My order got cancelled by Prettylittlething because of product unavailability, i already paid with Paypal. At my Paypal-Account then was showing 15,6€ to little refund. After about 1 month of mail correspondence with customer service (i can't share other customers experiences about customer service ignoring me, they always replied after at limit 1 day and thats the only positive fact about the whole experience) and correspondence with Paypal's resolution center in an opened dispute at my Paypal-Account, where PLT was accusing Paypal and Paypal two times denied my claim, saying that i had to contact the seller directly, i informed PLT that i was going to make a complaint at italian "Polizia postale" which is the italian police for online fraud. Being only a coincidence or not, the next day the missing 15,6€ were refunded. I here give two stars because of the fact that the missing money was refunded and to honor the (in my opinion) fast replying customer service. Considering that i had to spend time and time again for about one month proving that either PLT or Paypal made a mistake, 1 star should be the real valutation.

I ordered trousers on PLT once and it came in the wrong size. Me being stupid and thinking that it was a one time mistake return those and order same the trousers again. IT was the wrong size AGAIN. I won’t be purchasing from plt again. The only reason why this is two stars is because the customer service team were quick and very helpful in answering my complaints

Paid for royalty next day delivery, & expected delivery date is for 4 days after the day it was supposed to arrive. SCAM. They wont refund the royalty even though they cannot adhere to it. Will never order agin, their clothes are cheap & fall apart also

They have the worst service. I returned a dress and they haven’t refunded my money. It has been more than a month. The quality of the dress is wack! I HATTTTEEEDDDD IIIIITTTTTT!!!!!! Pls don’t buy anything on this site!

Spent an hour adding about 29 items to the basket. Tried to checkout and it hung for 10 minutes. Went "back" in the browser, basket was still there. Tried again and I lost my whole basket. It had given me an order number so gave that to customer services and got told to just got back manually and add it myself again... and risk checking out again. WTF???... that just took almost 2 hrs. I'm just trying to spend money and buy my Mrs some clothes for holiday... you're making it very very difficult. Dont bother using this site if you can help it.

Worst ever. Anytime I’ve order off the site ive had nothing but trouble. Everything tears after one wear. Really bad quality clothes. I’ve had orders with items missing and when I emailed about it they wanted me to send everything back so they could review my order and send the missing stuff. They take forever to deliver so I didn’t bother because I didn’t want to wait six months to get stuff back. One time the delivery driver put my package in a bucket of water in my back garden... everything got soaked and had to be washed. None of the clothes actually look how they are advertised. I’ve finally learned my lesson and will avoid the site

Terrible company. They had no intention of refunding my money. I ordered clothes last November 2017 and I sent them back and they only refunded me half of my money. I then placed a order in January 2018, where the trousers did not fit me .I did everything they ask and they did not refund me. A year on they still had no intention on refunding my money. They should be closed down.

Have to second the experience of others here. My daughter likes to shop here but each time I return things they do not credit me. Beginning to think this is purposeful and a scam rather than mere stupidity. It takes multiple email and extreme persistence to get your money back. Advice to everyone, don't bother fighting with them, just call your credit card company to reverse the charges.

I had to email them just to figure out how to return clothes. This should be an easy link on their site but their link did not work. I ordered two dresses, the same size, however one I received wouldnt even get up my thigh. Second, I had to go back and forth regarding where to return the merchandise to. Then they would not even help with the expensive return rates even though their product was faulty. Now two weeks later after I verified the return was received and I have not been refunded.

I have shopped with this company multiple times and each time the same thing happens. I order my items and I get an “expected delivery date” which never updates to reflect delays. I ordered shoes over a week ago and It says I was supposed to get them today, meanwhile my package hasn’t been touched since the 21st (today is the 26th). This has happened numerous times and It is NEVER the date they say It will be. In the past my orders have come about a month after the “expected delivery date” super disappointing considering most of us buy things expected to wear them for a certain event etc and NO package comes in time. I will most likely stop shopping here. Huge disappointment

The clothes are so cheap. They look cheap And feel Cheap. They would be like something you get from a market stall. The models and photoshop Obviously make them look better. Yuk cheap

I ordered four items and after being disappointed with them, I returned all four items. They refunded me for only three of the four items. The fourth item, which was the most expensive of the four, was nowhere to be found in the refund. After sending multiple emails to customer service asking for the full refund no one responded. They just took the last item back and didn’t give me anything in return. The rip people off. I would NEVER purchase from them again.

