“I was so excited to receive my clothes and I couldn’t be more disappointed. They really need to fix their sizing chart I’m 5’0 110 pounds and I ordered a size 2 for alll my items and WTF.... these clothes are so damn small they’d fit my 8 year old little sister. Not to mention the color of my dress was WAY off. Online it looked like a really pretty teal color I got it and it was a hunter green... not okay. And they don’t do exchanges so don’t even waste your time trying to get different sizes.. all they do is give you a refund 21 days after they receive your shipment back and you’d have to order again. That’s ridiculous. Don’t order from here plain and simple.”

“I ordered my dress for homecoming and it’s almost been 2 weeks. They said the estimated delivery day would be Wednesday the 12th but I checked the shipping company and they don’t even have my dress there yet.”

“Very large sizes, Terrible customer service and returns policy - there isn't an exchange option you have to wait between 14 & 21 days for a full refund and then if you still haven't had your money you then have to tweet them!! I wont be ordering again and warn others not to bother.”

“It is not true to size, the fabric is very thin, and the colors wasn’t right. I can’t even go to homecoming because I don’t have the dress I wanted. I WANT ME REFUND or prettylittlething is getting sued big time😤‼️”

“I ordered my package around August 24 and It still hasn’t come. At first it was supposed to arrive last friday, and it’s now a week later with no package? There’s no number to call customer service and all of these ratings are shitty, idk what to do”

“I received my order after 7 business days, ie it takes ages! I ordered 2 x dresses, 1 x bodysuit and 1 x crop. They are all terrible quality and pretty much see through to the point I'd need to wear a slip or another crop underneath. Would not recommend anyone wastes their money on this website. You're better off going to Kmart!”

“I wasn’t impressed at all shipping took over two weeks my original delivery day was the 27th I got it on the 5th of September I also ordered two dresses the first one is such a thin material you can’t wear anything underneath it would show and the side slit for my dress came pass my underwear so u can clearly see everything the second dress was way too long Im 4”11 so I will take it how it is but super thin material like in the first dress I honestly wouldn’t waste time ordering anything from here again there’s oh Polly and other sites out there with better material for the same price better quality!”

“I never receive my items when I am supposed to. I pay for next day delivery and get parcels days later. The company has had to stop offering next day delivery several times now, but can send Kylie Jenner and brand new quad bike for her 21st birthday. To me that reflects hugely on their corporate culture. I have received false information countless times over twitter, which is their only form of customer service. I would not recommend ordering off this website if its the night before an event and you need the item next day, I live in Manchester where they are based and they cannot even get a next day delivery item sent to me.”

“This company stole money from me. I ordered 5 items and the beginning of Aug. and it is now Sept. I never recieved an order and I keep emailing customer service for a refund and they are ignoring me. They keep uploading fake tracking information to make it seem like its on its way and then it never comes. They are doing that to avoid giving me a refund. I cant believe they just stole my money like this. They essentially robbed me.”

“Such a weird experience! I ordered a dress and tank top and received a email that I returned the items even though I never got them. I was really confused but waited until the date it was suppose to come and I received a sweatshirt and pair of jeans?? I never ordered these items or even had them in my cart. I emailed them back and they refunded me but didn’t give me a explanation and when I asked for a return label they just sent the address of the company. SO I had to pay 7.25 for shipping on items I never even bought. I told them and the refunded me 5.00 and I wasn’t going to argue over 1.25 but the whol situation was bizarre. I never received completely different items then what I orders.”

“THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM, PURPOSELY MAILS YOU THE WRONG ITEMS IF THEY ARE OUT OF STOCK ON WHAT YOU ORDERED (AND WILL PUT THE LABEL OF THE ITEM YOU ORDERED ON WHAT YOU DIDN'T WHEN THEY SHIP, IN MY CASE I ORDERED AND PAID FOR A LEG HARNESS AND RECEIVED A FABRIC CHOKER WITH A STICKER FROM THE WAREHOUSE LABELED AS MY ITEM) THEN THEY MAKE YOU WAIT 2 WEEKS TO TELL YOU TO RETURN THE ITEM WITH YOUR OWN MONEY AND ONLY WHEN THEY RECEIVE THE WRONG ITEM BACK YOU MAY GET YOUR REFUND OF WHAT YOU WERE SUPPOSED TO RECEIVE AND THAT CAN TAKE 10+ BUSINESS DAYS, THIS IS FRAUD AND A SCAM, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY”

“Dont order from them. I never recieved my order. They refused to send me a replacement package or refund my money. Then they told me to “just reorder the items” which were their exact words when I emailed customer service. Don’t let them steal from you like they did me. This company is broke and it shows”

“To say the least this is the worst company Iv orderd from online inregards to getting a refund on a dress I returned 6weeks ago now. I done everything asked of me on the returns slip and at the drop of bin at my local Asda and no matter how many times Iv emailed them explaining my return purchase the date and time! I still get someone different emailing me back with a different answer saying sorry we haven't reciev it yet please allow another 21. Days for you refund!! I'm sorry but this is not acceptable ladys be aware when you order from this site if what you get is not what it seems and you send it back you will struggle very much to get your returns refunded! This company Pretty Little Thing has now given me no faith in ordering online due to how they have handled my returns order Iv paid for a dress I no longer have and although it may not seem much but I'm now £30.00 out of pocket.. Just given you all a heads up please think twice before you order from this company as they are no more than con artist.”

“I placed two orders, one with EXPRESS post and then another item a few days later with REGULAR POST. I waited 1.5 weeks for my first express order (on their website it states that express shipping takes 1-3 working days) and nothing arrived. I checked the tracking number and there had been no update at all. I proceeded to contact customer care as i needed the outfit for an event, three different ladies told me it was on its way with the courier..or it was still inn transit. I waited 2 MORE WEEKS PAST MY ORDER DATE and i still did not receive my first parcel. After sending emails and going back and fourth with different PLT staff, another lady told me MY PARCEL DID NOT EVEN LEAVE THE WAREHOUSE - I WAS NOT EVEN UPDATED OF THIS ISSUE SO THERE WAS NO COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THE CONSUMER AND SELLER. My second order (which i regret again, but i ordered it straight after the first thinking it would come on time) took 2 WEEKS AGAIN TO ARRIVE. It arrived in ABSOLUTELY POOR CONDITION - the jacket i ordered was not even in its own packaging, it was messy and fully creased. The jeans i ordered were TERRIBLE, the quality felt as if it would tear as soon as i put it on. I REGRET ALL MY ORDERS AND i know this review might or might not change your mind in ordering from PLT but SAVE YOUR MONEY. DO NOT JUST BUY OFF THEM BECAUSE THEY ARE SUPER CHEAP AND CELEBRITIES WEAR THEIR CLOTHES. Their website just keeps growing from your support and they just keep getting richer. YOU WILL NOT BE IMPRESSED AT THEIR QUALITY, DELIVERY TIME AND CUSTOMER SERVICE! I know people say the amount you spend is the quality you get, but really, no matter how much a PLT item is, it will be terrible quality. I NEVER write reviews like this, but i am appalled at this whole transaction. AGAIN SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!”

“This was my second time ordering from them and this is the second time they sent the wrong size. Their photoshop and cameras are awesome because the clothes look waaaaay better online than in person. I'll just stick to Fashion Nova .”
