Do not but products from this company. If you have to return them their service is extremely poor. Still waiting for a refund after returning a product six weeks ago despite claims it takes 21 days. Customer service full of excuses and asking for paperwork that was never issued and rejecting their own records that prove collection and receipt. All designed to frustrate the customer into giving up without getting a replacement/refund. DONT DO IT>

Really bad experience. I ordered items for a festival that I was going to and selected express post so that they would definitely arrive in time. Not only did the items not turn up in time, they wouldn't refund me the extra money I paid for express postage. They simply don't care about their customers. Will never shop with them again, nor would I recommend you do. P.S. The clothes were really very poor quality too. I'd return them, but I do not want to deal with them at all any further. Really Bad.

Horrible customer service!!! They charged me $50 by mistake and after emailing back and forth for months, they still haven't refunded the amount.

I have bought from Pretty Little Thing before and received my items within 4 days, however this time when i bought from them the service was very poor. My account was never updated for the location of my parcel. I had to email customer support to find out where it was, this took two emails for them to respond. I then received my parcel on the seventh day. Three days later my bank account was hacked in the U.K. due to shopping online with PLT and using my card. I suggest if you're going to shop on PLT, DO NOT use your card use PayPal to shop with. Finally don't expect quick customer service because you will not receive it from their end.

I ordered from prettylittlething in September -17. First of all, my package took ages to come to me. Second!: They took the amount I ordered in Canadian dollars in English pounds, so they owed me over 100(!!)CAD. I emailed their s*itty service like 7 times, and they didn't speak well enough english to understand my problem, which is funny cause the company is from UK and my problem was pretty clear.. Well, after a while of "fighting" with them and sending them many many emails that they didn't even bother to answer, PAYPAL, thank GOODNESS, got my money back. Don't order from there, it's a shady shady company with cheap products. disgusting service..

BUYERS BEWARE! Poor customer service. Getting the run around. Extreme frustration. Feeling ripped off. Don't do as they say. Return procedures are TERRIBLE, LENGTHY and STILL UNRESOLVED.

Pretty little thing is a scamming company which takes no pride in customer services. They never sent an order I made in decemeber 2017 and never responded to my many emails asking of its whereabouts (I received an email that said it is being processed but then nothing after that regarding shipping and tracking etc. When I try to track it I am told by a generated message that tracking information will be made available when the parcel is handed to the courier. Strangely enough I received another order that I made a week after ordering the initial one. But still no sign of the first one. The customer service never responds to my emails further than an automated reply saying they have received my enquiry. The clothes are terrible quality and cheaply made. Definitely not worth the money spent. I will never shop here again. Perhaps I will try tweeting this review to them @OfficialPLT_CS

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE . I placed my order back in November, it’s January 13, 2018. The delivery date was set for December 12 and my clothes never came. They don’t have a phone number and they never responded to my email & I spent over 200$ on their site. There is no way I can get in contact with them to get my refund . #scam

So I ordered a top of this site and it’s saying canceled, but I have purchased it. The money was straight away withdrawn from my card but no information on the item or delivery date. I order this item on the 3rd of December. Can some please help?

I do not recommend this website to anyone! I purchased an order of 3 items and did not like them at all so I returned them at the post office. It has been a month and I still have not received my money back. I have been in contact with the website and they tell me I need proof when I had already thrown out my receipt. Clearly the proof is the clothes back at their warehouse so i do not know why they can not give me back my money when they now have the clothes sent back to them. As soon as they received the returned clothes they should have gave me back my refund no question about it. I am 100% reporting this website to the better business bureau tomorrow if they do not give me my money back by then.

Website is a complete joke. I ordered a dress and charged 3 weeks later no tracking information was provided and no sign of the dress. I wrote to costumer service and was told that my card would be refunded in 3-5 business days and no reorder option was available! First of all why? when the dress is still on the site and in the size i ordered. Next were you never going to inform me or refund me if i did not say something? Or were they hoping i forgot about the order. I reached out again to complain and have been ignored..LAST TIME i will ever even visit there site! It is a shame that celebrities even associate their name with some items on this site.

