“such bulshit, do not waste your time or money on this site, i though i was going to get my moneys worth.... but instead the sizes were messed up, i ordered a size 10 dress and it looks like they just found a size 16 dress and just sewed size 10 on it..... i also ordered a pair of size 10 heels, and instead they sent me size 8, i won’t waste my time refunding my items as they expect me to pay $11,50 just to return it on top of that paying for shipping.....”

“ive tried to order from them 3 times and have been let down each time. First incident, there was an issue with shipping. The last two times, theyve sent items that were faulty. Return shipping is a hassle, and customer service with them is a joke. items are sized incorrectly for plus size, AND the quality of the materials is CHEAP. Please save yourself the headache and order elsewhere. If you notice, you cant leave reviews on the site for their items. THEY DONT WANT YOU TO LEAVE BAD REVIEWS. And they will just offer you 20% off your next purchase, as if you want to deal with that again. *eye roll*”

“This clothing line is horrible. Their clothing is not true to size. The returns are so inconvenient and expensive. I had to pay $6 for shipping when I ordered the clothes and then I got stuck paying $7 for returning the clothes that didn’t fit me. This is a total scam. They’re literally taking advantage of their shipping and returns. Total BS, never buying from here Again.”

“THIS SITE IS A TOTAL JOKE. POOR QUALITY, NOT TRUE TO SIZE AND ARRIVES BROKEN & TORN! I knew there had to be a reason that they didn't accept reviews on the actual site. Its because they have terrible items! Ive never experienced such low quality material. My dress arrived torn & broken in certain areas. Another dress did not fit at all. I'm a size 2 & I ordered a size 4 to be sure it fits. Its awful. Such crappy people to be stealing peoples money like this. I will never order from here again. I want to figure out how to warn others of how terrible the place is. I may do a video or something because this is absolutely ridiculous !”

“This site is a SCAM! Sunday, I received my order only to find I was sent a used dress. The security ribbon was missing, it strongly smelled of BO and cheap perfume. There were deodorant stains on it. Oh yeah, and some kind of disgusting pet fur--yuck. I contacted them immediately, explaining the situation and asking if I could be sent what I paid for. They never responded. I sent a second emails. I was asked to furnish pictorial evidence. After five days of exchanging emails they refunded my money, but refused to refund my shipping. So now, if I want they dress--which means I'd have to risk the it coming dirty and worn again--I'll have to pay shipping a second time. So unprofessional. Zero customer service. Poor customer experience. Now, I am $6 in the hole with nothing to show for it but a horrible customer experience. This is why I stopped buying fast fashion 5 years ago. I've never even ordered from Fashion Nova before, and the second I try to step out of my box I am reminded of why I stick to Nordstrom and Saks. Never again! Stay tuned with a more in depth blog and vlog from YouTube station.”

“I would give 0 stars if i could. HORRIBLE COMPANY they SCAM you for your returns! I have been trying to get refunded for 4 months already & they still have not succeeded & or they blame me for not giving them correct banking details when they just don’t type in the correct numbers. they know exactly they typed in the wrong information they just trick you to keep your money. beware! I recommend fashion nova never once have i had this issue!”

“I have placed 3 different orders through PLT, all have been cheap material and haven't fit right at all. I have pretty average proportions and followed the size guide and nothing was even close to fitting. The return process is even worse because I had to pay $10 just to ship the items back. Each time I try to email the company or get help the site always crashes. I hate this store- never shopping here again. I also hate how the own site itself doesn't have reviews for the clothing.”

“Ordered a top for £8 as I had a code for £1 next day delivery , placed order and paid through PayPal and once payment had gone through I noticed I was charged £5.99 next day delivery. Contacted them straight away to make them aware of the problem couldn’t do anything as the order went through at 8.01 offer expired at 8.00 pm I placed the order with the code stating it was £9 but was charged £13.99 total con, very unhelpful, offered a 30% discount of next order, no thanks won’t order from them again, will shop elsewhere..”

“Placed an order all went through ok. Received and email saying there was an error when placing my order and that the funds would bounce back into my acc 3-7 days. Get a knock at the door and it’s the courier with my parcel. I open the parcel and an item is missing. Now I have to wait up to 24hours for a email reply to get this issue resolved. I originally brought this item to wear on a specific date. Doesn’t look like this will be the case. First and last time i’ll just stick to what I know in future. Not even a contact number to help resolve things quickly it’s a joke.”

“With regards to Order No.125196267 I placed an order today with a code that was accepted, supposedly giving next day delivery for 1pound. This code was accepted and said applied to my card. After paying I noticed that I had been charged for standard delivery and told that my item would be delivered in 3-5 days. I therefore contacted customer services (within minutes of placing the order), they were extremely unhelpful. They said that they cannot cancel or Ammend my order once it has been made (nonsence) and they would not refund me anything. Despite multiple emails.. nothing! They even mentioned that they could see that my code was applied and accepted! It is complete incompetence.”

“I had a horrible experience with pretty little thing. It was my first time ordering and a week later I was informed NONE of the items I ordered were in stock and my order just wasn’t coming. I then got an email saying I was being refunded not even the full amount I paid!! I talked to a live agent who refunded me SOME of the difference. I was not even refunded the full amount in the end and ended up paying over $10 for absolutely nothing but a bad experience. Don’t waste ur time with this website”

“One star is way too generous. I bought three items of which i needed 2 days later. Therefore i paid for the next day delivery. I ordered my order around 11am and therefore has no excuse for not being next day delivery. Now been 9 days and still hasn’t arrived!!!!!!! Emailed them multiple times and have received no replies!! Fuming. Total waste of money and won’t even give a refund. Ridiculous, DO NOT USE!”

“I have ordered previously from pretty little thing and not had any problems but this is the first time I’ve ordered in a long time and i couldn’t be more disappointed. Paid for next day delivery and did not receive it next day after I sat in all day and waited for it. Was not notified that it was going to be late or this ordered was delayed. This outfit was for a very important night out and has completely ruined my evening. Do not order from pretty little thing!”

“This was my first time ordering from PLT and I couldn't have been happier with my purchase. The 2 items are true to size and fit perfectly, this saves me the trouble of looking for affordable clothes outside my comfort corner. Just placed an order for 3 more dresses. The items were received within 4 days of ordering them, which was amazing. What I liked most was that this company sends you a return label in case the product wasn't to the satisfaction of the customer which i found to be very thoughtful.”

“Worse online shop ever. The clothes are wack, such poor quality. Sizes are so wrong. If you buy from here make sure to keep your postage receipts, they do everything possible to avoid giving you a refund, I made this mistake 3times...happened on every order. You can understand one but not 3!”

“I ordered a size 6 wrap dress which is my normal size and I even went so far as to measure myself and compare it to the size guide to MAKE SURE THAT IT WOULD FIT. Needless to say, the dress barley fit around my arms/back without nearly busting at the seems. The length? it barley covered my lady bits, literally shorter than a tshirt. I felt like a giant trying to put on childrens clothing. This is why I never shop online for anything but shoes.”

“Ordered a jumpsuit and not too sure what’s going on with the sizing, ordered a size 6 petite which is my usual size, not really sure who this would fit properly. On a positive note, I do give it one star for versatility, had the option to wear it with either one boob out or with camel toe, which was a nice option to have”

“Do not buy anything from here. You're better off buying from Fashion Nova or Forever 21. My items were never delivered and I submitted several inquiries about it and still received nothing. Money gone down the drain. Don't bother.”
