I ordered from Pretty Little Thing on April 1. The pants I ordered were way too long. They dragged on the floor. The crop top was extra crop. So I returned everything towards on April 10. In May I realized that I hadn't received my refund so I reached out via email and was told it was still processing. I pushed to get the refund but was told because I no longer had the tracking number from the post office (my car was cleaned out and the receipt was thrown away) that I had to wait on my refund. It is now June 21 and I just received a refund. horrible customer service. Would never order again

I order 2 things from there 10 days ago. I was told it would be here 5-7 days and it’s not. I tried to track my order and it say unavailable.. how could it be unavailable.. has it now been shipped??!? Also trying to contact them is the absolute worse!!! Do NOT SHOP HERE! They will just take your money and leave you disappointed...

I am out of pocket 177$ as I have not received my order, the order I did receive was for another person which has been sent back for re delivery to correct address, I am very angry about this as they will not answer my emails since the day I received order. I had to pay for re delivery myself which is absolutely wrong considering they screwed up. I’m still trying to get a refund as I have not received my gear. Very bad experience and will not shop here again

I ordered on the PLT site on June 6th & received shipping confirmation a few days later. The website shows the items were delivered to my home on the 12th & it was not. I did not receive anything at my door or in my mailbox like the two shipping couriers websites stated. I order packages regularly & actually live in an area where parcels are in a protected area until picked up by the tenant. Once reaching out to the pretty little thing customer service contact through their website as well as their Instagram customer service & promotional accounts there was still no response to my initial email issue UNTIL I started actively informing potential customers of their less than impressive customer service. Since then I have finally received an email response back with them informing me they would still like to take extra time to avoid giving me a refund or at the very least re-issue my items. DO NOT WASTE YOUR OWN TIME/MONEY with this company. There are several "boutique" style sites that have the same (or comparable) items for the same prices.

I give pretty little thing a zero please don’t order from there I ordered a unitard body suit since June 4th and it just June 18th and the shipping is supposed to be 5 to 7 days, that was past 5 to 7 days. When it finally came I tried it on there was a huge hole on the body suit like are you kidding me I will never ordering anything from there again disgusting clothing website that takes your money

Every time I ordered they would send me the wrong items. They have did this more then once. The Customer service sucks ASS they never get back with you like they say. Also the shipping is too damn long it take 2 weeks to even receive your item. I wouldn't recommend this website to anyone.

This sorry ass web site I will not order from them again I order some boots they sent the wrong size so I returned them back to get my refund that I have not received they got me for my damn money and they asses want get nomore of it... Please don't order from this website they don't even have a number to speak with someone it's just sad how they ripping people out they money bad business this is my first and last...

You will wait over a month for your package. No tracking number, no update, and NO REFUND. They stole my money. Shame on them! I will never purchase from them again.

I will not be ordering from here ever again I order dresses and I didn’t get no size I actually order out of four dresses. And the one dress looked completely different then advertised. I order a 10 and 12 receives a 14 and 16. And I was going on a cruise needless to say all four was wrong size messed up my entire plan. And the swim suit wasn’t even th size I ordered. Instead of just sending wrong sizes out there should be a phone call asking is it ok because they’ve ran out of the correct sizes. 28 day refund instead of 30 like most places. And I couldn’t find a number to even call them.i didn’t like the return process at all.. friendly tip shop else where save yourself a headache.

Horrible I ordered a blazer and did not receive the belt that came with it! Sent back 80$ worth of items and paid 10$ to ship it. Never received my refund and they said they can’t find the return? Lost 90$! Will never order from there again

Wish I read the reviews before I ordered! Poor quality clothing , I had to return basically everything I ordered. I hope I get my refund cause I saw some customers did not receive refunds after submitting their returns. 😩🤦🏻‍♀️

The worst experience I’ve had so far! Did not receive any email confirmation of my order, luckily took a picture with my payment confirmation! Product is awful. Top part of the dress was fine but the bottom was flipped to the wrong side. I do not recommend this brand! Poor quality and service!

Ordered and was not able to use the 20% advertised discount code . Against my instinct I ordered anyway . Should of been here today . Still waiting . Order says in progress . I have contacted them and I wait and see . This is the second order about a year ago they just cancelled the order . No explanation. However I did get a speedy refund on that occasion. I would rate as zero stars if I could . I won't be ordering again

If I could give this company a 0 STAR I WOULD!!! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!! Lesson learned ! I ordered clothes over $100 on May 28 2018 & paid for regular 5-7 business day shipping therefore, (not including Monday because of the holiday) my order should be here by tomorrow June 6 2018! However, the company delayed my sending out my package & barely responded to me in regards to the long delay. Now the company and its shipping carrier are saying I won’t recieve my package until between June 21-July 6 2018!!! That is ridiculous especially when you paid your hard earned money and expect something in the given time ! This company is false advertisement please listen to the reviews and their better business bureau rating is a F!!!!! They only care about themselves and the money ! I will also expose this company with screenshots I have of their verified twitter account promising me I will get my package this week but it is not even in America yet! Never again will I spend a single penny on this company ! I also told them if I don’t recieve it in due time , law officials will look further into this and do what they have to ! I’m just trying to save and warn the next person! If you have any questions I have screenshots of everything on file!

I always have problems with my orders when it’s not rip cleaning and shoe that is coming apart it’s my delivery but I try to give them the benefit all the time that’s its one off but it continuously happens and when I try to complain the more and less said that it irrelevant and nothing been done about it

Items were poor quality and not sized correctly. I returned 2 items and never received a refund. Emailed customer service several times and never received a response. There does not seem to be a phone number to reach any one.
