I wish I could rate zero. You place an order, pay for delivery and there’s a 90% chance it will arrive a week later than expected. Do not use if you have a specific event lined up.

Not very impressed at all! I have tried ordering of this website twice, 1st time it was a couple of bits and bobs but mainly a dress I desperately wanted, however because a top I had order on the same purchase had run out of stock they cancelled my whole order! This is without telling me! They then gave me discount on my next order which I had to use on the dress that I wanted to begging with. I then thought I'm going out on the weekend which doesn't happen very often, I then order a couple of items 'Trousers, bra, top" all for going out but... it did not arrive so I decided to see where it was by going on the website and as previous they had cancelled my order AGAIN! I was furious as I had nothing to wear for my night out! I should of learnt first time! I would never ever order of this site again! Which is a shame because they have gorgeous things but you are just not gaurenteed it!

Zero Star experience. I order on line all the time and this is a terrible business with poor customer service! I recommend you not do business with them. Pretty Little Thing shipped the wrong size dress. I would like to receive the correct size I ordered, however no one from the business will respond to multiple emails. There is no phone number to contact them. Customers should not have to repurchase the product due to PLT shipping error. This is a terrible customer service.

When i tried to pay through PayPal it would take me back to the site and say my cart was empty. When i tried to enter in my debit card info, it took me to a screen prompting me to fill out some banking info that looked like it was from my bank. At this point, i decided I did not trust this site and did not purchase any items. Reading some of these reviews, I am glad I didn't make a purchase.

They advertise 50% off, but when ordering, do not give you the opportunity to input the code. And they do not respond to emails! This website is a scam!

I ordered some items on Nov 21, checked back a few days later using the tracking button and it says my shipment was delievered on June 7 in Texas! When I live on the West side and I had the correct address. Both the dates and the address were messed up. I thought this would be a good brand to shop at seeing as it was affordable and many youtubers spoke about it however it has not been a pleasant experience for me. I am waiting to hear back from their customer service and I am extremely disapointed at this entire mess of a situation, it is unproffesional and confusing as to how such a mistake could be made . I did not order from this website prior to this experience and I will not be ordering again unless a miracle occurs or their customer service makes sure mistakes like this do not happen again. I will update this review once I have received a response however as of now I would rate it 1 star based on affordability only.

Can I choose 0 stars? This was absolutely the worst decision to buy from pretty little things! Please guys don't make the same mistake as me. I bought over $180 worth of items due to the timer of 50% off sale (which is actually permanent). My order took so long to arrive to me. When it finally did, every single thing was HORRIBLE quality! Literally unwearable. Then to make matters worse, they don't have an online system to process returns so you just send it to the p.o box. But they have no process to track returns. I had to contact them when I saw that it had been delivered. It has been 5 months and a whole lot of emails sent from my end only for them to tell me that they cannot refund me. I am absolutely appalled. So disappointing.

I ordered over $100 worth of clothes only to have my package lost. There is no number to contact customer service and the multiple times I reached out via email I have gotten no response. Apparently my phone number was written down incorrectly and the number that was recorded (incorrectly) rerouted my package to Georgia—I live in Pennsylvania. Worst customer service I have ever experienced mostly because it is completely lacking.

Terrible customer service and can only be reached out towards email. No way to contact the company by phone. I've been waiting for a refund for a whole month. Not a brand to be trusted, apart from hassle and run arounds their size is not accurately cut. Takes 30 yeara to send my refund and there is no exchange policy only refund. You have to wait for a refund before repurchasing your items.

I ordered a two piece pajama set in a size small according to the size guide a size small is a size 2/4. I paid an extra $15 for express shipping because I need this item for a photoshoot on sunday (it is Wednesday). When the packages arrived I received a size 6!!!! After countless messages on Instagram going back and forth about this issue the company finally accepted that it was there mistake! Now, even after acknowledging that they sent me the wrong size, the company is refusing to send me my correct size. They are blaming there “Black Friday sales” for the reason why they can’t send me my correct size but there sales have nothing to do with the fact that they messed up my order. Now I am days away from my photoshoot and have no outfit to wear. This company would do anything to save there money instead of valuing customer service. I am extremely outraged and will never be shopping here again!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY! Do not waste your time because if anything is wrong with your order even though it’s the companies fault they will not do anything to help resolve the issue!!!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE Save your money and shop anywhere else besides Pretty Little Thing or Boohoo (they are the same company). I purchased some items and returned them MONTHS ago and still have not received my refund. They told me they received my package and that my refund is "on the way" but never actually gave me back my money. They are now ignoring my emails and I am unable to contact them. I spent a lot of money here and have now been scammed because my items did not fit. AVOID AT ALL COSTS AND TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW TO DO THE SAME.

The dress I ordered was supposed to be a silk material and was priced at $55.00... you would think $55.00 would get you good quality right? Wrong! Instead I receive a piece of see-through cloth that looks nothing like the picture... The dress is unwearable, and now I have to pay to return it back. I also am returning the shoes I got, because the quality is very very poor. It is sad because they advertise themselves to be such a great company with such great quality items. IT'S A SCAM. Over $100 dollars spent on items that are unwearable. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

I am a standard Medium in all makes and styles, which has always made online shopping a breeze. I ordered some lingerie from PLT and could not get it over even one leg. Ridiculously small.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!! SCAM! I ordered shoes from PLT and paid for express shipping. Not only did it not get here on time, I reached out to their customer service email and never got a response. Finally got through to their Instagram customer service account and they told me what I had ordered was out of stock??? THANKS FOR LETTING ME KNOW. I requested a refund and apparently the refund keeps failing on their end? They asked for my paypal, gave them my link, now they can't use that either. They are requesting I send them my bank account number to "give to their financial team"...SCAM. I would never give out that personal information and its extremely weird that all of their refund attempts are failing. So, I just donated $80 to the PLT fund where they are likely using my money to pay influencers. DO. NOT. SHOP. HERE. Going to make a fraud claim and see where that gets me.

I ordered an outfit for my birthday on the 7th and my birthday is on the 17th. I figured that would be more than enough time for it to deliver. It’s now the 16th and I’m still without my outfit i paid over 100$ for. Not a reliable site. They lie about when your package will arrive. You’ll end up waiting 2 weeks or more. Very frustrating process.

If I could give them 0 reviews I would. They sent me the wrong items, and they told me I had to send my original order back with pictures in order to receive the right item. I ordered this for an event with expedited shipping and they still would not send me the right item. I am so disappointed and will NEVER shop with them again.

The absolute worst. Don't even bother with this company. Just because they hired on Hailey Baldwin to make them seem more legit, doesn't mean they actually are.
