I sent back some of the items that I didn't want and its been 2 months and I still have not gotten back my refund. This is insane. Never order from here !

I wish I could give 0 stars and I also wish I read these reviews before ordering anything from them. I returned my whole order over a month ago bc the material was terrible and nothing fix. I have yet to receive anything and by the looks of it I doubt I will ever get my money back. Worst company !!!!

If an online shopping website has no phone number or live chat service- DONT DEAL WITH THEM: Theres a reason for that. Secondly, if they say it takes 21 days to get a refund on returns, in this day and age- don't deal with them- it will take you much longer and eat your happiness. Spend your money elsewhere with a business that understands what the word service entails and that customer care is an end to end experience and that retention goes beyond the "buy" button.

Horrible horrible horrible. They pretty much finessed me! My total came up to 84$ but they charged my card 119$. do not order from here!!!

I ordered March the 8th and the shipment estimate was the 19th. It is now March 23rd and I have no idea where my package is. I try to track it and it's still saying my package is in Houston Tx but that was the 13th. It should already been shipped, since Houston is not far from where I live. I really need the clothes I bought. I had my hopes up that I would receive it the 19th since I had a birthday the following day. This company has to step up their game, and do something about it, since there's too many complains. I DON'T RECOMMEND YOU PEOPLE TO BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. YOU'LL THANK ME LATER

I ordered one item on March 13th and it tried to run my card 3 times and locked my card up. After seeing reviews that alarmed me and I immediately contacted them to cancel my order. they told me they do not cancel or amend orders. after reviewing on my bank they also charged my card a international fee (which was never mentioned or authorized). my order came and it was the wrong size. they say there is nothing they can do. I am disputing with my bank NOW

One star is too much for this store!!!, I will never order again from this website!!! worst mistake!!!! I returned half of my order 2 months ago, also they take so long to answer emails, there first response was 21 business days, then to provide tracking reference, then which items I returned, it keeps going, it has been 2 months TODAY, and I still have not received an email with my refund receipt, their answer was please look at your junk email, of course I have been checking everywhere!!!, please give me my money back!!!

Never again! One star is too many. I ordered an item and paid for express shipping, it got delivered to the wrong state and instead of apologising and giving me a refund as asked (since I didn't receive my item in time for my event) they insisted that it was a error on my behalf for entering in my address wrong. But then I mysteriously receive the package late somehow to the correct address. which apparently I didn't give them! Terrible customer service - don't do it - save yourself the hassle!

Order # 501093609 I ordered a dress on 02/04/18, and it has still not arrived (03/11/18). Not only that, but it is on it's way to my billing address instead of my shipping address in another state. I ordered early, because I have an event coming up on 03/24/18. They are very slow to respond and have not addressed all of my concerns. With this timing, I would have appreciated if they offered to re-send the dress to the right address instead of contacting the courier who still has not responded. I didn't want to spend extra money and time finding a back up if this falls through. It should not have taken this long.

I returned my entire order due to the fact the items did not fit. I have a UPS receipt and it was signed for by a joanna. They are not giving me credit for a $300 order. Stephen and Bridget were answering my emails claiming i need to send them my receipt of postage (which is for the customer that sent it, not them). they refuse now to answer emails. i have all the proof they have the package. I will be taking this further

I returned 3 out of 4 items because the quality was so poor. Several weeks after, still no refund. I have tracking and proof of return, still no refund. Reporting them today. Done. Do not recommend this company!

Literally the most inconvenient shopping experience I've ever had. I tried to order a swimsuit with four different cards and got an 'oops something went wrong' message. After reading these reviews I'm scared they're going to charge me for all the times I attempted to purchase.

