“Terrible customer service, they take SO long to respond to emails. PLUS tracking your package is impossible and the tracking option on the website doesnt even work. ive been waiting for my package for almost a month and still have received nothing. when i emailed about it they said "sorry hope you get your package soon and love your items" 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND”

“ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! There not way I can contact them apart from email which they take their long ass time to respond to. It's very frustrating because idek where my package is?!! And their website is useless! The order tracking option there doesn't even work. Everytime I try to enter my tracking number it takes me to the home page and never tells me where my package is or when will it actually arrive. It's just HORRIBLE. Idek why they are still in business with this shitty service.”

“Pretty Little Thing is by far one of the worst companies out there. I have ordered from them twice and will never again. My first order took over a month to be delivered. Now with my second order I am going on week 3 without my order. The delivery time was around 7 days. Not to mention, I did not receive notifications on the tracking of my package on my first order, now nor my second order. When I looked up my second order that I am currently waiting on; It said that my package had been delivered on June 23rd (when in the month of December). In addition to saying the location of delivery was in FL, when the location on the delivery is for SC. Also, the fact you can only contact this company via email leaves no assurance of knowing that I have the chance of ever seeing my order or much less my money. The delay on the delivery, or much less from the information was giving by plugging in my order number into "track my order" and to see that it was delivered to a different state makes me feel like I was scammed. There is absolutely no reason that a package should take this long to deliver without ZERO contact to the customer. This is absurd!”

“THEY SEWN MY JUMPSUIT COMPLETELY WRONG THE BOTTOM OF THE JUMPSUIT WAS CORRECT BUT THE UPPER HALF WAS SEWN SIDE WAYS SO THAT BEING SAID MY CHEST WOULD BE OUT IN THE OPEN COMPLETE FAILURE YOU HAD ONE JOB PLT!”

“If I can give this site a zero I WOULD. I have yet to hear anything from the company and it has been 2 days. They have no customer service number. There delivery date was wrong and now I am stuck going to an event without anything to wear. I advice anyone to beware of this awful site. They lack honest morals if all they care about is getting a buck out of you.”

“Not only did they give me an old tracking number, but when i complained they didn't provide me with a new one. I have had no way of tracking my package and have had to email the customer service line for 2 weeks straight. I was told through the website and another customer service rep that my package would arrive on dec. 3 or 4th, and now I am expected to wait another week. The company really shouldn't say shipping takes 5-7 working days, as it's been 3 weeks. I'm appalled by the service thus far, and cannot say I will order from here again.”

“I RETURNED MY ITEM OVER A MONTH AGO AND I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE A REFUND. EVERYTIME I EMAIL THEY SAY 48 HOURS THEN WHEN I DONT GET IT THEY SAY A WEEK OR ANOTHER EXCUSE. I NEED MY MONEY BACK AND I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT TO DO I FEEL HELPLESS AT THIS POINT.”

“I have been eyeing so many items on this site because they look so beautiful. Please be don’t be fooled by. Images are photoshopped to look NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES. The cloths I received are literally unwearable, I’m reading reviews on their return policy and iv have learnt its terrible. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I will be sticking to the sites I am sure of.”

“I CANT EVEN MAKE THE PURCHASE. I have tried over 15 time using different cards I tried everything, not only does customer service ignore me now after 2 replies, but I have a single bought item, still pending, no action estimated divivery a week ago listed as being packed... why dont they have a paypal, when all else fails paypal always works. Pretty little thing is not pretty anymore...”

“Very cheap quality not the same as the pictures. One dress was sewed the wrong way so one of the strap is twisted. How can this company deliver something like that to people it's unacceptable. All the clothes looked horrible and the fabric even worst.”

“Not very impressed at all! I have tried ordering of this website twice, 1st time it was a couple of bits and bobs but mainly a dress I desperately wanted, however because a top I had order on the same purchase had run out of stock they cancelled my whole order! This is without telling me! They then gave me discount on my next order which I had to use on the dress that I wanted to begging with. I then thought I'm going out on the weekend which doesn't happen very often, I then order a couple of items 'Trousers, bra, top" all for going out but... it did not arrive so I decided to see where it was by going on the website and as previous they had cancelled my order AGAIN! I was furious as I had nothing to wear for my night out! I should of learnt first time! I would never ever order of this site again! Which is a shame because they have gorgeous things but you are just not gaurenteed it!”

“Zero Star experience. I order on line all the time and this is a terrible business with poor customer service! I recommend you not do business with them. Pretty Little Thing shipped the wrong size dress. I would like to receive the correct size I ordered, however no one from the business will respond to multiple emails. There is no phone number to contact them. Customers should not have to repurchase the product due to PLT shipping error. This is a terrible customer service.”
