“extremely thin material. don’t even have to be standing in the sun or bent over to notice the cheapness! shorts i bought instantly ripped when i put them on and i can’t return them.”

“Should be zero, I ordered a mask with next day delivery but it took 5 days to arrive and when the mask came it was such a bad quality and I am unable to use it.”

Hey, Sorry to hear you've not had the best experience with us. I've raised this with our logistics and quality control teams. I'll make sure it's investigated why the order was so late and action is taken to reduce the chances of this happening in the future. “A few items weren’t the same colour as they were on the website and weren’t true to size one item was supposed to be a L in tops but didn’t fit and barely fit my sister who’s a size 8/10.”

“The sizing of the clothes not true to size. Clothes that should have lining don't and are see through. I'm an 18-20AU and purchased from 18-22 for some items to be bigger on purpose and even with the variance of sizes still didn't fit. Sending it all back and will not be purchasing again not reliable enough. Only thing that was good was the shipping time frame. Very disappointing! Has cost me in shipping and time and don't have anything cute to wear!”

“I ordered two dresses from PLT that were expected to be here last week. I’ve never had any problems with PLT orders before but, they never arrived, I know due to COVID some items may be delayed. So I wasn’t too concerned. I later received an email explaining I had returned the items, and a refund was in process. I never even received the dresses, very confused and displeased ☹️”

I've looked into this for you and it looks like there was an error between our warehouse and the couriers depot, so the order was returned back to us instead. “Order from here regularly for my teenage daughter, as she is in between sizes. I often order the same garment in 2 in two different sizes so she can decide on the best fit for her. The returns policy is easy and a very quick turnaround. Clothes are on trend a very reasonably priced too.”

We have more information the the size the model is wearing on the item page, under the description and on some items have catwalk videos to give a better idea of the fitting. Thanks Usman

“First time ordering and I'm not sure if I will again. Delivery fairly fast to Australia, but thats where the positives end. Ordered dresses and pants for my daughter AUS & UK size 8. I'm sorry but most look like they would just fit my 6yr old granddaughter. 3 dresses and up to 3inches difference in each when compared. 2 pr of pants, waists 3 inches different. I sew and there is no way these clothes are standard sizes. Maybe standard Chinese sizes! Also, fabric very cheap.”

“I ordered my dress from PLT almost 3 weeks ago, and it has still not arrived!! It is a week over the estimated delivery date too, so not happy as I had plans to wear it out last week 😢 I contacted customer services to say it was late but they keep saying it’s still in transit, and is delayed by 48 hrs. Well it’s a week past that and my item has still not arrived!! Not happy! 😡”

“I’m reading lots of negative comments below but to be honest, PLT is probably the most efficient and most reliable so far amongst the websites from EU that I’ve ever purchased from.. Yes, I paid a shipping fee but all the (skincare) products I bought were individually (and carefully) wrapped So no leakage! and they arrived on the date they promised it would - I received in 5 days! (From EU to UAE) So I’m really happy with their service 😊😊”
