I placed two separate orders with them a few days apart. They both said they were delivered. Could not get in touch with ANYONE so i had to dispute the charges with my bank to get a refund. Will NEVER order from them again!

Ordered a coat from PLT Feb 10th, granted today is the 20th and I received it, however I ordered a size 6 and they sent me a 10. After reading other reviews I’m just going to stick with the coat but I will never shop here again. It’s a waste of time, energy and money.

Says my parcel was delivered on the 12th which it wasn't because I was home all day !!!! And it's impossible to get in touch with anyone to talk about this. Ridiculous

They completely sent wrong sizes! I had read reviews that they do this. I ordered 5 dresses for my bridesmaids. I had ordered 3-size 2, 1-size 4, and 1-size 6. I received 3-size 6, 1-size 8 and 1-size 10! I guess they close their eyes and just stick random sizes in the bag. I have to now pay additional money to ship them back, reorder and wait at least another 2 weeks for my items. Additionally I am not even sure that I will receive my correct refund, or even the correct sizes if I do reorder! How disappointing!!!!! Bad Business Practice and a complete sham of a business! DO NOT ORDER unless you are prepared to have to jump through hoops!

The refunded me the wrong amount, it took me weeks and I was talking to at least 8 different advisors who all told me different things why it had been processed wrongly and that I would receive soon. One advisor was like “i can see it was processed day X you’ll get it soon” the next one was like “it was processed day Y” the next one was like “I can see it was processed today”. I asked multiple times to talk to only ONE advisor instead of explaining my problem all over again but I never got any contact information. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

There has never been a time I've ordered from this company and something bad doesn't happen. I just ordered something and I accidentally added 2 of each to my cart and submitted. i asked them for my refund because I JUST submitted the order but they said I have to pay to ship it back to get my refund. Why the hell am I paying to ship it back. that should be free. Also the delivery is totally off. My order said it was delivered on Sunday. It did not come in till the Wednesday after. I'm so over this company and ones like it. They have horrible customer service; they don't even have a phone number!

Pretty Little Thing is a scam! I placed an order and returned some items -- one of them arrived faulty (broken zip) and others were unsuitable. It took me 6 MONTHS to get my money back! It's a very long story and took a LOT of back and forth, but here are the major takeaways from this experience and what you need to consider before ordering from Pretty Little Thing: 1. They don't refund you (unless you really hound them and threaten to take it public, like I did). If you read their terms and conditions, the wording is deliberately vague when it comes to refunds. They *NEVER* use the word "refund" in the language under T&C, only "process". This is done on purpose ... so you can't take it down the legal route if need be. 2. They don't pay for returns. The money you pay to return items to them is out of your own pocket. They say they will refund items that are faulty, but not others (e.g. stuff you don't end up wanting). It seems like a fair enough policy until you end up sending a package containing both faulty item(s) as well as items you don't want. If you do that, they will use their BS policy as an excuse to say they won't refund you for any of it. 3. The materials are sub-par. There's a reason why most things on there are so cheap. This is because these clothes just aren't supposed to be worn for very long -- maybe 1 or 2 outings. Don't expect a great fit, or great quality. If you want to wear your dress on 1 or 2 nights out, that's pretty much all the time the dress will last. I have a dress from PLT where a button popped off the first time I tried it on after it arrived. 4. If you don't need to return stuff, don't need a refund, don't have a problem with the material or fit -- it will be fine. I had ordered from PLT numerous times prior to the big fallout when they refused to refund my items nor my shipping costs. I didn't need anything returned so everything was actually fine. It's up to you to decide how much you want to order something with basically zero protection of your consumer rights.

Ordered an order worth $300 and requested express shipping yet, my order took 3 weeks to arrive. The quality of the outfits was attrocious and many items were incorrect. After sending back the delivery it took 5 months, 5 MONTHS !!! for it to be processed and for my refund to be issued. Worst service and quality, absolute waste of money.

This company is disgusting! They ignore emails and social media messages. I placed an order over a month ago and didn’t like the quality or fit of the items I received. I sent the items back and have been waiting 22+ days for my refund. No one cares that I haven’t gotten my money back even though they received their items weeks ago!!!! I want my refund!

Placed a order with next day delivery code and still haven't received it 2 days later, try to contact them to see why I haven't received my order and the website keeps redirecting me to put my order number in I wont let me through to contact them, been trying for last half hour and still cant get through absolute joke I needed the items for the next day and there quick at taking your money of you but cant contact them about your order!! Shocking!!

I never received my order and trying to contact them is impossible. I've never experienced this in all of my ordering on-line. I attempted tracking my package only to find out its not in system or cant be found. I will never order from them again and will spread the word to those who ask about Pretty Little Thing.

The worst fast fashion brand ever. I am going away tomorrow, the 14th of February and I ordered on the 6th of February using Royalty (24 hour delivery APPARENTLY) and it has still not arrived and I cannot track it, I emailed and DM’ed them on twitter and received the same generic response with an overload of stupid emojis and catchphrases ( 😘😍💕 etc. and ‘on point’ etc.) telling me that my item would be there by the 18th (NEARLY 2 WEEKS LATER!!!) and telling me to enjoy my holiday. I needed those clothes for my holiday. They gave me no compensation and then inclined that my parcel might be lost by saying that it didn’t arrive by the 19th they would put it down as lost and refund me. They didn’t even know where it was??? Worst company ever

My first time ordered from PLT and I was excited because the have a Freddy M. shirt and this tube top dress anyway ordered on Feb 1st and got 2 emails saying it was on the way and expected delivery will be February 8th no package. Ok cool because there were storms in different states n an ice storm in my state. Well today is the 12th and woke up to an email saying we go your return and your refund is on the way...they told me they lost my order...my first time and last!!!!

I’ve always ordered from PLT and never had any problems. Delivery is always on time. The only thing that is a let down lately is a lot of the clothes are not as described, I ordered a mini bodycon dress, I’m usually a size 10 but ordered a 12 as it’s a mini, my dress came I could just about get it on, there was no movement... very stiff, it was like wearing cardboard. As I said before I never usually have problems I think they just need to be more precise on what material their items of clothing are.

I place on order on the 29th of Jan and the expected delivery was the 8th of Feb. It's now the 10th and after i sent them an email to ask where my order was , I get a reply saying the order was lost and they will process a refund. Arrgh So disappointed with PLT.
