I ordered 3 dresses, when they arrived I was absolutely appalled at the condition of the products I received. Dress one: Fawn white feather skirt bodycon is so poorly made, the feathers on the bottom are barely hanging on, the top is completely see through which did not appear to be in the pictures and was not described to be “cheap mesh” in the product description. To top it off the silica package that was packed with the dress had broken open and there is little brown stains all over the white dress.. it’s not even worth saving. Dress two: White satin frill detail long sleeve.. omg it looks like someone was murdered in this dress! It’s completely ripped, there is brown makeup allll over the front of it, black greasy handprints all over the back of it and the zipper is barely hanging and broken! Who the hell packed that up and shipped thinking that was okay!??? My dog was freaking out trying to smell it because it stunk... like seriously what the heck did you send me?? Dress three: White strappy sequin straight neck... ummm “sequin” was not the correct term, the dress is so cheaply made, it looks like someone just dumped a bucket of glitter on some cheap see thru material and called it a day. The glitter was flying all over the place, maybe 10% of it was actually sticking to the dress. Not sure I’m whag situation this “dress” could ever be worn. My question is how do I get a refund and how do I ensure that these horrible “dresses” won’t get shipped off to some other poor soul. Such a tragedy, I certainly will NEVER be ordering from this site again. The product I got was such a joke I thought I was being punked. Please tell me you don’t expect me to pay more money to ship this garbage back to you, trust me you don’t want it.

Do not buy from them! You will not get your money back! My story: I returned items worth 122€. PLT sent me a correct return verificaton saying they received the items and will send me back my 122€. Then they sent only 88€. I contacted them: They claim, they sent me 122€ which is easy to claim as false. The customer service just kept ignoring me, so I opened a PayPal case. Only there, they first pretended to care, pretended to finally see they did a mistake and promised me to send me the remaining money. BUT they said they can only do this when I close the PayPal case. I believed them, closed it, and now... still no money. PLT is ignoring my messages since 1,5 months and now PayPal can't help me anymore (because I closed the case). They did that on purpose. This company is an absolute scam. It's only public or when PayPal is involved when they pretend to care. Behind the curtains, they take your money and laugh about you or send you BS messages hoping eventually, you'll just give up.

I agree with all the bad experience reviews. They said my order got lost so they had to proceed to a refund. Unfortunately, I never got fully refund and the customer service didn’t helped me with that issue. Moreover, I had to ask the customer service to send me an email confirmation of my purchase because I didn’t received it automatically. To excuse this error, they told me that they would refund my shipping fees. They didn’t fully refund me for that either !

I ordered a size small in a dress from them and when it came it was more like a xxs. The material had no stretch to it. I am quite petite and I could barely get the size S over my head it was brutal. If as dress has no stretch to it put a damn zipper or something on it.

Terrible ! Never got my item, & they refuse to refund me . They are asking that I do all the work with staying on hold for 2 hours with UPS! Customer support is rude . Give me my refund ! Or give me my damn item

I have been trying to get my refund back from PLT for over 2 months now. I keep contacting customer service and I get the same reply every time "sorry to hear that you have not yet received your refund" instead of them actually doing the job. I have still not yet been refunded $70. I have sent them proof of the refunds, canada post tracking numbers of the return, even screenshots of my bank statement and still nothing from them yet. Horrible customer service. If you think of ordering something from PLT think twice because if you don't like the item, goodluck getting your money back. Such a scam. Would not recommend to anyone.

They have the screen shots, date and order number of the missing items but refuse to send them to me. I even asked if they would issue a store credit or offer me free shipping but they are not doing anything.

I wanted to share my horrific experience with Pretty little thing. I ordered a pink size 8 faux fur coat. On the first delivery I was given a brown coat. I had to send it back for them to refund me. On the second order I received the correct colour but the wrong size. After emailing there customer service about this they apologised and refunded next day to re order the coat. Unfortunately I received a black coat in size 10. I have emailed them again and contacted them on Facebook. I was given a code to receive 40% off the coat but it didn’t work. When I told them it didn’t work they told me the code is not valid for sale items and I could save the code for use within 6 months. That is disgusting service as I want to use my discount to order the coat they have delivered wrong 3 TIMES! If you receive the wrong order from this company DO NOT bother re order it is a waste of time and they obviously don’t care about there customer loyalty as I explained I didn’t want to go elsewhere to order the coat and they still have not compensated me.

Dont even waste your time... customer service wont help you change your order, they wont cancel it... I cant even change the shipping address before it is sent to the carrier.. and they tell me to deal with the carrier when it's just a few hours after ordering.

Paid for royalty next day delivery, & expected delivery date is for 4 days after the day it was supposed to arrive. SCAM. They wont refund the royalty even though they cannot adhere to it. Will never order agin, their clothes are cheap & fall apart also

They have the worst service. I returned a dress and they haven’t refunded my money. It has been more than a month. The quality of the dress is wack! I HATTTTEEEDDDD IIIIITTTTTT!!!!!! Pls don’t buy anything on this site!

Spent an hour adding about 29 items to the basket. Tried to checkout and it hung for 10 minutes. Went "back" in the browser, basket was still there. Tried again and I lost my whole basket. It had given me an order number so gave that to customer services and got told to just got back manually and add it myself again... and risk checking out again. WTF???... that just took almost 2 hrs. I'm just trying to spend money and buy my Mrs some clothes for holiday... you're making it very very difficult. Dont bother using this site if you can help it.

Worst ever. Anytime I’ve order off the site ive had nothing but trouble. Everything tears after one wear. Really bad quality clothes. I’ve had orders with items missing and when I emailed about it they wanted me to send everything back so they could review my order and send the missing stuff. They take forever to deliver so I didn’t bother because I didn’t want to wait six months to get stuff back. One time the delivery driver put my package in a bucket of water in my back garden... everything got soaked and had to be washed. None of the clothes actually look how they are advertised. I’ve finally learned my lesson and will avoid the site

Terrible company. They had no intention of refunding my money. I ordered clothes last November 2017 and I sent them back and they only refunded me half of my money. I then placed a order in January 2018, where the trousers did not fit me .I did everything they ask and they did not refund me. A year on they still had no intention on refunding my money. They should be closed down.

Have to second the experience of others here. My daughter likes to shop here but each time I return things they do not credit me. Beginning to think this is purposeful and a scam rather than mere stupidity. It takes multiple email and extreme persistence to get your money back. Advice to everyone, don't bother fighting with them, just call your credit card company to reverse the charges.

I had to email them just to figure out how to return clothes. This should be an easy link on their site but their link did not work. I ordered two dresses, the same size, however one I received wouldnt even get up my thigh. Second, I had to go back and forth regarding where to return the merchandise to. Then they would not even help with the expensive return rates even though their product was faulty. Now two weeks later after I verified the return was received and I have not been refunded.

I have shopped with this company multiple times and each time the same thing happens. I order my items and I get an “expected delivery date” which never updates to reflect delays. I ordered shoes over a week ago and It says I was supposed to get them today, meanwhile my package hasn’t been touched since the 21st (today is the 26th). This has happened numerous times and It is NEVER the date they say It will be. In the past my orders have come about a month after the “expected delivery date” super disappointing considering most of us buy things expected to wear them for a certain event etc and NO package comes in time. I will most likely stop shopping here. Huge disappointment
