paid express shipping which states 4 days max unless extremely remote area. welll over a week later still no items, customer service sucks, products are average at best from pst experience inonly went back for a sale and because i had am event hut the items still arent hre. stay away from this crapy site

Don't order, I haven't even received my goods to even review my "goods" despite paying for the expedited shipping as the discount codes are BS. They use fastway couriers (their reviews are a fun read). I looked at their facebook reviews, and, I think they legit delete all their negative reviews, I am hoping the mass people that use these companies will soon realise.

Bad customer service! They have yet to refund me for my product return and it has been a month and a half!!!!!!

larger order both on the same day tracked the packages both recieved into pretty little thing warehouse on the same day. Yet I have only been refunded for the single item have sent emails and been told they process refunds in order of how they recieved the package but they recieved both on the same day and the larger package was ordered before the single package so where is my refund and why are they only contactable via email personally I shall never order from them again I would not recommend them crap customer service very quick to process your money but very hard to refund.

I ordered over £100 worth of stuff 6 items in total, which took 4 days to come and only ONE thing arrived. When you contact pretty little thing they say it was delivered which is correct however where are my other 5 items I ordered???? Customer service team take ages to get back to you and even then they are no help, will try for a refund through PayPal as I spent £118 yet only received £34 worth of goods AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!!!!!

made a purchase of 3 items in total, and was billed three times for each order. Then received the same order three times. I sent two of the orders back, total 6 items, and asked for a refund but prettylittlething only refunded me for 3 items, till today I am still waiting for the refund that they are not willing to give me.

Placed my order and as i click confirm checkout to pay my laptop directs me straight to a page that warns me about hackers trying to get into my banking info and I thought that that they stole 40$ from me but thankfully I was able to cancel it in time. This website is a scam. do not buy from it. I wish I could give a 0 rating. Disappointing and scary.

The jewelry was all junk. So cheaply made, I wouldn't even wear it. I actually threw some of it in the garbage. Do not buy from here, I couldn't even wear it as costume jewelry.

Thiefs won't refund my money. Sent back an item around 2 months ago now and still no refund. Customer services type off a script I swear they will always respond with political answers. They are now saying it is lost in the post. Ridiculous they just take your money and run!!!

Wish I could give them a zero! Don't even try to return anything! They are slow to respond, and will give you the run around when you inquire about your refund. Then if you are persistent, they will tell you they haven't received your package, despite the fact that I tracked my shipping! Thieves!

4 mois qu'ils refusent de me rembourser alors que j'ai retourné l'article. Le volant de la robe bustier se retournait et on voyait la couture ce qui était très inesthétique. Ce sont des voleurs et des menteurs. Fuyez ! Très mauvais service client : dialogue de sourd. Ils jouent sur le fait que vous allez abandonner. I've send back a dress and they don't want to refund me. The bodycon dress had imperfections on its ruffles. Since 4 months i am asking for refund. They said they did it but it was just a lie. Worst customer "service" ever. They take a lot of time to respond you. They are just robber and liars. Don't buy !

I placed an order on PrettyLittleThing that contained a pair of joggers, bodysuits and a jumpsuit. I used PayPal to pay for my order, and as I clicked the order confirmation button it said "ORDER CANNOT BE PLACED, ITEMS IN YOUR CART ARE OUT OF STOCK". I scrolled down on my orders to see that it was the jumpsuit that was out of stock. I clicked on the jumpsuit and a size up (from what I originally ordered) was still in stock. So I added the new size on to my cart and clicked the order confirmation button again. It again said ""ORDER CANNOT BE PLACED, ITEMS IN YOUR CART ARE OUT OF STOCK". So then I decided to remove the jumpsuit at once, and decided to just pay for the joggers and bodysuit. I confirmed the payment and it processed; the order was placed. I go and check my PayPal and see that the two previous orders that was labelled as "ORDER CANNOT BE PROCESSED" has been processed!! I was charged the money for the two previous orders that apparently couldn't be processed. I contacted PrettyLittleThing and they refused to cancel my order and said I need to go through the big hassle of doing a refund. Not to forget I had to pay for shipping three times too!!! THIS IS A TERRIBLE SYSTEM AND THEIR WEBSITE DOES NOT PROVIDE A SAFE WAY TO PAY. They are an absolute scam, go shop at Missguided and Boohoo as their website's don't often mess up like this because they have people maintaining the site properly. They could've at least given me a refund and cancelled the order as IT IS THEIR FAULT FOR TELLING ME THE WRONG THING. If I knew the order has been processed, I would not have tried placing an order again and again. If you are busy and do not have time to chase up on such a terrible company, please DO NOT BUY! The orders that I was mistakenly charged for were orders 600367301 and order 600367302.
