I will never buy anything from plt ever again I hope they get shut down I have never herd such disgusting comments in my life from clothes website I hope everyone that works there takes it home to there house see how it feels 🤮🤮🤮

Slechtste service ooit, echt ronduit belachelijk!!! Slechtste service ooit! Ik heb op 7-02 een pakket besteld voor 400 euro en heb gisteravond 21-02 heb ik een bericht ontvangen dat het retour is ontvangen bij PLT. Ik heb het pakket NOOIT ontvangen en dus ook niet zelf retour gestuurd. 2 weken zitten wachten op mn bestellin en in m'n account staat dat het nog geleverd wordt op 23-02. Nu moet ik het zelf nog maar een keer bestellen en bezorgkosten betalen, weer 2 weken wachten (terwijl ze ook een spoedservice hebben voor verzenden) en de kortingen die erop zaten kan ik ook vergeten! Zie hieronder het gesprek: Bedankt dat je dit voor mij hebt bevestigd. Het spijt me zo, maar dit lijkt erop dat dit is terugbetaald omdat ik verdwaald was op weg naar de koerier. Aangezien dit is terugbetaald, kan ik dit niet opnieuw naar u verzenden, maar als u wilt, kunt u dit opnieuw bestellen, aangezien dit waarschijnlijk niet meer zal gebeuren.- Hannah T -------------------------------------------------------- IK : Ik heb gezien dat jullie een 1 day Delivery hebben dus wellicht kun je zorgen dat het alsnog op tijd geleverd wordt gezien ik al bijna 2 weken op mijn pakket wacht. Ik heb het nodig voor mijn verjaardag dit weekend, dus het lijkt me wel zo netjes als jullie dit nogmaals opsturen en de bezorgkosten van een spoedlevering vergoeden. Dat is toch het minste wat jullie kunnen doen? Er zaten ook kortingen op etcetera dus hoe wordt dit dan geregeld ? En wat als het niet meer op voorraad is? Ik verwacht wel iets van een coulance vanuit jullie gezien dit niet mijn fout is. Een sorry vind ik helaas niet genoeg... ------------------------------------------------------ Mijn excuses hiervoor, maar dit is verloren gegaan op weg naar de koerier en is automatisch voor u terugbetaald, dus dit wordt niet naar u verzonden om te ontvangen. Kunt u alstublieft uw volledige afleveradres voor mij bevestigen en ik kan de bezorgkosten terugbetaald krijgen. Als u de bestelling wilt, moet u op eigen kosten opnieuw bestellen en de disocunts gebruiken die we ter plaatse hebben. - Molly C

Had pj’s from PLT a few weeks ago which caused awful rashes all over me thought nothing of it then keep finding carpet beetles since they have been in my room 😷😷

Not only did they come a week and a half late, one of the items I received looks like its been worn. The stitching on the collar is all torn up. Not only that, I am now worried im about to have a flea infestation because instead of shutting down and addressing the issue they just kept sending out infested clothes.

I am so disappointed in pretty little thing as I order of them near enough every single day, and in my recent order I ordered a few pairs of joggers and sent most back but kept a couple and I wore a pair of them a few days ago and now the bottom of my leg is covered in bites which I am lead to believe are flea bites I am so disappointed that I can’t add photos on but after seeing so much posts on social media about this I never believed myself until now that this was true.

I placed my order January 9 ..when I received it I was kind of disappointed about the quality but nothing prepared me for little ting grayish bugs in the see through plastic bag at first I was telling my self its some sort of tiny moth that got in some how so I squished it while still inside the plastic un opened that I opened it and shook it out side my bedroom window. I thought that was the end of it. I put the so called pink fluff dressing gown in the washer only to find when I took it out the hood was ripped and what ever else was on the dressing gown had now surfaced dead it made my skin crawl even thinking about it now ..it has put me off for life not to mention the poor quality fleece compared to the picture such a disappointing experience. My advice give it a miss at least for now until they get sorted definitely 100% infestation not sure what they was though to be honest.

Ordered a package a couple weeks ago and another the other day. I was very happy with my previous package and was seemingly happy with my new order as i was completely unaware of the flea infestation. It wasn’t until my friend informed me on the day my new package arrived about them i chucked them into the wash and checked the bags thoroughly. I couldn’t see any bugs or fleas but i’m very cautious and scared that they’re still there especially in the older package i didn’t check. I have a dog and so am very scared they will travel to her. Very tempted to just throw all the clothes away as i know they are not giving refunds out without photographic proof of fleas which i don’t have. The alleged investigation into the flea infestation does not fill me with confidence as they have not issued the public report of the pest control findings and they continued to post deliveries during the investigation clearly showing a lack of care for their customers. I never write reviews especially not bad ones but i will never be ordering from plt again and i know many feel the same so they’re handling in this issue has cost them their business.

