one month delay for delivery inside EU . no given information about delay . absent customer service .do not buy from this eshop. Give your money to the 100 other eshop existing .

I’ve placed an order on the 26th of December and yet to receive or hear a thing about my order but yet my money was taken straight away out of my card, can u please give me some sort of information on my items if not I would like a full refund please

Love the clothes, the customer service is shocking though. I placed an order in early December for the guaranteed to be here by Christmas offer. On top of that I did express tracked shipping to ensure I would get my items. The first problem was the tracking number, completely did not work and completely wrong but I thought no worries I'll get an update when they were going to deliver it the day of. The Friday before Christmas rolls around and whilst I was at work I got a message stating the my parcel was to be delivered that day so I thought amazing right on time. Wrong. The parcel was a 'signature required' parcel and instead their couriers decided to leave it at the front door where it was then stolen. How do I know this you may ask? Because there were 2 parcels, one containing clothes and the other containing a singular pair of earrings. Guess which was at the door, the earrings. Contacted the courier they have no clue as they said on their end it was never dropped off and I said well I can assure you I've got one parcel here and no one signed as we were all at work so it was just dumped there. I then contacted the company who were completely shocking. They messed me around for days, in the end I had to submit a statutory declaration saying I never received the parcel and I had asked for compensation. They stated, and I have this in writing, that they would provide me a 50% REFUND on a second order. I refused to do that until I got my first order refunded. So already we are at about 3 weeks with no order and no clothes. Today (01/01/2018) I placed the order, used the discount code as I did the first order and once placed contacted them to state that I've processed the order so please can I have the 50% refund as stated. Basically in summary they're not honouring that because I used a discount code even though the initial interaction never stated this clause. Overall I'm completely angry, there's no contact number they refuse to call me and everything is online. I'm honestly considering legal action but have no idea where to start. I had been ordering off them for about a year and massive $500 orders at that so to be treated this way has completely put me off this company. They're all con artists never again, I would never recommend this company and genuinely I used to be such a strong supporter.

Return policy said I would get my refund in 3-5 days. Its been two weeks I have not received my refund. Had to go through the hassle of emailing them several times. Had to send bank statements to prove I got no refund. Worst customer service. Never buying again.

My order was express post , emailed them after 10 days no response just an email from PayPal to advise my express post payment was refunded. Received my items 12 days later, item missing emailed them again (no other way to contact them) to advise item missing no response just an email fro PayPal to advise refund given for missing item. I didn’t want a refund I wanted the item I ordered!!! Worst customer service ever, don’t even respond to emails. Will never shop on your online store again

Order 11/3, return delivered 11/20. It's 12/28, still no refund??? No customer service phone numbers, just constantly waiting for an e-mail back. They said it was "typical" it takes over a month for a return to be processed? Are we in 2017...there are SO MANY other online websites with cuter, better quality products with simple return policies. Try LuLus. Never ever using this trash website again.

UNBELIEVABLE still don't have my delivery!!! Order placed on the 7th Dec. My last contact with pretty little thing. Before Christmas Thank you for the update. Just a shame it was so hard to get to this point. I have ordered from PLT a few times and not had any problems. Being a business owner myself I do realize that sometimes things go wrong. However I have found that being upfront with customers and explaining and trying to resolve issues asap works best. Having to message so many times without getting any closer to a solution has been dissapointing. I was looking forward to having new outfits for Xmas. Clearly that won't be the case given today is Friday and Christmas day is monday and Tuesday is another public holiday for boxing day. The only compensation I have been offered is postage reimbursement . $6.99 It is quite clear that the fault does not lie with me, yet I am the one who is left to suffer! Doesnt seem very fair or equitable to me. Their response Hi Jill, I understand how you feel, especially around this time, I can see your order should be delivered within 1-2 days. ive been waiting since the 29.09.17 for my refund after returning goods. I have had emails after each complaint I made telling me I will get my refund in 10 days then another 10 days and then ghe final email said i would get it within 21 days. I am still waiting on my refund and it's the 24.12.17. absolutely ridiculous don't buy from this company

Before you read: DO NOT ORDER FROM PRETTY LITTLE THING. DO. NOT... EVER. So, I placed an order on December 9th, I needed it for December 16th, I paid for Express shipping. At about 2 am on December 10th, I received an email saying that my order was despatched (YAY!, right? ) Long story short, contacted them after it wasn't there on the 7th day because according to the tracking number they gave me, it had not left the UK (Side note: what is the point of having a UK and US website, if you won't distribute from that country? -- I ordered from PLT- US) . I also noted their fraudulent business practices of sending out a dispatch email when it had not been, sending out tracking numbers that track nothing, etc. They said give it to the 10th day (the 20th) and then reach out. 20TH came, order did not. Reached out to them today, some lady refunded me 5 dollars for shipping for my trouble (eye roll). I then let them know that I am an attorney, and I filed complaints with the FTC, BBB for their fraudulent practices since I still was unable to track my order. They have since then notified me that the parcel got lost, and they have refunded me my full order. Honestly, this company is terrible. I left out SO MUCH of the run-around they gave me. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. IF YOU ARE HAVING TROUBLE WITH THEM IN YOU'RE IN THE US-- FILE COMPLAINTS WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION.

