I would give zero stars if I could. Dresses came with rips in both of them, trim was torn as well. Terrible website that clearly do not care for customers. DO NOT BUY!

Would never order off this again, my mother and I totally agree that we’re never online shopping on this website again, it’s like ordering off wish; the clothes look amazing in the pictures and when you order them they’re a crappy material and look nothing like they are in the picture! This has happened with ALL of our orders off this which was between 7-8 items and I thought one item was okay but after an hour into the first wear of a bodysuit there’s already a rip in it where the clasps are! No it was not too small it was actually a loose fitting. My mother’s refund has also not come through and it’s been more than 14 days too, disaster of a website!

If I could could do zero stars I would. Clothes came in the wrong color and size. Clothes cannot fit because it’s way smaller than the size it says it is. I will never order from them again. This was my first and last and will deter everyone I know not to purchase from them

I ordered and it took a full 7 days to receive my order. When it arrived it was the wrong size. I ordered a size 8 and they sent a size 6. No phone number to call, only email. I emailed, DM’d, etc. No one responds. Website says I have to wait 21 days for a refund. I’ve never heard of that long of a wait in my life. Horrible customer service because there is none.

I returned my order which I regretted placing in the first place because it’s quite pricey. I then waited the mandatory 21 days for ‘processing’ even though my return had been delivered in a few days from me sending it back. After 21 days, I still hadn’t gotten my refund and contacted customer service once again. They told me to wait a couple more days which I did and gave me a specific day on which I would receive my money. The day came and I still HADNT recieved it. I was furious. I emailed them as well as contacted customer service and am currently waiting for a reply. Only order from this site if you know you credit card won’t suffer because in the long run you’ll lose money and time while trying to return something.

I got two skirts. The quality is terrible on one of them and the other one is a different color from what I ordered. They are not getting back to me on refunds or exchanges. Highly do not recommend

I have used this company 2x First time was for two pairs of jeans in a size 10, they took ages to arrive, very costly products over the odds for the cheap quality. All i'm going to say is the jeans looked like a small tent, baggy bum area and on legs, hugely disproportioned jeans. The teeny weeny waist was the only part that fitted and they looked awful overall. Both jeans were returned. Second order I bought what looked like nice jeans on the online store, skinny high waist shape jeans! This was a number of years later and I assumed this order wouldn't be as bad, surely PLT took ages over a week, dispatching the item and described them as delivered to my porch by courier, at 1pm. Seeing as there was no package delivered to my door. Understandably baffling and wondering if someone had swiped the parcel left seeing as it wasn't there, I contacted PLT. Perhaps Hermes had delivered to the wrong house? It took over a day to respond to my enquiry. They didn't apologize in any way just said they've looked into it and the parcel has JUST been delivered today (over one day later after Hermes had confirmed it had been delivered) The jeans again, looked like a tent! From the butt downwards, nothing skinny about them. The waist so small there wouldn't be much point in buying a size down. Thin cardboard material with a burnt smell, and loose button so cheaply stitched it would probably fall off in one wash. Nobody fits "shape" jeans like this unless you've had bum implants. Doesn't matter if you work out or have a good body. It looked nothing like the description. £25 jeans are going back, don't waste your money.

I made an order on their website as they were currently offering 40% on the homepage with the code “DOLL40”. The code kept saying “invalid” even though there was about 1 hour 30 minutes before it was going to expire based on the timer. I processed the order and messaged them on Twitter immediately, and even provided screenshots to them to let them know the issue with the coupon. I was given the run around saying they were unable to do anything after an order was placed even though it was their fault. They even mentioned that the coupon not working was a “known issue”. It’s a known issue, yet they are unable to write their wrongs right. I’m very disappointed with how they dealt with this issue. As the customer service was not satisfactory, and they do not hold the customer first, I would not recommend shopping here.

Ordered loads of items for a birthday night out. Arrived late to begin with and so had a day to find something new... as ALL the pieces were awful. Nothing fitted, some too big, some too small (and I ordered the same size in everything). A bodysuit came with the same poppers on both ends so I couldn’t even fasten it if it did fit. Also rubbish quality, not what it looks like online.

SUCH bad quality, none of the clothes fit right (and i ordered a few). I hated all of them. made me feel so terrible- some were too small, others too big, the materials felt like plastic, the shirts weren’t even seen properly- there were holes in the hem. i’ve bought better at primark for 1/4 the price. awful.

since I first opened my account I spent a lot of money of your website but it's been 3 moths that every single time wrong items come. It's unacceptable. people cannot spend their days at the post office cause of your mistakes I have never had this problem with other websites. I'm sick and tired of this. If you don't do something immediately I will close my account and I will encourage everyone to stop ordering from you.

Order a few things for smarter days at school/prom and everything came ill-fitting and cheaply made - with seemingly a lot of the items being made out of a scuba type fabric (if it was meant to be tight fitting). Delivery was prompt but I was not sent a confirmation order until the day before I received my parcel, and the site said I would receive my parcel on 1st January (despite me ordering in May!). Nothing fit me on my top half, I would bother ordering tight fitting tops if you're anything less than a C cup, if that. Done of the things I brought were well made or cited me, and I doubt anything would've lasted after one wash in the washing machine had I kept any of it!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE. I ordered to Canada and the sizes were not true to fit. The problem was not this, but the fact that after being charged $15USD to ship to Canada, they refused to refund me the full order amount. Looks great at first, but unfortunately not worth the loss of $ or struggle after.

I bought a pair of black high waisted jeans and was disappointed as the material of them, for £15 I was not expecting a lot but I would have been able to find better quality somewhere like primark the sizes of jeans were not accurate enough and I didn’t have the option of getting short long or regular which I think should be done to ensure that when someone is buying something they know exactly what they are buying. Other than that I use pretty little thing all the time but jeans from here I would not recommend!

Complained once before about some items being different to what’s shown on the website and bad quality with marks and holes in, thought I’d give it another try few years later, paid £6 for next day delivery planning to wear the outfit for the day the dress was delivered, the parcel never came at all. I am still waiting for the parcel currently the team and customer care keeps telling me to wait till 9pm and not helping me find where my parcel is, wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