DONT order the off the shoulder jumper - literally the thing isn't designed to actually stay on your body, it just falls straight off (no it wasn't too big for me) - the models make it look amazing but don't trust it - material is also terrible but I guess that's what your paying for since its that cheap - I've returned it and am preparing for them to 'lose' my parcel after what I've read here - disappointed and not surprised they don't let you write reviews on their actual page

I ordered 2 items at the end of Jan 2018. I returned them Feb 5th. Its now March 5th & they cannot find my order and their Customer Service responds to my message but does NOTHING. I have open a Paypal dispute & now PYT contacts me asking me to close it so they an refund me. This site is a SCAM. Unless burning $ is something you enjoy doing.. stay away.

very unorganized establishment , very cheap clothing and poor customer service. I have received bad service on multiple occasions. First time was when they sent me the wrong items and tried to make ME pay shipping to send them back in order to get the item I ordered. I just decided to let it go and try again. Second time they didn't send me all the items I ordered And took all of the money with no refund. Their customer service email is a joke and doesn't respond

From the start it processed 3 payments from the one order as there was an error on your website so it could not process the one order. On my third attempt at ordering, my order went thru and so did the other 2 'errored' onesso 3 payments altogether were taken out plus international fees. Your customer service szid for me to wait for 72 hours to see what went wrong. However this morning...I received 3 parcels of my order. I have never had sny trouble ordering anywahere as I had with this joke of a website. The clothing does not look as described as well. Will not give this website a second look in the future and i will pass this on socially. I am scared to return the 3 parcels as not only i fear, will i not get my money back but loose the goods I have which I could at least see who would like them. As a goodwill and salvaged my opinion please return my money! 🤐

PLT SEEMS TEMPTING, BUT DON’T DO IT. *PLEASE READ!!* Where do I begin?! For starters, I had SO many failures trying to place my order. (I’m talking about fifteen attempts on DIFFERENT DEVICES.) For whatever reason, they weren’t accepting my credit card and I should’ve taken that as a sign to NOT buy with PLT, but I was really in love with their products. (Or so I THOUGHT.) I hate paying for shipping but they left me no choice. I figured I’d love my products when they came in—yeah, NO. They are NOT as pictured as online. Pictures are super photoshopped, making the products look like a color that they’re NOT. Quality is cheaply made; the seaming on everything is so uneven. When refunding for my shipping to ship my return, they somehow did it so that my bank charged me $15 as a fee. THAT FEE IS MORE THAN WHAT I ACTUALLY PAID TO SHIP BACK MY ITEMS. And this is NOT my bank’s fault! So the reason I got charged for that deposit? Because PLT WIRELY refunds and most banks charge for wired refunds when it’s INTERNATIONAL. PLT is based in the UK. And get this—THEY DON’T JUST REFUND IT ALL AT ONCE, BUT SEPARATELY. $15 for each time they tried to do a wired deposit… Absolutely STUPID. Please BEWARE!!! When I went to clarify that I needed my refunds to be electronically to avoid fees, PLT’s customer service kept telling me things that didn’t even resolve or answer my concerns. I was offended. They were talking to me like if I was stupid because their answers had NOTHING to do with what I was saying. It got to the point where they even dared to IGNORE my messages and chose not to reach back to me. WHO IGNORES THEIR CUSTOMERS?! PRETTYLITTLETHING DOES! For a first experience with this brand, I am LIVID. All that fake promotions with celebrities on Instagram and glamorous promotions is a bunch of GARBAGE. PLT will NOT be getting any more of my money or time and I hope this review helps you guys choose wisely when deciding whether or not to shop with this brand. I wish someone would have told me how DIFFICULT the company was because I would have never even bothered. PLT, thank you for wasting my time, my money and fooling me into believing your products are as pretty as they seem. NEVER AGAIN.

Lost my package and lied about it! Where do I start with this company, seriously. They lost my package worth over €120, I was unable to track my package for days and kept contacting them via Twitter and they continued to say the package was in transit and not lost - also a different girl replies to every message which is really annoying. Finally 11 days later I contacted the shipment company they said they never received the package from pretty little things so I contacted them and told them this and the day before I'm meant to go on holiday with all my new clothes they tell me the package is lost and this never happens and they have refunded me. That's it, nothing else. No let me resend out your package with next day delivery, just here's your money back. CYA. Awful experience and so time-consuming.

I ordered a dress I had found for an event that was coming up. It arrived on time which I was pleased about however, the dress was a completely different shade to what was advertised to me on the site. I was disappointed but managed to look past that fact and try on the dress anyway. It was COMPLETELY see-through!!!! The quality was awful and it looked nothing like it did on the site! The material was extremely itchy which made not very uncomfortable. So disappointed- do not recommend.