My worst online shopping experience ever. Unfortunately I listened to my niece who wanted her christmas gift from this online shop (which by the way she never got). They charged me the full amount one day after I placed the order. They delivered only one out of the nine products I had ordered. And after that, the nightmare started. Wasted so many hours to send to them simple calculations on what is the amount they should refund to me. They could not understand simple mathematics. After many e-mails back and forth, I managed to get part of my money back. But not all. And I quit because I had no more energy to discuss with them. So I lost some of my money. I quit because it is hopeless with this company. They are a mess. I will definitely never shop from them.

Worst Customer Service/Refund service EVER PLT is normally my go to place for online shopping. However, I sent clothes back about three months ago and still have not received my money back of over $100 dollars. Rewind back, I ordered a bathing suit for my trip, never received it, yet was still charged $38 dollars for it. I have reached out to them multiple times over the past three months. I have been ignored and not helped for majority of the time. Finally got through to someone and they told me $57 dollars has been refunded back to me. Huh? Where is the other money? I sent everything in the same bag. To top it all off, I checked my bank statement and $57 dollars was never refunded. I am past feeling jibbed, this is seriously ridiculous and I will never shop at PLT again. Please don't waste your time because if anything goes wrong, or if you need to return something based off having the wrong size, there are no guarantees that you will get your money back in spite of what is said in their policy.

Absolutely awful company. Their customer service is APPALLING. You can't just speak to one person every reply you get if from a different person which is ridiculous! I placed an order at 7:30 on a Saturday which should have been delivered on Sunday as I signed up to the "Royalty" subscription for next day delivery. It took THREE DAYS for my parcel to come. I contacted PLT and let's just say they didn't not care what so ever. I've never in my life experienced such awful customer service. I don't understand how this company is still functioning. I will definitely be informing everyone I know not to use this company and plastering this all over social media! STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. RUBISH QUALITY AND VERY VERY POOR "CUSTOMER SERVICE"

Ordered a dress, recieved the dress only to be very disappointed. Was of poor quality and didn’t look like the photo. I sent the dress back and getting my refund was proven to be the most difficult thing I have ever done. Still to this day I haven’t received a refund, it’s been over 12 weeks. Each time I contact them, a different person replies and they say exactly the same thing. It’s like they have no idea what’s going on. Which is very frustrating as you can’t aftually call them! Just email. So just beware when buying!

pretty little thing is the worst company i have ever dealt with! they are terrible for delivery. I have an important party to go to tommrow i ordered my dress 12 days ago and it still hasn’t arrived! i checked the tracking and it says ready to go but when i check fast way it hasn’t even been scanned. This isn’t even the first time. I will never order from here again !!

Omg idk why this company is even still in business. Okay so the first time i ordered was a little after they expanded their plus size department. Ordered some clothes took about two weeks to come which was okay I wasn’t in a hurry or nothing when the clothes came half fit and half didn’t mind you all the clothes were the same size. To make it even worse I returned the clothes that didn’t fit and did not recieve my money back! After harrrasing them online and on Instagram after literally two months I received half of my money back! When I asked them what happened to the rest of my money for the returned items they sent me a list of items that were in the package. Which was only half of what I sent back. So you mean to tell me somehow half the items disappeared in my package! So after that I stopped messing with them. So recently I was like let me try them one more time cause I seen some stuff I liked. Package came in three days and most of the items fit except for these jeans I ordered. Now I’m a size 18 in jeans but they only had a size 22 available I got it thinking okay I know they tend to run small so a 22 should def fit. I got those jeans and they were literally made to fit a child. Idk who’s making these clothes but I am done with PLT OKUUURR!

The worst online shopping experience! Customer service is definitely a huge disappointment! They dont do size exchange?!!! I spent over $200 at once and i am returning every single item! I also have to pay for return shipping!