So I've never ordered from PLT, apart from a few years back and I remember it being flimsy as hell and had a hole in it. But I thought maybe they have improved as I was on their insta and saw they had some nice stuff. Then I saw the messages on the pic and omg thanku girls because you've saved someone from getting scammed what a disgrace how they can rip so many people off. I defo will never be ordering from them!!! And I'll be making sure no body I know does either sick

Horrible service. Very disappointing. It’s been over a week since I’ve ordered my things and I still can’t even track my purchase. No one has gotten back to me to apologize or fix the issue. If you ask me, this site is a scam. DONT ORDER FROM HERE!!

I ordered my package Tuesday morning at 11:59 am and it was only dispatched Thursday morning at 6:40 am. I emailed customer service twice and I am yet to hear back from them. It is now Friday and I still cannot even track my parcel as the courier is yet to receive it. They have no regard for their customers what so ever and I am extremely disappointed with their service.

I am so disappoint with the service I have received from Pretty Little Thing. Not to mention that the clothes are extremely poor quality! I sent back my items for returns on 2nd Dec 2017, two weeks later I had still not had an email from them saying that they were processing my refund, so I emailed customer service. 3 days later I had still not heard anything from them, so I emailed again. Someone finally got back to me saying that my refund had been processed the day after I ordered the items (how is that even possible). They obviously had not even bothered to check because, what they thought was my refund was actually £15 they had refunded me for an item that I tried to order and they didn't have, which can I also add, they shouldn't have charged me for in the first place! 3 weeks later, I still have no refund and have still not had any other communication from PLT! I cannot believe that these cowboys can get away with this! Absolutely furious. I will never order anything from them again and I will make sure no one else I know does either!

Pretty Little Thing, you guys have ZERO efficiency!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It has been 8 days and I still have not received any information or email with regards to my tracking number. Meaning that you have most probably not even sent my parcel to Aramex. In reading online reviews, poor service is clearly a trend here. Nearly every review had something negative to say. You really need to up your service game or simply do not take online orders. So pathetic. I do not recommend that anyone buy online from Pretty Little Thing.

This is the third time we have ordered from PLT. All three orders have never reached us, PLT have said that each order has been lost in the post. Shocking customer service, email is the preferred method of contact on the website but don't bother as they rarely respond. Very disappointed I am surprised that they are allowed to continue with the terrible service!

OMG pretty little thing are the worst, 3 weeks and still waiting for delivery. placed an order 7th Dec now close of business 20th Dec and nothing !! The worst thing is their is no way to get in contact with them unbelievable in this day and age. Over $300 spent cant track not a word. NOT HAPPY JAN !!

I have been promised a refund for postage due to the item of clothing that I purchased being faulty and have waited 4 months for the refund. It keeps being promised in repeated emails but never paid. The entire customer service experience has been terrible. I would never recommend this company to anyone and will be reporting it to the Department of Fair Trading.

Really bad experience here. Paid for express shipping its been over 3 weeks now since I placed my order, Only just got it yesterday... and they forgot to send my top!!!:( I havent had any one get back to me and I want a refund for express shipping and the lost item they forgot to send. Also real bad customer service too theres only one contact email, and no call centre. So in order to get yourself heard you have to constantly send public messages on their social media accounts. I had to do this like 100 times in order for them to message me. They also send automatic response like "DM me to sort this matter, Lauren" and no one replies. Its all BS ... WARNING:They will rip you off!!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The first time I shopped with PLT I spent over $300 on a 50% of sale and paid extra for express shipping. After weeks I received an email in my junk advising the courier could not deliver to a P.O. Box . I advised the new address. And watched my tracking number show my delivery was sent to a totally different country. I was provided a refund for the cloths but not the postage. I was not given a 50 % off code to repurchase the items I wanted for the same price. Stupidly I tried again to buy a dress, this time no tracking number and no reply to email, after a month nothing and noticed on instagram hundreds of girls complaining of same thing . Currently hoping my back can get the money back via fraud investigation.

If I could rate them with less than one star I definitely would. Firstly, they got me waiting for my order for more than 25 days giving me absolutely no information of what was going wrong. I had to write them several times asking about it and besides the fact that they took more than 4 days to answer each e-mail, they didn't have absolutely no idea about the issue. Finally, they told me that my order wasn't coming and that I would get a "full refund" which resulted in me loosing 18€ that they never refunded. I will never buy again in this website and I will tell everyone about this.