Received my order in December. Less than a few hours after opening my packages, my bedroom was FILLED with tiny black beetle-looking bugs. I had to do 3 deep cleans and the bugs didn’t seem to go away for about 72 hours! They even infested a fluffy jacket of mine which was beside the package and I had to Chuck the jacket out. I tried washing it but the sight of so many dead bugs on the hood when it came out of the wash really disgusted me. After seeing the recent TikTok videos, I went back to check my package arrival date alongside the exact moment they appeared in my bedroom and yep, you guessed it, it was exactly at the time the package arrived. I was oblivious at the time and I am saddened that this company aren’t taking the least bit of responsibility for this by publicly denying the claims without any evidence of their actual procedure or a report from a third party. Surely handfuls of people can’t all be lying about the same thing. I spent a lot of money on that order. That will be the first and last time I order from this company. What a shambles!

Delivery is always late and quality is always of a low standard, sizing is off and material is commonly thin. I had an issue recently similar to others who i can see have left reviews based on plt assuming your address and then are unable to change it for you - i was advised to wait outside my old address on the other side of my city until the parcel arrived ... as a young woman within a global pandemic - preposterous. This issue was never resolved and i had to take it into my own hands - i agree that customer service is absolutely terrible and it does definitely seem they do not care about their customers. Now that i have learned of the flea rumour i feel mortified knowing their clothing has made me itchy in the past and i can confidently say i will never be ordering from here again.

TERRIBLE!!! This company needs to be shut down!! l needed to address some issue regarding my purchase and decided to give PLT a call...after 2 attempts, 3 hours later in total,cost of £117 on my phone bill, my call still wasn't answered... when i addressed this problem via email, they took time to get back to me , and once they did, of-course they denied that even their number !! I have purchase only £10 item that cost me £117 on top!! I'm not just upset, I'm disgusted that they using premium number on the website, not answering for hours and that way they making money from a customers!! This matter is now forwarded to Watchdog and Ombudsman !!

First of all I wasn't going to write review but I thought this was a one off stupid I know now I have seen all the previous reviews, pictures and tik-toks. I have over 30 flea/bug bites all over my arms and legs after buying a new lounge set from PLT last week. I don't have pets and at that point I hadn't left my house in days as was self isolating. My partner does not have these bites just me. They asked for pictures of my bites which I sent over to them. They then said the claims that have been made have been investigated by a third party but yet when you ask for a copy of the report Hakim who was replying to my complaint said "I am not in possession of the report, so I'm unable to provide you with a copy of it, however I can confirm that the third party pest control investigation discovered that there is no evidence in our warehouse of a pest issue." I am not happy with the response and asked for a copy again as there must be one out there and again they have just brushed it. Now I am not trying to boycott PLT but this needs to be investigated I don't think anyone is making it up who would want too.

PLT has always been a go to website as I’d been told the flea rumours weren’t true. Was extra happy to see that PLT had announced they’d done a check and found no evidence of the infestation. Opened my parcel outside and triple checked everything which seemed okay so tried everything on and went about my day. Got into bed this evening and felt a tickle on my arm and looked to see a flea!! The flea is 100% not from my own home and now I can definitely say I won’t be ordering from PLT again, I feel disgusting.

They’re literally terrible they send you the wrong items and they will send your stuff to wrong addresses they are completely unprofessional. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

Firstly, if ethics (cheap labour) is a concern, I would not recommend PLT. Secondly, the customer service is awful, they don’t allow you to cancel orders either. Refunds are hard to get, they have a complex process for refunds. Quality of clothing is not long-term. All of my experiences with them has been pretty terrible. Well, I mean, if you’re looking for a cheap dress for a party, by all means it ok. But if you get order wrong, or change your mind or any other human error. To conclude, PLT doesn’t care about their customers.

The worst company I have ever dealt with no help at all. My order was ment to arrive 8th January it is now 15th February. I speak to them on the what’s app number really ridiculous every person on there tells you the same thing. They say give it another 72 hours another 48 another 72 etc ..... it’s really bad how they deal with your request for help. I was told an investigation was going to be made in order to help my case again nothink !!! they don’t give you an update. I was told on Friday to give it another 72 hours if nothink has came to get back in touch as it’s Monday I tryed again to get help on what app group. Was told not to contact them again as I have been contacting on multiple platforms ..... very strange thing to say to a costumer as of course I am trying to get help in any other way I can. ie email pretty little thing , what’s app , resolver. I think it is very rude of them to treat anybody in such a rude manner. I would never buy of this company again. A refund should of been issued a long time ago or an update on what is really going on. I have opened a case with resolver. Com to get some help as it’s very clear that prettylittlething is no help.

my 10 year old nice found her items COVERED IN FLEAS! this company is terrible. NEVER BUY FROM PLT!! customer service failed to issue a refund and still no response from them

Waiting to a reply from pretty little thing after receiving a parcel with insects inside the bags!!! Shocked by the customer service I have messaged on Facebook, WhatsApp and email feel as if I am being ignored, I spent £200 on an order which is now needing to be disposed of!!
