I am very disappointed with the experience i have had with PLT. They first sent me the wrong item and then told me they could not send me the correct one, even though the item i wanted was still available in my size on their website. They told me I had to send back the incorrect item first and pay for shipping and then i would get refunded. Second, I returned an item and never saw the refund. I contacted them, and they said they never received it, even though the postage tracking said it had arrived. PLT owes me money as well as the correct product. DO NOT ORDER WITH PLT. The customer services is HORRIBLE and you will end up just losing money. Go to other sites like ASOS; they are much better.

The worst customer service ever!!! I placed an order a week and a half ago, got an email saying my order dispatched but I never received a tracking number. I needed this dress for a very special event and there website said I would have it by the 16th of November however I had to find a way to contact the shipper and they provided me with an entirely different shipping date, which would make me miss the event! DO NOTT NOTTTT NOTTT shop with them!!!!!

hi if there was a no star option I will give this company that, they are terrible my daughter ordered a dress a month ago we returned the item on 10-19-2017 via USPS tracking and delivery option so we can track. Upon asking for refund they demanded a receipt of return, which they can guess the weight of item before returning my money. I sent them both the receipt which has no weight on it as I was not told before to return it there preferred way and also the tracking confirmation that its indeed sent to them. now the dress it was a sham see through dress nothing what showed on the internet. Also a xs was three sizes bigger than her.I cannot believe companies like this of customer service exist in USA they have my order number why cannot I get my refund? also I had to spend more money to send it back the only one suffering losses here is me.

Been waiting on a refund for over a month. They lied and said the process my refund, then say it’s a refund error just constantly lying finally disputed with PayPal tomget my money back.

I received my order, material was flattering, I sent the item back and paid for the shipping, after two weeks I still haven't heard anything. opened a paypal case and provided the tracking number, PLT is saying they didn't received the return...I have proof that they did. and unable to reach anyone for any help...

dress arrived 6 days late and was ruined no clue what has happened but the return slip inside has been ripped up as well.

I have been waiting 3 weeks for a refund of 5 items. The email I received confirmed receipt of 4 offends items. To date I have sent 35 emails with all the information and supporting evidence. But still no refund and no further response.

TRASH ! Your items wont come in time and they won't notify you. Its been almost 2 weeks and my order hasn't even shipped! The site says 5-7 business days. Lie. I contacted them and they said my package failed to leave the warehouse. Never ordering from here again.

I ordered a top and culottes from PYT -unfortunately they didn't fit and I sent both items back the day after I had them delivered. I received an email refunding the culottes but not the top even though they were in the same package. After several emails to customer services I'm still waiting for a reply and still £15 out of pocket. Will not be using this company again and I would warn others not to either. No phone number available to contact anyone just generic emails sent out. I feel like I've been scammed; buyers beware!

Charged twice for an order that was unsuccessful in being placed. I'm now having huge problems in trying to receive a refund. I can't talk to anyone because they don't have a telephone number. I'm hoping my problem is resolved before Christmas as £46.00 is needed in my pocket rather than this company's! I wouldn't use them again I'm afraid.

Pictures and videos on website and app look nothing like the clothes when you get them. Material is so thin and cheap practically see through, also one of the items had a huge brown stain on... wouldn’t recommend definitely don’t waste your money here. Can get the same stuff in primark for a better quality!

Ordered with express shipping (4 working day delivery) and 6 working days later I'm still waiting. Emailed them 2 days ago and still waiting on a response, also messaged the facebook page and no response I will definitely be telling all friends and family to be avoiding this site Not happy

I ordered a top for next day delivery, it didn't turn up so I emailed them! They then decide to tell me the top is out of stock after I had paid and ordered it! if I didn't email them I wouldn't of had any information, disgusting service!

Don't bother paying for 4 day priority shipping, didn't arrive until 8 days later, leaving me with nothing to wear for my special occasion. Do not recommend, will not use again.

You sent my item to the wrong depot (according to Hermes) and 5 days later it has still not arrived (I paid £5.99 for postage of 2 small tops). No email thanking me for my purchase. No phone number to contact you to let you know what Hermes said and Hermes say to contact you. 3 emails to customer services but no response other than a standard reply saying you'll be in touch asap. If you only provide an email service for customer services, why don't you respond more quickly? I've had issues with delivery sometimes with other companies and they have been easily resolved over the telephone with a customer services team member. Your customer services are non existent. These tops were for a present and unless they arrive by lunchtime today, it's too late. I bought them on Saturday (you even chase people to buy now with the clock ticking to put items into the basket - you're very keen to take the money!!) - surely it's reasonable to have received them by Thursday??? I understand that Hermes may have cocked up but why didn't you read my email on Tuesday and sort it out?

Wish I had've read reviews before returning my items. Everyone calling them thieves are not wrong - sent my order back (the day I received it) as half was broken and didn't end up needing the other half. Used a reputable tracking postal service which I can see has delivered it to the address they provided, though they are now refusing to refund until I provide proof of postage purchase as it's been more than 21 days since dispatch, which is false. Glad I used PayPal. Not to mention their political replies "I can understand how this may make you feel". Pffft, will not use again.

I have never had a worse return experience in my life. I orders all size 8 or 10's and I received all my clothes in size 14?? I don't understand how that happened... Either ways, it has been over a month and a half and I still haven't received my refund AND I had to pay $15 for shipping the clothes back so why does it take this long to refund me??

Purchased a dress and when it arrived in its packaging it looked like it was a new dress however when I pulled the dress out to have a look at it, there was make up/fake tan all over the top of the dress. I got on to their customer service team who lacked any actual customer service skills and have not resolved the problem. they expect me to pay for the return of the dress and then place a new order for another one. Very disappointed and will not be buying from them again!
