Very bad customer service!! Paid for £3.99 for delivery but will not receive my order till another week or so but was my first time ordering from here as I’ve seen a lot on tv so I thought I’d give it ago never again will I order from here worst site I’ve ever shopped on. Save your time and don’t even bother bad bad bad website!!!

Extremely bad!!!!!!!!!! I had ordered a dress for my birthday, Mu order was confirmed , I had paid and everything was done. Literally a week after I still did not receive my order. I emailed customer service and they informed that the item was sold out even tho at the time of purchase there were multiple dresses and all sizes were available of that dress. This is so dissapointing having a birthday dinner planned and now its weekend and I literally do not have time to look for a dress! Bad bad bad bad !!

Absolutely horrendous Custermer support no phone number to call either .who ever runs this bussiness is an amateur. avoid this company at all costs I no I will . Emails they send you so unprofessional like silly little girls that reply . AVOID

nie wieder bestelle ich dort.. habe das 4 te mal eine Bestellung aufgegeben und mit paypal bezahlt. die ware wurde bei allen Bestellungen nie versendet ... total lächerlich

Company says 3-5 business days to receive order and then sent tracking number and says delivery date freakin 14 days ..two weeks ! I’m gounv on vacation and now I have no clothes

Had a truly horrible experience with the UK customer service - they were condescending and rude. Really made me feel anxious and like my complaint wasn't valid. Every email I received back from them it was clear that they were all sat around together laughing at my complaint as there were around 4 different people I had to communicate with. I would really advise nobody to buy from here - go on ASOS they're so friendly and nice whenever you have anything wrong with an order. ASOS is friendly towards all customers - not just the celebs you see on instagram flogging their material which they got for free (this is what PLT does). Instagram shows not a true side to this company so please don't believe it girls!

I have tried making several deliveries from this website on separate occasions. With each transaction I have been unable to place my order as the student discount has not worked every time. I have complained to the customer service team on each occassion and every time they have done nothing to improve the problem or resolve this issue. I have written several negative reviews on different website because I am absolutely appalled by the customer service team and the running of the website.

PrettyLittleThing has a lot of cute clothing the only problem is the shipping and communication. First off they let me order something that was NOT IN STOCK and I wasn't notified until a few days later, I was issued a refund but it was the fact that it happened. Secondly the shipping is HORRIBLE it takes almost 2 weeks to receive your order. The "5-7" that they display on their site is UNTRUE! I like their clothes but be aware before ordering from them!

I ordered 3 items off of pretty little thing yesterday, as I am going on holiday on Tuesday. I pick my items, pay for next day delivery (that was £5.99) to guarentee it’s arrival. Then I get an email from them 5 hours later to say one of the items I chose is out of stock and they are sending back over a refund, which takes 3-5 working days to process! This is absolutely ridiculous. Why advertise items that clearly aren’t in stock, then charge extortionate delivery fees on top? First time ordering from them and probably the last, such a disappointment!

Low quality, unorganized, package that got lost on the way, clothing with manufacturing defects. Oh my God, stay away from them, time and money wasted.

NEVER EVER USE THIS WEBSITE, I HAD PURCHASED MY ITEMS FOR A PURPOSE GAVE AMPLE TIME PAID FOR THE EXTRA EXPRESS POST AND CONTACTED THEM ON THE 7TH DAY WORKING DAYS MIND YOU (NOT INCLUDING WEEKENDS) AND NO REPLY WASN'T UNTIL I PUT IN A DISPUTE WITH PAYPAL THAT I GOT AN INSTANT REPLY, THEY ONLY OFFERED ME A REFUND OF MY EXPRESS POST AND SAID THAT MY ITEM WILL STILL NOT BE RECEIVED IN TIME BUT NOW WILL TAKE AN EXTRA 10 DAYS THEY IGNORE YOUR REASON THEY DONT TRY OFFERING ANYTHING TO COMPENSATE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE VERY RUDE. SO I WENT TO ANOTHER WEBSITE "SHOWPO" EXPLAINED MY SITUATION AND THEY OFFERED ME 10% DISCOUNT AND GUARANTEED ME NEXT DAY DELIEVERY. BE WARE NEVER PURCHASE OFF THIS WEBSITE PRETTY LITTLE THING IS A WASTE AND YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR ITEMS WHEN YOU WANT DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE YOU PAY!!!!!!!

I ordered from Pretty Little Thing on April 1. The pants I ordered were way too long. They dragged on the floor. The crop top was extra crop. So I returned everything towards on April 10. In May I realized that I hadn't received my refund so I reached out via email and was told it was still processing. I pushed to get the refund but was told because I no longer had the tracking number from the post office (my car was cleaned out and the receipt was thrown away) that I had to wait on my refund. It is now June 21 and I just received a refund. horrible customer service. Would never order again

I order 2 things from there 10 days ago. I was told it would be here 5-7 days and it’s not. I tried to track my order and it say unavailable.. how could it be unavailable.. has it now been shipped??!? Also trying to contact them is the absolute worse!!! Do NOT SHOP HERE! They will just take your money and leave you disappointed...

I am out of pocket 177$ as I have not received my order, the order I did receive was for another person which has been sent back for re delivery to correct address, I am very angry about this as they will not answer my emails since the day I received order. I had to pay for re delivery myself which is absolutely wrong considering they screwed up. I’m still trying to get a refund as I have not received my gear. Very bad experience and will not shop here again

I ordered on the PLT site on June 6th & received shipping confirmation a few days later. The website shows the items were delivered to my home on the 12th & it was not. I did not receive anything at my door or in my mailbox like the two shipping couriers websites stated. I order packages regularly & actually live in an area where parcels are in a protected area until picked up by the tenant. Once reaching out to the pretty little thing customer service contact through their website as well as their Instagram customer service & promotional accounts there was still no response to my initial email issue UNTIL I started actively informing potential customers of their less than impressive customer service. Since then I have finally received an email response back with them informing me they would still like to take extra time to avoid giving me a refund or at the very least re-issue my items. DO NOT WASTE YOUR OWN TIME/MONEY with this company. There are several "boutique" style sites that have the same (or comparable) items for the same prices.

I give pretty little thing a zero please don’t order from there I ordered a unitard body suit since June 4th and it just June 18th and the shipping is supposed to be 5 to 7 days, that was past 5 to 7 days. When it finally came I tried it on there was a huge hole on the body suit like are you kidding me I will never ordering anything from there again disgusting clothing website that takes your money

Dreadful service, take your money but no email confirmation. Sent a complaint to customer services and was duly ignored. Avoid this company!
