addition 6.95 ????? That’s crazy !!! If I’m paying the shipping I shouldn’t have to pay the return and bring it to the post office on top of this . Horrrrible I’ll never use your site again .

I ordered 2 items, first it said that my “delivery date” was going to be September 13 so I checked my email that day and all of the sudden there’s was not information about my package i email them to see what was going on with my order. They told me that my package got lost, so if I don’t email them they weren’t gonna tell me that my package “got lost” ??? Wow I’m very disappointed don’t waist your time or money girls!!

I ordered a beautiful outfit to wear to a fashion event, and unfortunately I was unable to wear it. When I opened the outfit out of the packaging, it reeked of bad body odor. As I examined the garment, I noticed that it was completely faded in the crotch and underarm area. This outfit was worn, returned and sent out again, as if the customer wouldn’t know. This is first and the last time I order anything from “Pretty Little NASTY thing”

Very poor service ! BECAREFUL. I placed an expensive order and was offer next day delivery for the next 12 months if I paid 10euro extra. When my order arrived 4 days late I politely asked if it would be possible to refund this as next day had not happened. Customer service did not care and refused to refund. They offered a 20% discount on my next order which is very insulting. DO NOT opt for this next day delivery for 12 months. SCAM

I was so excited to receive my clothes and I couldn’t be more disappointed. They really need to fix their sizing chart I’m 5’0 110 pounds and I ordered a size 2 for alll my items and WTF.... these clothes are so damn small they’d fit my 8 year old little sister. Not to mention the color of my dress was WAY off. Online it looked like a really pretty teal color I got it and it was a hunter green... not okay. And they don’t do exchanges so don’t even waste your time trying to get different sizes.. all they do is give you a refund 21 days after they receive your shipment back and you’d have to order again. That’s ridiculous. Don’t order from here plain and simple.

I ordered my dress for homecoming and it’s almost been 2 weeks. They said the estimated delivery day would be Wednesday the 12th but I checked the shipping company and they don’t even have my dress there yet.
