“Really bad experience here. Paid for express shipping its been over 3 weeks now since I placed my order, Only just got it yesterday... and they forgot to send my top!!!:( I havent had any one get back to me and I want a refund for express shipping and the lost item they forgot to send. Also real bad customer service too theres only one contact email, and no call centre. So in order to get yourself heard you have to constantly send public messages on their social media accounts. I had to do this like 100 times in order for them to message me. They also send automatic response like "DM me to sort this matter, Lauren" and no one replies. Its all BS ... WARNING:They will rip you off!!”

“If I could give 0 stars, I would. The first time I shopped with PLT I spent over $300 on a 50% of sale and paid extra for express shipping. After weeks I received an email in my junk advising the courier could not deliver to a P.O. Box . I advised the new address. And watched my tracking number show my delivery was sent to a totally different country. I was provided a refund for the cloths but not the postage. I was not given a 50 % off code to repurchase the items I wanted for the same price. Stupidly I tried again to buy a dress, this time no tracking number and no reply to email, after a month nothing and noticed on instagram hundreds of girls complaining of same thing . Currently hoping my back can get the money back via fraud investigation.”

“If I could rate them with less than one star I definitely would. Firstly, they got me waiting for my order for more than 25 days giving me absolutely no information of what was going wrong. I had to write them several times asking about it and besides the fact that they took more than 4 days to answer each e-mail, they didn't have absolutely no idea about the issue. Finally, they told me that my order wasn't coming and that I would get a "full refund" which resulted in me loosing 18€ that they never refunded. I will never buy again in this website and I will tell everyone about this.”

“The customer service is terrible. I ordered a dress off this website and it said it would arrive in 6 days and the tracking showed that as well. The day it was supposed to be delivered the tracking to it went away and now when ever I put in the tracking # it says it cant be found. I emailed them and didn't get a response for 3 days and their response was very short and careless. They gave me my tracking number and the link to the website to track it (which I've been doing everyday) and still showed nothing. I STILL DONT HAVE MY ORDER AND HAVE NO IDEA WHERE IT IS.”

“If i can give them zero stars i would, awful customer service i spend over $80 on there website, amount was taken out of my account, and i never recived my package its been over a month ive emailed them and have gotten no responce back from there "customer service" team. never ordering from this site again, trust and believe every single review that says they will take your money and not send you your package as that is exactly what happened to me.”

“I have returned a dress since the 17th still no refund. They stopped responding to my emails. I sent the dress back and yet they refused to refund me I am planing to call 7onmyside to show other people how much a rip off this site is”

“Haven't bought anything off-line from PLT, i was going to buy a dress now, but after reading all these reviews F these scum. I'm not putting myself through the stress! I hope the business goes bust. I hope the company is reading this as reviews are powerful thing and you're gonna lose a lot of customers for bankruptcy and false advertising you bastards. And thank you to all the people that are reviewed them, as you just saved one person from going through stress, hastle and disappointment !”

“Ordered my daughter a rainbow unicorn onesie for Christmas received a solid pink one that looks nothing like the one we ordered. No refund. I can pay to turn it and pay for them to ship me another one. WTF? Are you serious not worth the hastle. Seriously disappointed. Hope it doesn't ruin her Christmas.”

“Scam. Total scam. Famous for how TERRIBLY made their clothes are. Experts at catfishing - clothes look great online, come looking like rags made in China. Delivery is a JOKE - constantly scam northern Irish people into paying for UK next day delivery. WE'RE IN THE UK? Why don't we get it the next day??? Yet am offered and charged for next day every single time. When I complain, it somehow takes 5 business days to get my postage money back. Took 10 seconds to take it from my account though? And I ordered something on Wednesday, it's now SATURDAY NIGHT and no parcel. No reply from them on what's app or Twitter. Scammers disgusting company that should go bust.”

“I ordered clothes from this website over a week ago and I was given a date that it was suppose to come, December 1st. On this date it didn't arrive and when I tracked my order a few days later it said it was suppose to be here on the 6th of December. I still do not have my clothes and I ordered it for a special function I needed it for over the weekend. I was really excited about this website and am really disappointed that I still have not received them and can't track it properly to know where it is.”
