After being told many confilcting things regarding my recent order . i contacted pretty little thing via facebook to query the tracking no i had been given only to be told that as my parcel had been scanned incorrectly it was now classified as lost . i have to say that the person who delt with my enquiry was very appologetic and has arranged a full refund . as this is now the second time that my order has been messed up . i will NOT be ordering from this website again # VERY DISSAPOINTED !!!

My first order they sent me the incorrect size. Second order I returned and they said I got my refund when I had did not. It took several emails and several weeks to get it sorted to where I finally got a refund. Not sure why but I decided to make another order and after waiting way beyond the shipping date indicated when purchased, they send me the wrong order and now I will have to wait for my correct order for weeks again. If possible I would give the company 0 stars. Seeing as the lowest is 1 star that is what I will give

I was charged different than my cart total was on there website. My bank is handling it. I was so bummened that this company did that. Horrible. Plus foreign fees. I'm from cali.

They send product i haven’t ordered and used my card info to pay for it. Needed to get a new card because of this. And the product are unable to return. I hate this site. I also tried to return it and paid 600 NOK, but got it in return. The adress was right and everything. Also to get the package out I had to pay 680 NOK because I live in Norway.

I ordered 2 dresses from pretty little thing, super pretty. One dress showed it was red, however it turned up in burgundy not to mention the other things that was wrong with it. The zip at the back of the dress came stuck, and it does not fit properly, whilst the thighs area is too small, the sides of the dress is too big and the front part is too low down and to the side. The second dress also super pretty, way to small. Can’t even put it on, more like a size 4 or 6 then a size 8. Am very disappointed, will not be ordering from this website again.

Please don't let these celebs trick you into thinking this is a good brand. I've reached out to customer service about my order that hasn't arrived yet, it's been TWO months. No answer.. mind you I messaged them A MONTH AGO. NEVER ORDERING AGAIN AHAHA

I ordered on PLT site 2 weeks ago. They sent an email my items were shipped a week after but of course it was a lie because tracking number never showed any records of shipping! After one week of sending messages they replied indeed my order was lost by curier which is bullshit as it was never shipped! Now i m waiting a refund! This company should be sued as they are a scam! I m going take legal action against them!

Horrible company. Placed an order 17 Oct, received an email indicating dispatch had occurred on 21 Oct. I advised the tracking number had not been updated and requested dispatch on 26 Oct. I received a stock response. I again requested dispatch on 27 Oct and received a stock response. I received an automatic email on 29 Oct indicating my order had been refunded, minus the shipping ($10), with zero communication as to why. I emailed requesting a full refund and on 31 Oct received an email indicating this had occurred. I can't comment on the quality of the clothes as they were never dispatched. Extremely frustrating, minimal to no communication, took several requests for anything to be actioned and sneakily attempted to retain the cost of shipping despite no shipping occurring. PLT clearly does not monitor their stock levels to ensure orders can be fulfilled. A waste of time, money and thought. I have reported PLT to Consumer Affairs. Do not buy from this company.

If you are looking for a prom dress or simply a look for an event coming up. DON'T purchase from this website. I always look at the reviews but I didn't with PrettyLittleThings. Everyone was hyping this company up so I figured it was 100% safe. I online shop A LOT, and have never experienced a lost package. I really thought I was one of the unlucky ones to lose mine. Until I read this was a common problem with customers. The only way you can really contact this company is through Instagram "prettylittlethingcs" be patient they do reply back just be professional and "nice" about it. It sucks, we gotta fake it, but not many people reply back to rude people. Hope this helps you!

Absolutely the worst decision I’ve ever made was to order from here. Placed two separate orders one of the packages is lost and the second is probably on the same track. I placed the order for pictures for my birthday but it obviously will not arrive on time. I will never order from here again and expect a full refund! Worst experience ever!!!

Sent 3 items back free delivery,very poor quality. Had an email to say they r refunding for only two items didn’t receive the third,funny that!! They were all sent in the same package, this obvs pays for the free packaging. No way of speaking to any one customer service. Won’t be ordering from these again

One package arrived two weeks after they were dispatched still waiting on the other one that shipped a day prior to the other package, and for the order I received. I am missing an item!

The shipping is the worst I’ve experienced on online shopping. I’m going to return the items because they didn’t arrive in time for the occasion I had intended to wear them to. Really disappointed because this is the second time this has happened.

If there was a Rating for zero I would apply it. I have had a very unfortunate experience with this company. False advertisement on their website and being able to apply promotional codes as is being advertised on their website. Escalating and trying to find a solution through their customer services isn't of any help either. I will not be recommending this company to friends or coworkers in the make up industry for their items.