They clearly don’t stock a lot of sizes in the bigger size so a 16 and 14 always out of stock. They don’t restock after selling out so what’s the point??

one month delay for delivery inside EU . no given information about delay . absent customer service .do not buy from this eshop. Give your money to the 100 other eshop existing .

Love the clothes, the customer service is shocking though. I placed an order in early December for the guaranteed to be here by Christmas offer. On top of that I did express tracked shipping to ensure I would get my items. The first problem was the tracking number, completely did not work and completely wrong but I thought no worries I'll get an update when they were going to deliver it the day of. The Friday before Christmas rolls around and whilst I was at work I got a message stating the my parcel was to be delivered that day so I thought amazing right on time. Wrong. The parcel was a 'signature required' parcel and instead their couriers decided to leave it at the front door where it was then stolen. How do I know this you may ask? Because there were 2 parcels, one containing clothes and the other containing a singular pair of earrings. Guess which was at the door, the earrings. Contacted the courier they have no clue as they said on their end it was never dropped off and I said well I can assure you I've got one parcel here and no one signed as we were all at work so it was just dumped there. I then contacted the company who were completely shocking. They messed me around for days, in the end I had to submit a statutory declaration saying I never received the parcel and I had asked for compensation. They stated, and I have this in writing, that they would provide me a 50% REFUND on a second order. I refused to do that until I got my first order refunded. So already we are at about 3 weeks with no order and no clothes. Today (01/01/2018) I placed the order, used the discount code as I did the first order and once placed contacted them to state that I've processed the order so please can I have the 50% refund as stated. Basically in summary they're not honouring that because I used a discount code even though the initial interaction never stated this clause. Overall I'm completely angry, there's no contact number they refuse to call me and everything is online. I'm honestly considering legal action but have no idea where to start. I had been ordering off them for about a year and massive $500 orders at that so to be treated this way has completely put me off this company. They're all con artists never again, I would never recommend this company and genuinely I used to be such a strong supporter.

Return policy said I would get my refund in 3-5 days. Its been two weeks I have not received my refund. Had to go through the hassle of emailing them several times. Had to send bank statements to prove I got no refund. Worst customer service. Never buying again.

My order was express post , emailed them after 10 days no response just an email from PayPal to advise my express post payment was refunded. Received my items 12 days later, item missing emailed them again (no other way to contact them) to advise item missing no response just an email fro PayPal to advise refund given for missing item. I didn’t want a refund I wanted the item I ordered!!! Worst customer service ever, don’t even respond to emails. Will never shop on your online store again

Order 11/3, return delivered 11/20. It's 12/28, still no refund??? No customer service phone numbers, just constantly waiting for an e-mail back. They said it was "typical" it takes over a month for a return to be processed? Are we in 2017...there are SO MANY other online websites with cuter, better quality products with simple return policies. Try LuLus. Never ever using this trash website again.

UNBELIEVABLE still don't have my delivery!!! Order placed on the 7th Dec. My last contact with pretty little thing. Before Christmas Thank you for the update. Just a shame it was so hard to get to this point. I have ordered from PLT a few times and not had any problems. Being a business owner myself I do realize that sometimes things go wrong. However I have found that being upfront with customers and explaining and trying to resolve issues asap works best. Having to message so many times without getting any closer to a solution has been dissapointing. I was looking forward to having new outfits for Xmas. Clearly that won't be the case given today is Friday and Christmas day is monday and Tuesday is another public holiday for boxing day. The only compensation I have been offered is postage reimbursement . $6.99 It is quite clear that the fault does not lie with me, yet I am the one who is left to suffer! Doesnt seem very fair or equitable to me. Their response Hi Jill, I understand how you feel, especially around this time, I can see your order should be delivered within 1-2 days.
