Omg idk why this company is even still in business. Okay so the first time i ordered was a little after they expanded their plus size department. Ordered some clothes took about two weeks to come which was okay I wasn’t in a hurry or nothing when the clothes came half fit and half didn’t mind you all the clothes were the same size. To make it even worse I returned the clothes that didn’t fit and did not recieve my money back! After harrrasing them online and on Instagram after literally two months I received half of my money back! When I asked them what happened to the rest of my money for the returned items they sent me a list of items that were in the package. Which was only half of what I sent back. So you mean to tell me somehow half the items disappeared in my package! So after that I stopped messing with them. So recently I was like let me try them one more time cause I seen some stuff I liked. Package came in three days and most of the items fit except for these jeans I ordered. Now I’m a size 18 in jeans but they only had a size 22 available I got it thinking okay I know they tend to run small so a 22 should def fit. I got those jeans and they were literally made to fit a child. Idk who’s making these clothes but I am done with PLT OKUUURR!

The worst online shopping experience! Customer service is definitely a huge disappointment! They dont do size exchange?!!! I spent over $200 at once and i am returning every single item! I also have to pay for return shipping!

Awful experience. I used Paypal and it accepted my payment then redirected me back to the website as normal. the website then kept redirecting me to pay again. Long story short, they were paid and my order was not confirmed. they have my money I have no order. I still do not have my money back. I will continue to pursue this until I receive my money.

Seeing how recent some of these reviews are I figured I would also say I ordered from this site November 29th to be exact, received 2 different dates of expected "delivery" , I hoped on wearing the dress this past weekend, ended up buying an emergency outfit due to the inconvenience! Went to local post office she looked puzzled the finally said the package is expected this week. Customer service at this place is awful! Who can we contact to complain and actually get some results???

I ordered sum clothes for Christmas and on the 14th I contacted them asking about my oder and the said if it’s not there by the 16th text us I left it until the 17th hoping my Christmas clothes would come they never came I text pretty little thing an they said I would be fully refunded in 5 DAYS 5 DAYSSS and they also said If I still wanted the stuff I could reorder it like I will never oder from there again over all this hassle it is just very bad so oder somewhere else 👍🏼 Save urself the hassle

They have THE WORST customer service! I tried tracking my package because it still has not arrived THREE WEEKS after I placed the order and the the tracking was invalid (?) I emailed about it, they said it should be there in a few days. Ok. Tried tracking again, still not working. Turns out it was delivered to a completely different address then what I entered (mistake on their end). I bought the items when there was a special promotion going on and all they could tell me to do was they refunded my money and I would have to reorder (and lose out on that discount I previously used for my original order). How is this the only way to handle these situations?! It’s like they’re almost blaming their customers for a mistake THEY made, no accountability whatsoever. A simple refund that customers never wanted in the first place? We want what we ordered. They are terrible and different people reply to your emails saying different things. Order from somewhere else and save yourself he trouble seriously!

I hope more people can come together to get this company shut down! I made an order on November 25th the charged my card with no hesitation. I received no confirmation email neither did I get a tracking number. After several emails I used a site called resolver to report the complaint and I finally got a response with them stating that my card may have been charged but order didn’t go through and that I would get my funds refunded in 5 days. It is now December 14th I have sent as many emails possible and not one response. No items. No refund. This company is Scum PLEASE never order from them.

Paid extra for Express postage to have my dress on time for my graduation. Dress never came and theres no number I can contact as to where it is or to get my money back. Disgusting

Ordered a pair of boots Black Friday estimated delivery was supposed to be dec 3rd just receiving my boots today after several emails to them about the item and the boots are cut extremely small. There is no exchange only returns and I feel like that will be such a hassle.

SCAM!!!!!!!!!! STOP all your girls from ordering from this fake company. No clothes no customer service. Suggest you stop waiting for refunds and go directly to bank to alert them of this company and to stop payment. The reason cards dont work is because your bank is trying to do you a favor. THIS COMPANY IS FLAGGED for a reason. Love the 5 star reviews from some idiot who is probably laughing all the way to the bank... knowing well that this is fake. Shame on this company

I ordered a dress a month ago. They sent an email right away saying that I would recieve another email right after regarding tracking info which I never received it is so irritating to have them take your money instantly and you get nothing.. I’ve emailed them multiple times and it has taken two weeks to get a single response that was 0 help. Based on the reviews I recommend no one to order from them they’re UK based and I’m in the US and I understand that but a month?! Are you kidding me? I’ve ordered from multiple UK brands that send their information right away and I recieve their items in less than a week !!! As big as this company is I would think they’d have better customer service and better shipping services. It’s not like they don’t have the money to hire a better staff or shipping services.

ered some make up. Very late delivery which I can understand at Christmas but no apologies or communication. Order finally arrived and the entire eye shadow palettte was smashed. Very little communication from supposed customer service. No telephone number to call. Requested photos which were sent 4 times. No apology. Refused to replace it even though it was a present for my daughter Disgusting. I understand that things go wrong in the customer journey but the attitude and response can make or break the experience. The attitude of your customer service team is a disgrace.

My package was expected to arrive on Dec 3rd or before. First the tracking number didnt work, afterwards they said delivery was attempted byt nobody was home, which was completely untrue since the adress i gave was an office adress and tbere is always somebody there. Meanwhile customer service (Serena) was rude and kept directing me to a page with general info which was not helpful at all. Its Dec 1th and i still havent received anything. I was even told i had to wait for the package to arrive back in (GB) on order to requrst a refund.

I placed a order on Nov 24 and my package was supposed to be delivered by Dec 4. It’s Dec 10th with no package so i tracked it and the information given says it was delivered on June 23 ending is impossible cause i ordered it in Nov. I’ve reached out to customer service twice with no response after 72hrs. It’s horrible that you can’t talk to anyone by phone only thru email which takes forever to get a response. I believe i was scammed and will NEVER order from here again

Half of my order came even though I paid for next day. Customer service replies slow and they don’t care when you tell them you’re going away and needed your clothes the day you ordered them for.

Terrible customer service, they take SO long to respond to emails. PLUS tracking your package is impossible and the tracking option on the website doesnt even work. ive been waiting for my package for almost a month and still have received nothing. when i emailed about it they said "sorry hope you get your package soon and love your items" 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! There not way I can contact them apart from email which they take their long ass time to respond to. It's very frustrating because idek where my package is?!! And their website is useless! The order tracking option there doesn't even work. Everytime I try to enter my tracking number it takes me to the home page and never tells me where my package is or when will it actually arrive. It's just HORRIBLE. Idek why they are still in business with this shitty service.

Pretty Little Thing is by far one of the worst companies out there. I have ordered from them twice and will never again. My first order took over a month to be delivered. Now with my second order I am going on week 3 without my order. The delivery time was around 7 days. Not to mention, I did not receive notifications on the tracking of my package on my first order, now nor my second order. When I looked up my second order that I am currently waiting on; It said that my package had been delivered on June 23rd (when in the month of December). In addition to saying the location of delivery was in FL, when the location on the delivery is for SC. Also, the fact you can only contact this company via email leaves no assurance of knowing that I have the chance of ever seeing my order or much less my money. The delay on the delivery, or much less from the information was giving by plugging in my order number into "track my order" and to see that it was delivered to a different state makes me feel like I was scammed. There is absolutely no reason that a package should take this long to deliver without ZERO contact to the customer. This is absurd!
