Could rate negative 100000 if I could. They are fraud. Do not order from them. Fashion Nova is the way to go! Fast and easy. PrettyLittleThing SUCKS

I returned two packages I returned two packages. The first package supposedly got lost, I texted them for my second package that I sent back right after the first one because I was mad they lost my first one, supposedly they didn’t get the second one, luckily for me this time I didn’t lose my return tracking number. I sent them the picture of my second package it’s been about three months and they still haven’t returned my money on the second package with proof of postage. Really bad costumer service, I used to order a lot from them but now they not only lost a costumer I would give as many bad reviews as I can and I do not recommend this pretty little things website. Do not buy from pretty little things website they will come up with any excuse to not give you your money back .

Ordered a ladies size 10 dress.... it came today and is that small it fits my very petite 9 year old. Terrible sizing should never be advertised there is no way it would fit an adult. It won’t even fit my teenager.!

Beware if you are ordering from within the US. My daughter bought 3 little shirts, totaling about $40. First they sent her doubles. That was no problem... I just went to ship them back. They refuse to provide a return shipping label. They want you to pay the postage and send them proof that you paid the postage and then they supposedly reimburse. The postage was $39 because it is outside the US. I emailed them and asked for a label, again. They wont provide one. My daughter is just keeping the shirts because to spend $39 to ship $40 worth of shirts is crazy. Plus they dont even provide a phone number. I would be leary of ordering from this company.

Rubbish website! Poor quality clothing and if you want to return they only refund half the money you paid! Scam!

Never buy from this company, total scam. I placed an order and returned the items as poor quality. I received an email confirming a refund only to see just one of the two items I returned in the same package at the same time listed. I contacted customer services & have been playing cat and mouse ever since. Unfortunately ( & this is my bad) my proof of postage got thrown away at my local car place when I was having it cleaned, however they won't accept that the proof of postage is the fact that they received it because the emailed me saying they'd received it - boom, what more proof of postage do I need than them actually receiving the parcel!!!!!!???? Presumably they've restocked the item I've paid for but not been refunded for. What's more despite the email saying I was being refunded for just one of the items in my return I've yet to see the refund in my account. I'll stick with my usual ASOS & Boohoo online shopping in future as their returns procedures are a million times better. Only wish I'd googled reviews of the website before I bought from them. Oh i also paid for next day delivery & this didn't happen, took about 3 days.

Ordered once and will never order from them again!! Quality was terrible and fell apart after first day of wearing them. so I emailed them. From that they said they will look into it and asked if I would send photos of the falling apart goods. Did that, then nothing! I have email a couple of times and had no reply no nothing. Customer service very bad!!!

The first time I ordered two tops which had ok quality, and this time a satin dress. Both times the package was delivered within a week and a half and I live in Norway. The satin dress was a total scam. The fabric is so thin and seethrough, and it teares just by trying on the dress - so did ALL the seams. I usually use a size 8, and this was a size 10.

Paid for one day delivery and didn’t come the next day. I also sent back clothes to get a refund and they never refunded me.

This company should be shut down. If only I saw the reviews that are everywhere, i would have taken the warnings seriously. Ordered in mid Sept, with shipping 5-7 business days. After waiting an extra 4, the customer service rep told me sometimes there's custom delays so i had to wait another 5 days. After contacting Australia Post, they informed me the package had not been sent, and that this site is notorious for not delivering packages. When I followed up with PLT, I was offered a refund on shipping paid and asked to wait again until 11th Oct. If my dresses weren't received, they would process a refund. Of course, I still haven't received them and when I demanded a refund, they said they had to wait and see if the items would be delivered and to wait longer. What a joke. Will never buy from such a dodgy company and hope someone takes this warning seriously. Spend a bit more elsewhere and at least you stand a chance of actually getting something!

This company is horrible. I’ve ordered 2 times from them and they take forever with shipping. I think they are out of stock on most of their items but still process the order and you have to wait an extra 2 weeks to get your items. It’s not worth it. Stay away.

Have been waiting my clothes over a week now. Just wrote them on fb and just now they said that my parcels have gone lost.. what? Said they will do refund in 24 hours so.... will see.. VERY dissapointed and not gonna reorder again as they suggested......... What a waist of my time and probably my money...

I ordered items on the 29th of October to receive next day delivery for the 30th, it did not arrive. I was refunded the £5.99 which I was grateful for. The tracking stopped updating on the 30th I was told to wait 3-5 days to see if it arrives although the tracking has not changed since the 29th and no one can look into it to see where or how the item is lost. I asked them if they can just resend the order out to me if it is lost they said they are unable to do that. I’ve waited 5 more days and they said wait another day to see if it arrives and then I will have to wait up to 5 days for a refund. It was next day delivery so surely it should be found somewhere by now. I really needed these two dresses for birthday and event plans and I thought highly of plt before but the customer service has been awful with generic automated replies there is also no way of locating the parcel. They have forgot that they have had the money out of my account since the 29th but I have not received anything or got a clear answer on what is happening at all.

I have ordered 4 items from the plus size range and the clothes are terribly sized. Either tiny or massive and baggy not a great start to the new plus size range

I was literally just checking up on my order to see when it would arrive (because it had been waay over the 5-7 day shipping) and I received an email saying that they had received my return?!? I never even received the package and I never clicked on anything to return the order. Overall I am glad that I "returned" my package because after reading all the reviews I'm glad to say that I will never even have to touch anything from this parasitic and incompetent company. Placed an order for the first time and entered the promo code to receive 30% off. Once the promo code was entered I was asked to enter my credit card information. After the credit card information it said “Thankyou for your order” the promo code was not applied with no “review my order” option. I contacted customer service and the rep said “next time you experience problems with your order give us a call to assist you, at this time we can no longer apply the code”. To begin with, I did not experience difficulties, so why would I contact customer service?? Makes no sense. I responded to the email and never got a reply. Never again will I order from this site. They suck.
